Suspension from Rajya Sabha: Raghav Chadha to apologise; Supreme Court asks chairman to consider case sympathetically

A bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra was informed by Chadha's counsel that as the youngest member of the House, he had no problem tendering the apology.
