State police encouraging Hyundai owners to seek anti-theft upgrade after Elantra was 'hot-wired'

Three Hyundai Elantras were broken into on Sunday in Woodbury and one was "hot-wired," as state police are encouraging Hyundai owners to seek a free anti-theft software upgrade.
