I'm going to say was probably the medium of the Shusaku reception what you've done is when you're scrambling around for your card in a story that I also saw you scribbling notes and you clearly don't know top. Taking such a selfish skull meals and Kristan Sunday morning from 9 he sees raciest follies life . This is a full night on 5 Live I'm Dalton and Yvonne coming up in this hour of the program in a moment we'll hear about the horror real horror of a murder that's got people in India once again soul searching about how they can protect women from sexual assault and violence. But also talking about using a mobile phone at the wheel and the numbers of lives are lost in New South Wales as a result of that now a University of Melbourne engineering graduate his invented a camera that can automatically detect distracted drivers emphasis on the images to the police some of a world 1st and then in use in that part of the world New South Wales and we have a round up of the Formula One season in Abu Dhabi. Thousands of people have been protesting outside a police station in the Indian city of hard to Hyderabad following the rape and murder of a woman the police have suspended 3 offices obvious we can topple Knights Rani Singh he's been telling me about the details of this and I should warn you that the details of this story are very upsetting and if you don't want to hear about it or there are children listening you might want to turn down the radio for the next 10 minutes India's the world less dangerous country sex or violence against women and this is just another terrible case and I must warn you that the listeners may be a bit disturbed by what I'm going to describe on Wednesday the 27th of November a young vets veterinary don't to she's fit to be a fatal between 26 or 27. She had gone on a scooter to will Scooter to on she was writing to towards an appointment on the outskirts of Hyderabad in South Bend here she arrived at 6 o'clock what's called a toll plaza for an appointment now lying in wait nearby were men who'd been observing her and they'd been consuming alcohol they were in a truck and they saw that she had arrived alone and apparently they hatched a plan and this was to to commit such a gruesome and deadly deed while she was inside they di feted the scooters tires and sat waiting they had whiskey with them apparently when she came out about 3 hours later one of them approached her to offer help and telling her that her tires had been deflated at that point apparently and the mobile phone records to their records this she made a call to her family to respect her sister a 6 minute call saying I'm in a lonely place I'm scared there are these truck drivers nearby and they're approaching me and there's nobody here. And I can't see anybody else and I'm worried that call was made then when these men approached her one of them said Shall I repair your bike and take it away and after that they then took her and one by one they committed a terrible deed they raped her apparently they poured whiskey down her throat apparently to stop her screaming and she lost consciousness and when she regained consciousness that's when they suffocated her allegedly. She was the body was put into a truck. And apparently was taken to a motorway underpass and there it was satellite this is apparently around 2 o'clock in the morning now the family were very very worried about this they'd gone to a police station to report about their daughter's. Absence but at the police station they were turned away and the police apparently said that maybe she'd gone often she was with a man and it wasn't until 6 hours later that the police actually took any action and. 3 policemen have been suspended. The accused in this case have been. Through a combination of c.c.t.v. Footage police reports and witness accounts they have been they were immediately Rick arrested and it was over the weekend that being Paulsen thousands of people protesting about this and that's why it's coming to the international media as shocking as the story itself is as shocking as the assault and murder. Is it does seem as if this case is highlighted the behavior of the police this proves just the tragedy thousands of people outside the police station in Hyderabad was was it no not just about the murder but indeed about the reaction of the police officers. Absolutely in fact not just in high Trippet but in Delhi in Bangalore students all sorts of people and many many men gotten all. Protesting as I said in the thousands at the police station So security has had to be tightened and in fact the protesters who have simply been saying we want justice we want justice they have been beaten back by policemen with sticks. Such And then. All over India because the people feel that this just is not good enough and that the police have been saying to be at fault here amongst others. For being so lax. Why and this isn't the 1st time you said a minute to go that India is the most dangerous place for sexual assaults on women I don't know where the stats are about that but you know if you if you say out of except it was any particular group body that declared is the most dangerous place but also yes it would