The popular Liverpool comedian and TV gameshow host died on Sunday (July 19), aged 81, after living the past 14 years of his life with Parkinson's disease.
He was a household name in the UK through the seventies and eighties for his turns presenting TV programmes and gameshows such as Name that Tune, The Tom O'Connor Show, Gambit and Crosswits.
