South Bend woman arrested following Friday's crash on S.R. 17 near Carriage Drive

Marshall County Police Officers responded to a property damage collision on State Road 17 near Carriage Drive, west of Plymouth on Friday, September 15th at 4 p.m. Officers found that 56-year-old Dawn M.