certainly help me with this goes back to the case the. Notorious case of the young woman who was repeatedly sexually assaulted on a bus and murdered as well from a few years back when people protested and there was a lot of soul searching going on in India but this sort of culture of impunity almost seems to still still be there when it comes to cases like this. And he doesn't I'm sorry I didn't attribute the quote it was made in 2018 and it was the Thomson Reuters Foundation who then made the statement after doing research yes you're very right. You're speaking about a very very notorious case in 2012 when there was an Indian student who was biol and she raped on a moving bus. And her boyfriend had been with her and she died of horrific internal injuries and that caused huge outcry and as you can appreciate the Indian government does not appreciate this kind of public. Being being brought to to the country but even as late as 2017. There were said to be according to government figures a conservative estimate. Of 92 rape cases a day 92 and there's a government figures so probably the the actual number is is much higher than following this recent most awful incident there's been one woman who sat outside parliament and she said. She said The latest statistics are that you know one woman is raped in India every 20 minutes I don't want to be one of the statistics and this woman for this protest she was beaten by a policeman. Is the government going to do anything about selling. Drugs. Well actually as far as I know there hasn't been a comment by the Prime Minister on this case although the later one of the opposition members Priyanka has. Has made quite a strong statement about how how a parent this behave this behavior is that people can get away with it and the laws need to be tightened and you know after 2012 there was a change in the law but the fact that the numbers are still there the numbers speak for themselves. Shows that actually with the law and order situation as it is and the laxity of the police it's very women just are not protected with their 5 years old or you know 45 years old or 95 year or years old if it comes to that it's just not a safe country for women for any kind of woman. I'm afraid you know I mean they're quite I'm in India quite a lot for work and although if we you know if we go to a declared conflict conflict as journalists we have rules of engagement to make certain guidelines that we we have we observe foreign security but if you just get your meaning and we get training but despite that in India supposing I'm working in an area which isn't an official conflicts and there are often lights on the streets you know you're coming home supposing a coming home by taxi even if it has a number plate and things like that and a telephone number and so on you do feel very exposed and I just didn't. I do feel anxious when I. Imagine about after dark you know coming back from an interview or well or going home and I even feel anxious about you know my sons who have spent time in Britain even if they're out after dark in India I I don't think anywhere safe it specially as a as a woman well on India and you know I spend a lot of time in Britain as well so I in theory I should be and I'm. In wars and conflicts since but I I do feel anxious and I do feel scared Ronnie saying 6 years ago Alex Janick lost a friend in a crash caused by a driver suspected of using a mobile phone in the way of the University of Melbourne engineering graduate responded by inventing a camera that can automatically detect distracted drivers and pounce on the images to the police it's a world 1st and they're now in use on the roads of New South Wales where 350 people died last year Joshua Downing is a merging journalist in Sydney and he's been following the story closely Joshua how do these cameras would they do more in sorrow effectively the cameras mounted on top of the head gantries or 'd for bridges all to live the roads and in the fall that was held in Syria like Haitians in metropolitan city earlier this year. The There was a twin lens camera system facing Obama's directly downwards period 2 I ride out the horse alerts a camera where the vehicle approaching and it captures holographs of every car as it goes past and the genius about this software that's being traded to go with it is. The effectively the computer can detect whether someone is on the phone or not discount and then delete such images almost immediately but anything suspected of showing a drop of holding operating above a fine is then sent for a check of him and off. So is a pretty big to sitting still and drive a. Producing actually is it because gaps in the information they don't it's not necessarily the way the driver is driving isn't as important as the fact that the driver was on the phone is that what you said is correct it's a b. To be clear every vehicle that passes the cab is start a craft and in a trawl of a stream of at 2 locations earlier this year there were $8300000.00 vehicle starter graft and all that I point 3000000000 the software detected people operating funds in 100000 of those vehicles and while that was a trial and does modest 'd neither side dive