Teenage girl, 16, dies and boy, 15, rushed to hospital after Toyota ploughs into barrier overturns in horror crash - as driver, 17 is arrested

The incident occurred on the A249 near Maidstone at around 6.45pm on Saturday, when a white Toyota Hilux hit a road barrier and overturned, Kent Police said.
