SNC-Lavalin Construction Inc. still has work to do when it comes to following the compliance program it agreed to as part of the sentence received when it pleaded guilty in a massive corruption case more than a year ago.
On Wednesday, Quebec Court Judge Claude Leblond issued two probation orders involving how the company is monitored, by a third party, while it continues its efforts to avoid situations similar to how it dealt with Libyan government institutions while it carried out contracts to construct large-scale infrastructure projects in that country.