would be sent a fine if that was the case today and in fact some of the photos that were released shot some color shocking behavior of a driver with both hands on his spine and his father say a passenger was holding the steering wheel sorry it's not predicting the behavior I just cited part of every single car and then I saw today out from every photograph there must be some thing discoveries that for the police for the authorities as well how big a problem is distracted drivers on the streets who knew so well look at we think it's a very big problem and this certainly been a number of deaths and a number of serious injuries attributed to find us but that's the instances we know of we think the situation is actual worse because of course the evidence. Can be destroyed in the crash BUSY people might not necessarily be honest about their style use leading up to an incident but certainly there have been some quite grim examples where someone was having it a text message discussion with a boyfriend while she was driving however there was a text message to stop stop because she crashed. Of the rather unfortunate killed herself. Accidentally sorry. It's it is a really sure we have some of the must strict enforcement of road rules 'd in the world it was opinion and its job logical to travel to Europe in order to call it a bit I think Else traffic enforcement is. Very very strict you could argue whether or not that has an impact over to see the toll but to give it Audie the financial penalty a law for bubble for use in starting States varies anywhere from as little as $334.00 a strong and from every next year one a star in state will increase the penalty to $1000.00 a strain and I apologize that I have the county conversion I have to put that in the past saws more than the money at the to their points are equivalent to a 3rd or even high you'll do their points that you have to call a crew on the last for the penalties are very very severe a strike or a must fight 'd it's not really having an impact of Arkansas I flew high rather early not only for even so many drivers are being. Distracted by their mobile phones or otherwise just never knew the facts are true or not well we will if you just look at the rather tall data where up 2.5 percent need to deice of the Side period nationally since last year out deaths right per $100000.00 of population is increased by the point Not percent now. You could argue population is one reason population growth that's one reason behind the increase but when you look at the desperado 1000 that's also increasing. It's really hard to pinpoint the cause and effect of the increases and decreases the rather tall but certainly authorities he believes that the instances that there have been our 2 other critical try spectrum of all 5 years is just the tip of the auspice just Sure thank you Joe sure Downing's those of motoring journalist in Sydney that's what it was weakens the for. The frankfurter and he mining with Philip think that the German ruling coalition really isn't big trouble after the Social Democrats have elected a new leadership and the winners are more left to do a back bencher from the bonus talks of Esk and former finance minister from North Rhine-Westphalia and. They're both relatively unknown to the wider German public and the German federal finance minister all of Charlotte's And he's also Angela Merkel definitely Chancellor he was defeated in this leadership race and he just received 45 percent of the vote. The new leadership of the s.p.d. Is more left wing and that might put the governing coalition of Angela Merkel in danger because the new leaders they want to actually they have expressed sympathies to to form a new left wing coalition an alliance with the Greens and the left party the former Communist East German party so that is an a team of 2 to some voters in the center and now they must speak elation whether this body will leave the coalition of Angola Merkel in the near future. And so possibly we will see early elections next year. And over the weekend you'll tune into for Jimmy parties held the party conference what came out of anything interesting yeah I mean this is also a change of leadership or partial change of leadership one of the. Co-founders of this new right wing party which is only 7 years old he has retired he's a former city you politician who fell out with his former party when it moved to the left he moved to the right and he has chosen a younger successor who was confirmed by the party conference in brown Shrike over the weekend and the new leadership is now a team from an academic a professor and a lawmaker and a craftsman small entrepreneur from the east they're trying to broaden the electorate and but still the party has a very strong language they call the c.d.u. Rotten they call the Greens equal socialists and they are treated by the other parties as a kind of bet on the block who is not allowed to join or play with the establishment and nevertheless they are trying now to present themselves as they want to get ready to to be part of a governing coalition effort said commentator writes the party still very much a mixed bag they have started as euro skeptics many