Sydney outbreak a ‘whole new ballgame’ with four unlinked cases: Lambie 24/06/2021|4min
Independent Senator Jacqui Lambie says Sydney’s COVID-19 outbreak is a “whole new ballgame” since there are now four unlinked cases which are under investigation.
On Wednesday Premier Gladys Berejiklian announced a range of restrictions across Greater Sydney in a bid to prevent a lockdown after the Bondi cluster grew to 31 cases.
“I’m terribly worried,” Ms Lambie said.
“You’ve now got four cases where you don’t know where they’ve got it from.
“She’s a whole new ballgame this morning”.
