Three teens arrested near Dickinson after high-speed chase in stolen vehicle

The Stark County Sheriff’s Office and North Dakota Highway Patrol were involved in a high-speed chase Thursday afternoon after three juveniles fled from Home on the Range, a residential facility for troubled youth.