professors in the beginning were part of the party and then they have included a heavy dose of radical criticism of Islam immigration they want to close the border to against further immigration now they have conservatives and also right wing radicals and their party so whether they will ever be able to to join a coalition that really depends on on the center parties whether they. Are their declined continues and their base erodes further and we'll see but. At least the demonizing started you of the past haven't really worked out. And that has failed. In keeping down that party and I see that you've covered the Friday London Bridge attack in the paper as well but you are you talking about considering the consequences a vat to the car British general election that we are going to vote on in December the 12th What do you say what would your perspective. Yes I mean that's one of the aspects of this terrible London Bridge attacks that have been a big topic and some German media outlets others have barely noticed them of the German public television has had only very brief. Very brief reports on that we have a longer piece on the 2nd page of the newspaper which describes how the stabbing unfolded and then we concentrate on the on the knife man. By graphical and ideological background with money coming in while a reporter he was convicted to prison in 2012 for his involvement in an Islamist terrorist group he was sentenced to 18 years but he got an early release on license one year ago so our correspondent now asked what what kind of impact that might have from the British election promises or strength was quick to seize the opportunity to blame a former Labor government law for the early release of con Johnson has called for a more hardline policy on crime and of the terrorism and referred yesterday to Prime Minister has bowed to the terrorists should be locked up for the entire time of the sentence whether this will really work out with the voters and will have an impact on the election remains to be seen but generally speaking my personal opinion probably many voters will see the conservative being tougher on crime and more the law or the party that might might give them a bit of both. Hello there good morning we got a frosty start this morning not quite as it was at this time yesterday morning mind you because we've got the clearest cars actually cross in the way also a widespread frost here whereas further north across Scotland in neurologist there were near as cold as it was this time yesterday we're seeing more cloud coming in blunted presents the temperatures generally. Of freezing there's the risk want to see icy patches past but generally a small direction in Scotland to move on a bit of rain interest or around as well as throughout today. It's going to be quite a cross. Will be for the Highlands and Islands. Coming into Northern Ireland as well but probably draw here. To begin with. Probably going to drift southward through the see into a. And perhaps. Even into the middle them to. Go further south and east England. Is still going to be a chilly. 67 degrees perfect for the move in Scotland with temperatures near 9 or 10 so we'll probably tend to move away during Monday evening. Across the u.k. Some breaks in the for the South of England and Wales and there may be patchy frost here this time. To mist in folk form and be across. To the southeast of that may linger for a while. But away from here I think we've got some sun. A little bit. But probably going to be dry. With some sunshine best in the east. For most of. 5 East as you know from digital b.b.c. So it's a small state. Based is. Fine. For the. Season with same. Thing in the sky. Or. The champagne the wind here we blowing away sitting looking out over the harbor in Abu Dhabi the light said Clara into the night sky and Jack Nicholson Joleon Pama my comment treats for the year on the rolls journey and Palma head in hands by the race that we have seen here at Abu Dhabi ran 21 of the Formula One championship it couldn't get better my favorite things Day was learning that it takes 2 hours to get from the sea into a yes marina it's 14 kilometers of like little manmade cut canals than. Assuming right the race today both of you well Homa your lesson in throw by the 21st race of the season why Best moment of my day probably crusted tuna big just off to win would you would you eat us not one not what I hear from you am I'm stoned and yeah yeah we literally have an even bigger because we're doing the Poconos. Us champagne and caviar n f one but I was not offered cross the tuna sandwich nothing wrong with up you know and talking to us about the race the race was it was fine it wasn't a threat it was a shame to bow out of the season might die without some great races this year. There were some good drivers and like totally bad it was also manic or for next year yet all poor carts Oh it's hard to. Do that but yeah it was an absolutely appalling there was a bit of stuff here and there wasn't as bad as my presenting for the day yeah but it would but you know how more than dominated the Stepan seconds that wraps up 3rd in the Championship which was kind of the only real top position up