General, sally yates is prepared to testify before the Judiciary Committee next week. That she gave a forceful warning to the white house, to advice michael flynn. This is three weeks before he was fired, contradicting the administrations version of events. Yates told white House Counsel that flynn was lying, when he discussed u. S. Sonkss on russia in conversations with russias ambassador to the u. S. , sergei kislyak. His misleading comments made him vulnerable to being compromised by russia. The yates meeting took place on january 26th. On february 10th, two weeks later, President Trump said he was unaware of reports on flynn. Three days after that, on february 13th, the Washington Post published a story that flynn had lied to Vice President pence about his conversations with the russian ambassador. Flynn resigned that night. The next day on february 14th, sean spicer described the yates meeting in january, in far less serious terms. Just to be clear, the acting attorney general informed the white House Counsel that they wanted to give, quote, a heads up to us on some comments that may have seemed in conflict with what he had sent the Vice President out in particular. His testimony will be the first time the acting attorney general will speak about that white house meeting. A source familiar with the situation, says yats will be limited on what she can tell the committ committee. Many of the details are classified. Her previously scheduled appearance in front of the house intelligence committee, that was canceled by devin nunes. Sparking outcry from democrats who believed he was trying to shield the white house, don, from damaging, new revelations. Jim shud tsciutto. I appreciate that. I want to bring in michael moore, the former u. S. Attorney for the middle district of georgia. Good evening to you. Michael, im going to start with you. You know sally yates. You know her well. Whats your reaction to this reporting . Im not surprised shes coming to testify. I think eits been long awaited. Shes protective of her department and her professional reputation and her integrity. Everybody will look forward to her testimony. I agree what she will have to give will be limited. There will be other information that will be classified. I think were going to hear everything out in the public hearing. But her information will, the same time, likely be in the area of timing. It will tell us when people knew things, the sequence of events that happen. And that will be interesting. Frankly, i dont know thats going to help mike pence. I just think its unfathomable that this information was delivered to the white house by the acting attorney general and mike pence claims to have no knowledge of it, despite the fact he was heading the transition at that time. There may be more things that come to light as the testimony and the hearings go on. Obviously, i have Great Respect for sally and i can tell you this you can put your money on what she says. People already saying that she is an obama appointee, is republicans, right . Obama appointee, democratic operative. What do you say to people that are questioning her integrity and motivations . Thats a ridiculous argument for them to make. Sally has worked for the department more than 20 years. She served under president s and attorneys general that have been republicans and democrats. She handled herself with great professionalism. That argument if you think about it this way, Jeff Sessions is a republican appointee. Does that mean that every time he looks at a case or his department makes a decision about a case that might impact or indict someone who is a democrat that we need to look at it skeptically . The lady justice, which is a figure that a lot of us sees and hangs in the department, theres a statue there. Lady justice is supposed to be blind. It doesnt look to see if youre a democrat or a republican. We count on the professionals that work on the department of justice, to make decisions regardless of the party, regardless of the person and regardless of the personal feelings that he may have about his or her political affiliations. The white house waited 18 days from when yates warned the white house to when flynn was fired. We broke it on the program. There was a drip, drip, drip. Is this delay problematic for the white house . I think so. We havent talk about it a whole lot because the Russian Investigation has gone still for the time being w. When it was hot and heavy, we talked about the straw that breaks the camels back. Its a straw that is put on top of this camel. We see fbi director james comey testify in public, that we will show here live. It will revive the investigation discussion around the russian ties or alleged ties with those that were close to President Trump. I think that its problematic. You really have to wonder when did Vice President pence actual know . And why did it take them 18 days . Not to be facetious. But what does a forceful warning mean. I gave him a stern warning. Thats what we dont know. Some reports said that yates told them that flynn would be open to blackmail because of the discrepancies in his testimony, publicly and what he said privately, with kiss kislyak. We dont know. The public is going to know about this 18day gap in times and what the president knew an when he knew it. I think mark is exactly right. Its receded from our discussioning here and discussions on the capitol