Tennessee man gets 6 plus years in prison for attacking Capitol Police on Jan. 6

Joseph Padilla was just sentenced to one of the harshest penalties for any Tennessean who stormed our nation’s Capitol on January 6th, but it’s less than half of what prosecutors recommended.