for grabs we had a nice dramatic last lap seal of 6 position only feel really sorry for cost science once he got it into get on telly this year as he got a streak naked through the paddock because he wouldn't show that because of nudity . I just he said a really good job he's done a really good job this year and once again they failed to show you the final lap and. Overtaking car a poem car in any movie maybe. But. Yeah exactly e got a good race finish ahead of both the runners which was a good effort I think my I'm going a bit early for driver the day I was sitting on top of the racing point I was with Salahi's I'm going to have a long I'm going to go for Sergio Perez I think he was he was he really has to have long Yeah like he had a at a really good race today I think you know I think it's time for a driver of the days yeah reading and then more and then we'll kind of move on we can reflect more about a year and maybe because the aids more interesting the next race I see by you say Perez My driver the day Palmer Norris. You know when almost how out of surgery fire is not but not quite so surely surely you buy an unfavorable strategy in a lot of bad luck with no dare rest for half the race but it didn't quite put it off because of bad luck with no dearest and it is not already had d.r.s. Staff there at the time was just haven no but Jenna doesn't affect you if you've got no one in front of you like Paris did for half the race at the Rose and McLaren but when they pitted Norris came out Roman Groeschel it was going very slowly in a house with Ferrari power and the McLaren Renault couldn't possible fresh tires got Howard up such a Paris was just chillin in noise fresh air as was Nico. And had a better strategy it also didn't qualify on the top 10 yesterday which meant he had a better choice it starts out as well so Paris they did really well yeah probably is up for me Norris was was brilliant to handle Odom how would neither of you saying Lewis Hamilton when he had the most commanding victory of maybe anyone this season what are you using. The other most commanding victory of almost anybody this season if you know the ice cream on it 3 how old and destroyed it today I think it was a legal eagle poll. He won the race and he got fastest lap he didn't have and this is not a knocking Hamilton I thought he was brilliant top quality but he never any competition today for Aryan if he blew them away yeah but I don't think any moment he did just that you can given the drive you could say the only driver that could stop him most Sadie's was so strong here but sas could have challenged him but he was at the back of the grid that's that's the only cabbie I give to I thought Hamilton was great totally havea job done give us a great race he did actually both of us had there as for the 1st off the race to be on the podium today. That's true that's true Ok so we've spoken to you alone nearly said force is love yeah most quicker than a About way quicker than a Ferrari It pits of a soft tires near the end and we stop and repost you Miss Avies with way too quick this weekend so how multum had no real competition is to miss starting lost in the 1st half of the race there was no d.r.s. Some kind of technical problem no one could use it. And. On the one hand I thought this is great because we saw some actual overtakes but then also on the same hand it meant that people couldn't overtake others I'm pretty 5050 on what I think about I hate the r.s. In principle and I think that is there as a bandaid let's say over over the issues that foreman one has anyway than bandaids can be quite your pastas even can be quite useful yet they don't solve the kind of root problem. So I'm a bit torn I don't know if I were if I would say would you if they were like should we ban d.r.s. Next year Joleon it's up to you what would you say I think that's a tough question. I would say on the whole no less not found they are at now the thing is I actually way prefer the 1st off the race with no direction we saw some good moves term 5 according to who did make a move to a modern Valtteri Bottas early on on strong Adams has made me a science tried to pass Ricardo there was on ground how it was up from the outside it was good stuff we saw some late breaking moves it was good but. That's all well and good but what we want to see is racing at the From and. For that I think we can eat the r.s. Hamilton can pass the Clara Monzer with the r.s. . With no d.r.s. It's got 00 germs and so I think with the r.s.c. Got side by side ones at least exactly for the top teams on an even strategy I think we just need to rest when there's when someone's pitted like we had today was better was behind the times who had pitted it behind Holcomb Bergen a runner that's a nice train that was never going to decide the race so I think we got to focus on what will give us a better battle at the front which is effectively what everyone's so tuning in for yeah and i hear us there now and not a 10 for the race today. For I've seen worse fair enough. What worse what would work out was worse there was some Barcelona McLaren dominations in the late ninety's that will work wow you're going back all the way to late