hill. But what we do know is that there are four separate investigations on the hill into russia. And then, theres the fbi investigation, as well. Im sure that the white house will come out and, you know, allies of this white house will say that, you know, yates is part of the deep state. Shes an obama holdover. She was out to get trump and out to sink his administration. She resign order got fired later on. But the problem is, their narrative and spin only goes so far because these are investigations are still ongoing. Even as they try to say the white house, essentially says, theres no there there. Russia, it is a prevailing issue, not just in washington but around the country. Everyone is talking about it. Theres concern all over the world about it, how russia influences our election. And if theres collusion. And speaking of the election, i want to talk about Hillary Clinton. Her candid interview today, she is talking about what went wrong. And i wonder if you agree. Here it is. I was on the way to winning, until the combination of jim comeys letter and russian wikileaks raised doubts in the mind of people that were inclined to vote for me, and got scared off. Nate silver, doesnt work for me. Hes an independent analyst, but one considered to be reliable. Has concluded, if the election had been on october 27th, i would be your president. But it wasnt. It was on october 28th. There was funny business going on around that. And ask yourself this. Within an hour or two of the hollywood access tape being made public, the russian theft of John Podestas emails hit wikileaks. The reasons i think we lost were the intervening events in the last ten days. She is blaming herself, too. She said she had plenty of problems, herself. Can she lay this on the feet of the fbi and blame it on comey and russia . These tone it and done it time and time again. And any public revelations about what she thinks went wrong and her aides are saying the same thing. They think comeys action in this election, coming out and saying there was an investigation going on, a investigation going on into Hillary Clintons emails, played a role. And his inaction, not to say there was an investigation going on into Trump Associates and whether or not there was any collusion there. Again, this is going to come up tomorrow. Democrats are going to hammer comey and find out if there is a precedent here. But kept with precedent when it came with donald trump. I want to switch gears and talk about something that was the biggest story of the day. I wonder what the kimmel effect will be of what is happening in washington now. Theyre lobbying lawmakers for a third time to sign on to repeal and replace obamacare, panel. Jimmy kimmel jumped into the conversation. He opened up about this newborn sons surgery. And he made this emotional plea. Before 2014, if you were born with Heart Disease, like my son was, there was a good chance you would never get Health Insurance because you had a preexisting condition. Yu were born with a preexisting condition. If your parents didnt have medical insurance, you wouldnt live long enough to get denied. If your baby is going to die and doesnt have to, it shouldnt matter how much money you make. Thats something that whether youre a republican or a democrat or something else, we all agree on that, right . So, mark, this affects every person who is watching, right . Every american, right . Health care. Many, many people, have to deal with what hes dealing with, for themselves and for their children. Could this be something . Is this the most effective thing so far you think in health care . Its relatable, if youre a republican or a democrat. What was interesting about what jimmy kimmel did there. He wasnt critical of republicans. He wasnt critical of democrats, he was critical of both of them the critical of the system and critical of dysfunction. And he spoke to an audience that isnt always clued in to the news, such as you and i are, or nia or jim or anybody, quite frankly. Who is tied into it. You have a cross of pop culture and politics, coming together and talking about an issue as to what you said, is very, very important. Do i think this is going to move the needle . Not necessarily. But i do think that it may have awoken some folks who havent followed this Health Care Debate as intensely as some of us have. This is from new york magazine, they put it this way. Jimmy kimmel might have struck a final blow against a Gop Health Care plan. What do you think . Maybe. This is close to a final blow already, before jimmy kimmel even talked. I think we sometimes overestimate the reach of people like jimmy kimmel. We live in a very partisan and divided country. And people have made up their minds in terms of what they think the role government should have in terms of health ware. Were past the era of Johnny Carson, when everyone tuned in to Johnny Carson at night. This Health Care Bill is so full of problems already, and lots of moderate gopers on the house side. 22 have said no. If they get to 223, its over. Its the age of the internet. Many more people saw that on the internet. They will see it played out on cable news. More people than would have watched Johnny Carson. If i could add a thought there. I know that jimmy kimmel, he took a lot of grief today from some conservative columnists, et cetera, calling him an elite us, saying dont get involved in the politics here