Some challenging disparities in arrests during Seattle protests

SEATTLE— Some are challenging the disparities in arrests after two nights of protests in Seattle.
Two people were arrested for graffiti and another for obstruction to an arrest.
Yet on Monday, no arrests were made after businesses suffered far worse damage and vandalism in during a downtown protest for Daunte Wright.
Seattle Police Sgt. Randy Huserik says it came down to different circumstances.
“There’s always a different dynamic at play,” said Sgt. Huserik.
Police say the group at the West Precinct was stationary and officers gave several warnings not to chalk up the precinct plaza.