ninety's to find him or her twenties 18 was worse oh yeah you know there have been worse so that's why for a tent maybe 3 but I can't give it a 0000 hour I'm going I'm probably going through out of turn it was not great but there was some stuff happening in a great. Ferrari double stacking twice. Factual ended up being over 7 seconds in the pit lane because they made a mistake why on earth did now the last race of the season end seem like a great time to double stack the Far East twice what was the race where Miss Avies double stacked and it was like wow that was impressive good job China did absolutely no need to and they did it and they did it well to be firm Yeah they were 12 and they were going to get undercut by the stop and and they double star it ever was like well I was so caught super impressive and you kind of was but it was also unnecessary and I can't believe that in a to stop race. With 2 drivers on literally different strategies one starting on the softer one starting on the mediums. On both stops the ideal stop was exactly the same lab. Just Why how is that how is that like it feels like they were just like showing off or something and then if they were showing off they messed up but don't get how one can start off what is the medium's but actually the crucial thing is they stop on the same lap so you know what because they've stopped on exactly the same lap for exactly the same compound of tire i.e. The hogs I guess it makes sense that they should stop on exactly the same lap 2nd time around if you're going for peak performance because the hard ties are done exactly the same distance so I guess that sort of makes sense never to look at wouldn't double stacking like one time is really necessary but certainly every pit stop only when you're on your own lives you really go on and can we lower that level that voice a little yeah i k but oh no no no no How's this now a thing close races let's double stack of this I'm y. And then of course in time with vessel. And finish they could cost themselves time even if they didn't double psyche down if the arrow would have happened no not. Right but how many slow for Ari pit stops if we had this year when they don't double stack and then the 1st on the double stack is a slow 2nd pitstop I don't know obviously. As ever I don't know the facts you know that's not me. But it's just like you know I mean I you know yeah I believe them but like just a bit random isn't it. Yeah in the same way that yesterday in qualifying they took the gamble to be to miss the chance to do a final flying lap Don't get me started on that as a so all right Ok. So have you ever been double stacked in like a safety car situation or even 1st or 2nd that in a 2nd and why you just likes do you have to go slowly or even sat behind like Hogan burgle Magnussen like Come on guys you usually try and give enough gap and form a piece of so quick is that 2 or 3 seconds and you're Ok so you don't want to be stationary I don't know if I have been at some point but if you're the car directly behind you're in trouble so you got to try and drop but. Yeah happens and to be honest that they practice this many times but just as in the 1st one they didn't get it quite right let's move on because the season despite Hamilton having walked away with the trophy relatively early. I think there's been some great races so let's reflect on that side of things we're all race got you really excited you can't buy say Brazil. And but what what Racey's what driving is what action has has made you think yeah this is what fun is all about Ok I was going to give you an answer and then you said that last sentence so Germany for me is not what informs all about. F one is all about racing and that kind of thing journey was just chaos and I loved it it's no everyone's all about I don't want 21 of those a year they say Germany was just great everyone's crashing over in the way it's like Brazil's 2003 they're sort of classic races but at the same time they're just kind of stupid so it's not actually a classic race is that does that make sense now in the end in a make sense to me spine. Tom I get it but you got to cheer up misery goes Germany was by pharaohs of the season oh it was great Germany was there was a brilliant race you had Hamilton going off from the lead of the Grand Prix in a Mercedes his the wool cap is back on then they have a strategy blunder over there was like a minute pit stop the one you're going in in that was last year but yeah no they said Yeah just like that there was this just watching them in vintage cos Sheen fatha bound had lain there they put them on so. He went back Aoun they didn't put on a safety guard they were going to charge another big spin and turn one where the toss then hit a wall trying to pass along stroll who was in 3rd kid yeah it was in 2nd Clare went off in a Ferrari trying to hunt down from a poor grip ization Vettel gave him the back of the grid to finish 2nd to stop and one having had a spin like this is the point it was epic for when on didn't seem to matter it didn't matter what car you were in it didn't matter what priests pre-selected strategy were it was and that's what is great a saying yeah