t. I got three kids. Ive been in the hospital with three of them. You cant fake emotion about your kids. Right . So, as i watched that last night, as a dad, regardless of your position on the issue, it wasnt a legislative issue. I listened to him and said, that makes me feel connected to this issue. And i just i thought it was, as a fellow father, watching him speak there, it struck me as a very sincere emotion. Thats human. And we wish the best for the kimmels and for his son. And for everyone. Thank you, all. When we come back, President Trumps phone call with Vladimir Putin today. Were going to tell you what they talked about, next. Keeping the world of business connected and protected. Thats the power of and. President trump speaking today by phone, with russian president Vladimir Putin. I want to talk to russell. And julia a staff writer for the atlantic. Thank you for coming on. Matthew, you first. For the First Time Since taking office, President Trump spoke with the russian president Vladimir Putin on the phone this afternoon. We know they talked about a range of topics, syria, north korea. What details have you learned about this conversation . Details are thin on this, dan. The statement from the white house and the statement from the kremlin, broadly speaking, similar. They talked about counterterrorism in the context of syria, which is about revo e revolvirevolve sofling sear syria crisis. And the discremecy comes in the kremlin statement. And the two leaders talked about them continuing to talk on the phone. And meeting facetoface, perhaps, in july. The white house statement doesnt mention that. And this, i think is a reflection of the desire on the part of the russians to get the dignifying moment. This is valuable for Vladimir Putin. Of meeting with the president of the United States. I was in maoscow last week. I heard it from russians. They want to have that meeting. Contact restored from the topdown. And the urgency of that is less strongly felt on the american side. You read, putins disappointing phone call with trump. What exactly was disappointing about this conversation between the two leaders for you . As math you sathew said, i w in moscow last week. Funny we didnt see each other. All of the talks in official moscow is how quickly can we get trump and putin to meet . If they meet, hopefully the same thing will happen that happened with xi. And trump will feel a connection and will flip 180 degrees his previous policy stance. He will decide he doesnt want to label china a currency manipulator anymore. And maybe he will decide once again to unilaterally lift sanctions and will untangle himself from the kind of internal political mess in the u. S. , where russia hawks on the left and the right, are holding him down. But he didnt really get that in this phone call, as matthew pointed out. It was not in the white house readout of the phone call they agreed to meet. And if you look at the kremlin readout of the phone call, they talked about maybe meeting on the sidelines of the g20 summit in germany. And everything i was hearing from moscow was, we got to get this meeting in before july. They have to meet oneonone. Have that real chemical connection. And thats not going to happen. He has to meet with him on the sidelines of this big conference, just like everybody else. His short Attention Span is going to be pulled in all different directions. Its unclear how much impact a oneonone meeting in that context with putin will have. It makes you wonder where this relationship is now with putin and President Trump and russia and the United States. Were so far 103 days into this administration into trumps presidency. How do russians on the ground feel about him . Are they as excited as they were in january about this partnership . Ill ask you that. The sense i got from russians was complacent. Theyre at peace with the notion that, yep, the relationship is hostile. Its at a low point. But theres political benefits to that. If youre Vladimir Putin, youre running for e election in march of 2018. Its not going to be a free and fair election. Hes got to produce turnout. And one way of doing that is the narative that americans are out to get us. If he can have his cake and eat it to, he can have meetings at a high level, with merkel, trump, breaking the isolation that was imposed on him by the Previous Administration and its allies internationally. But he can continue this caretive that the west is out to get us. Were the ones that are supporting the stability in syria. The west is trying to do regime change again. Then hshgs e can sus sftain tha through the election. And then, deal with the problems that we have to work on together. And syria is a part of that. Its good were talking about syria. Are russians still excited about the prospect of this relationship between the United States and russia or putin and trump . I think matthew is right in his characterization of russians thinking on this. What i will add to that is that, russians are trying to be uncti understanding of trump. They think that trump its a similar way they see their own government. Putin is a good leader. He doesnt want the corruption. But hes been trapped and surrounded on all sides by the e fill ed evil advisers. And trump wants to have a Good Relationship with russia. He respects and admires their president. But hes entangled as one colleague of the Russian Foreign minister