'It has served so many people for so many years': Juneteenth celebrations commence at Hargraves

Community members gathered at Hargraves Community Center in Chapel Hill to celebrate Juneteenth and the unveiling of a new landmark at the center. Hargraves was added to the N.C. African American Commission's Civil Rights Trail.