yeah yeah that's what this are you want it to be more I am out as what car you're in and you need to be on the right strategy who are guard was the highlight of my season you know I'm saying is great but like I did it was a bit much it was a little bit I loved it but as I don't want I don't love that every weekend one on what you wanted to be about I don't everybody except laying and being the very best they can inform you know where you are perfect ones talk strategy executed like it was today Hamilton on fire if you cannot appear in the Great start the perfect stop was for Milan it's best to go to China. How does perform as they was what I look for is let's say can we can we say Silverstone as an example yeah you can take anything you want as an example that is what I look for just to start to finish the top guys battling it out. Good stuff but that's what I want kind of consistently we are Germany they are Brazil 03 the odd spy 98 Sign me up like sign me up but you got me doing that every race but every race was like Silverstone then that would be good or even even you know a bit of pest I thought was was a good that was a good f one race that's kind of what I want for my if one does a nice chase bit of a different strategy chase for the lead back over the lead you know I think that's what you've got to be going for consistently Germany was a bit much to have a 21 weekends of the year Ok. The thing is the great thing about Germany was that I got we got to the last lap of the Grand Prix and you had no idea who was going to finish where you agree on predictability that you don't get from a hungry look there were a lot of great races a hungry Austria Austria it was done was pretty good although the safety car and a great there's been a moans it was it was a good race there's been a lot this year but the things are not about Germany it was just the chaos and the leaders going off. So erratically going out the window that you don't get the whole I going for the number buds in the office having no idea what is going on they don't know what tires are on nor even like what company what sticks or when I don't know what's going on who is it was it really when our full wets in the dry or something yeah yeah it was crazy is ridiculous but it was also last year which really. You know it was also last year. What is wrong with me My point is you can't be having that every week whereas you if you had Austria-Hungary every wreak great so if you if you have like a 5 for a football match you want to 54 and you are followed up with like a one to one or one note Yeah well you need border you to make it on morning for Israel to have their predictable run have to have the peaks so when it is so when we had that run of what was there after France whenever it was a shocking place we had Austria Silversun not Germany Hungary Australia moans are you what I would call white for boring one and I'm ready for more of those were good level of just good f one that's my point Germany was like crazy you can have chaos 21 races but if we can have. Come on if you can have Monza you know if there are a few 5 fours in football and you're talking into wolves against Sheffield United and you're like what I want to see here is a one nil I don't want to see a $54.00 I really I'm looking to see this is a one that you want but it gives you that perspective right I'm going to move us on and we were running out of time very swiftly as this is the last post race party we're going to do I want to go through the teams and I would like you to stay with the thing I've had a good year a bad year or a month or 10 just dull and yeah I was going to do that but then I thought by the end of it people might just be bored or give and take good bad or indifferent I think is enough and then you can justify why again you want to go but don't go to you know a little getting out and say let's start with the guys that won their 6 consecutive World Championship when it comes to construct is. Misstating. They are 10. Pretty good 8 because you always gave them a $9.00 Yeah which fell generous to me if only because they sort of didn't build the fastest car they've had more dominating cars on the scene races out of 21 they've won more than that in the past so they've had a good year obviously they've been helped by Ferrari's errors rather than their success on occasion but overall they thoroughly deserve their teams championship so I think in a out of 10 good job but surely definitely room for improvement because they've been beaten purely times even if it was just Germany which was room for improvement Palmer Ferarri good bad ugly. Why no rule reasons explained previously not least today or yesterday fair enough less was on and next up would be red. Jack. I'm going fine indifferent to rebel you know I'm going to intervene because I'm doing these of one hour and necessities are 9 or 9.5 and ripple effect a brilliant year so have I Do you really see it already and all do the other ones because Miss a days of been incredible this year in all aspects they barely got a race wrong agrees they've barely got a race from the drivers of get the strategies being good that have been great so what I gave