told me, hes like gulliver tied down. By his own internal administration. By all of the internal factors that have nothing to do with russia. Theyre just waiting. When hes good and ready, hes going to come to them. Theyre going to have a great and beautiful relationship. First, he has to get out of his own political mess in the states. That is what it comes down to. Trying to be understanding. Trying to have a little bit of hope left that this relationship can be salvaged and brought up out of the depths of which ipt is now. The short time we have left, i want to ask you about Vladimir Putins main opponent. Accusing the kremlin of being involved in a green dye attack. He said it damaged his cornea. He has vowed to run in the president ial election next year, by the way. Is this a taste of what it will be like to go up against Vladimir Putin . Thats right. The lens for everything were going to see over 10 or 11 months will be putin, dominating and controlling and minimizing risk. Going into what has to be not just an election, but a coronation. This is going to be his fourth term as president. He has to replace his prime minister, and bring in a successor, unless he exchanges the constitution. This is a supersensitive period, potentially dangerous. The russian economy is not going great. He is playing hard ball. And allowing an attack on one of his opponents, the murder of one of his outspoken opponents. This is a dangerous and scary time. One of the challenges is, how is the United States, how is europe and the west going to respond. Are we going to be seen to be meddling in politics . Thank you. When we come back, republicans try again to repeal and replace obamacare. Do they have the votes . Plus, cnns exclusive interview with Hillary Clinton. The president , dialing up the president on House Republicans who pass a Health Care Bill. I want to bring in stephen moore, a former senior economic adviser to the President Trump campaign. And austin gools by, the varm of the obama counsel advisers. Republicans are scrambling to get votes to replace obamacare. Heres our current count here at cnn. 22 House Republicans against it. If theres one more no vote, one more no, its over, right . Not because they havent voted. One more no, its over. How bad does it look for the president that they cant get health care again . I was thinking, we went through this, austin will recall, under obama. You remember, austin, to get obamacare passed, you had to twist some arms and get to that 218 vote you needed in the house and the number to get over in the senate. I forget if it was 60 or 51. Theyll pass this. The number you put on, 216, thats close to the 218 they need. There will be arm twisting and negotiating to get some of those moderates onboard. Im going to predict it will happen. But i predicted this on your show about eight weeks ago and i was wrong. For what thats worth. I thought they would get it passed, as well. Austin, i want to ask you about preexisting conditions. Do you think they will get this passed . I think theyre going to have a hard time. Unlike obamacare, they had a scrum about getting obamacare passed. But there were hundreds of hearings and lots of stuff in public. They dont have a score from the Congressional Budget Office of how many people will lose their insurance from this bill. I think theres going to be a lot of republicans that wont vote for it. One quick point about this. The reason i think its going to happen. I dont know if it will happen this week or two or three or four weeks from now. All republicans understand that they cannot run for reelection in 2018 without repealing obamacare. But a lot of the lawmakers are listening to people at home. And that they cant run having repealing it, either. They have to have a plan that people can live with. Weve been having this debate, not just on cnn, all over the country, about the republican plan. And are there flaws with it, yes . But the entire Insurance Market is falling apart with obamacare, with thousands of increases insurance. Im hearing its been said, if you look at the fact checks on this, that is rhetoric. The Insurance Market will fall apart only if republicans allow obamacare, if they dont fund it. So, austan, do you want to respond to that . What you said is what the data shows. This comes down to preexisting conditions. And we spoke about in the lead block of our show was about the possibility of the jimmy kimmel effect, who represents a lot of people around the country. Talking about his son, who is born with Heart Disease. And had to have surgery, right after being born. Do you think that is affecting what lawmakers are hearing at home and is going to have an effect on this bill . I do. And he is not alone. Hes the most public. But you know, with the first repeal effort, you saw town h l halls all over the country. People with cancer coming down and saying you cant get rid of the preexisting condition. If they start being able to charge us and exclude us for preexisting conditions, we have f 0, 70 years of experience to know what Insurance Companies are going to do. Theyre going to take away everyones insurance. I dont think that will pass. Stephen, same question. Well, this you got the right word on your screen. Emotional. This is an emotional issue, with everyone. I have relatives with preexisting conditions. It can bankrupt a family. Any plan is going to have to provide coverage