TI Fluid Systems Plc (TIFS), a British maker of automotive fluid systems, said on Tuesday that it has agreed to buy Cascade Engineering Europe or CEE, a Hungarian maker of automotive thermal fluid connectors and other plastic injection moulded components, for $27.