them an 8 and your that is on your mind because it's been a 9 week old for the for the most dominant start of a season ever I think the last cruise to 2nd in the in the drivers a lot of it has been because of. Ferrari error not a lot not a lot but that has been a contributing factor rather than pure Mercedes dominant is Ferrari making errors because Miss Sadie's are that good that's the other one Red Bull nice 1st year with Honda they've built a really strong car they've won numerous races for a 1st year with Honda which was always going to a bit tricky to be where they are I think is really really encouraging in the grand scheme they were never going to win the title this year so I think where they've ended up to stop and. Really really close with Hamilton over these last $45.00 races is really really encouraging So when does the when does the leniency for Red Bull stop Wenders when you're going out for the Russian next year when is the progression Ok so until now the lack of progression is acceptable says 2014. No no I would say here is they could surely there comes a point where rebel have to be winning races like winning championships but they're not spending as much as Mercedes and Ferrari they've just switched to a new engine supplier agreed you don't understand how big that is for the new who have come from the ashes they've come into that Red Bull team and they've won 3 Grand Prix this year pole positions just happens at his 1st ever pole positions they've this been a brilliant year for them now so you are still without next year do I think you want to see progression what I mean leniency I'm did I'm judging them for how they are with what they've got and is a 1st year with Honda if they don't progress if they're the same as they are this year you'd be like maybe it's a bit disappointing you hope for more. Poor really poor for them really bad Yeah I think really Paul Ok No they sign Riccardo big money they have made no progress they've gone backwards had I was. Horrible Hass horrible yeah really horrible McLaren good step forward right direction most improved in the air surely . Yeah yeah actually yeah because I think they have the slowest car times last year a question along so in that call would they have won races this year or if they achieve the maximum they could hope to achieve regardless of driver I think even 6 in the Championship same assignats exactly maybe a few more points driver and of an but I don't think they were close enough to the front 3 to trouble the front 3 no matter who's in the car this one's a diplomatic question. Racing point. We're sitting in the hospitality unit at the moment a luckly is empty. As indifferent as you can gadgetry I think this is back to you exactly where you'd expect racing point to be after their over achievement of the last few years they're about the right place with the budget they've got but you know what I mean Paris is a really good year and finishing 7th today a perfect example we've got a really good run in. You know where there are no they haven't finished in September Alfred Mayo and we came back and I'm better than before they didn't quite push on as much as I hoped but they're not at the back they've ended up sort of at the back but they haven't been the salver of the last couple of years that have really been struggling my fellow right about for this year I felt they've ended up they've ended up as the slowest car apart from Williams In the end but they've had a reasonable season and some good times. Really really for Toure also 2nd or 3rd man who's podiums matching their best ever constructed finish from 2006 place anyway strand and a team that had to switch drivers halfway through the season which couldn't have been easy and honestly all 3 drivers in the team had huge highlights you know really really great year that did well because they have more drivers in the team than anybody else done I jest I I'm scared to even say it Williams They've got a good year to go he's got a point if you go from Melbourne i.e. Pre-season horrific absolutely here AFIC borderline embarrassing because they didn't even turn up exactly development good is good isn't the right word but they've been there there's been progress I guess I'm just not giving in I'm sorry. They've had a horrible pre-season 00 stop talking stop talking they've got a good year. Ok from the baseline position of Melbourne I think they've done as much as they could lay out their war your reading into this season they've had a horrible year old one point the draw over there's been nowhere near the base of his team. Let's only always Let's hope next year is better for them because the Williams Brown the Williams team just to be more successful can we say right direction. Where if you prefer them being in the right direction in the last year to get to. One final question you only have a one word Swan So now you have one word to answer can we give Can we give one to Michael Messi and the f.i.f.a. On are you going to rate them No Ok. What your Hey wait you're driving season one which. For Stepan. Well we may this is b.b.c. So 6 b.b.c. Sorry. Thanks. Thanks. Thanks. a. Show . Us. It. Gives. Kids. The soul of the. Polls.