with preexisting conditions. A childhood disease or whether its cancer or Something Like that. What insurance is supposed to babbi about, when youre insuring for some unforeseen event. If your house is on fire, you can call up the Insurance Company and say i want fire insurance. Thats not what insurance is about. How can you foresee that your child is going to have Heart Disease . Say that again. How can you foresee that your child is going to have Heart Disease . Thats not a preexisting condition. Once someone has that condition, then you have to put those groups of people in a public Subsidy Program where theyre providing coverage. You want a functioning Insurance Market for everyone else. Do they remain do they remain in that pool their entire lives . For their lives. Thats this theory how it would work. Its saying, if you have a preexisting condition, you cant get insurance . You remain in this special pool . Direct. Y correct. You would be in the highrisk pool. Thats the separate but equal plan. We had that before. And what happens is, its massively more expensive and the governments say, we cant afford to do that. And they start skimping on coverage. Hold on, don. Let me make the alternative argument. When you put everybody with preexisting conditions in the insurance pool, then we know what happens. Healthy people drop out because the insurance premiums are higher. Im not going to let you get away with this point where you said, only thing is going to crumble if republicans allow it to crumble. Obamacare is crumbling because the costs are out of control. People are facing thousands of dollars of higher costs every year. They cant afford it, don. In arizona, a few weeks ago, people are seeing a doubling of their insurance premiums. They cant afford it any longer. The facts dont bear that out. If you get rid of the substies and the payment part of obama care, you can light it on fire. But the Congressional Budget Office and the nonpartisan people that are looking at exchanges, show that the overwhelming majority of americans can get coverage for affordable rates. Im not just saying that off of the top. Thats not my assertion. Theres no competition in the markets today. You have so many area wheres the Health Insurance companies are dropping out of the marks, don. I dont think that the status quo that we have right now with obamacare is sustainable. If you were right about this, why was trump able to carry this issue over the goal line. Its one of the reasons he won. One of the most popular promises. Most people did not understand what exactly. Thats not hang on. He did ask trump what his plan was to be. His plan was to replace it with something fabulous. If you leave it at that level, everyones for it. For a plan, everyone i want to make it clear. Im not making that assertion. Thats what the facts bear out. Thats what i read. I get that. I just think its a little unfair to say, we can live with what we got. I dont think we can. I think most people agree, it needs to be mfixed. Im not sure everyone thinks it needs to be repealed or replaced. The promise was, eight years ago, yo uh all said were going to save 2,500 a year. An now, its costing more for insurance. I have to go. Thank you. Trumps is more expensivexpe. Trump, standing by his civil war claims. Hes not only wrong and is in need of a good history lesson. A . No, im talking before that. Some think that the president could benefit from a history lesson. Our time is short, i apologize, the other guests went wrong. I tried to get in there to save it. But here we are. I want to ask you about the president s curious comments on president Andrew Jackson and the civil war. Heres what the president originally said. Had an true jackson been a little bit later, you wouldnt have had the civil war. He was he was a very tough person. But he had a big heart and he was really angry. He saw what was happening with regard to the civil war. People dont realize, the civil war yeah. You think about it, why . People dont ask that question. But why was there the civil war . Why could that one not have been worked out . We know the specifics. He tied 16 years before the war started. St what do i think about the rambling through history . Someone has argued to President Trump that he is like Andrew Jackson. He doesnt know much about Andrew Jackson. And he mentioned an true jackson in the middle of an interview. Whats really interesting here is its a reminder of how important for president s to know a little history. Most of our president s have studied history in that they read it. What do you think hes getting this from . Maybe bannon. I dont know. But he did lead a populist movement. Andrew jackson is noted for having led a populist movement into the white house. Until the richard nixon, republicans didnt talk about Andrew Jackson. He was a democratic hero. Richard nixon starts that trend. And Ronald Reagan really talks up Andrew Jackson. Trump has embraced this man for the most part, president s have not touched until the latter part of the 20th century. David, why are you reacting the way you are . Everything is right about jackson. But the important question about trumps comments are not the substance of what he said about jackson or said about the causes of the civil war because its mostly nonsense. The relevant question is, is it dangerous when we have a president who doesnt have much historical knowledge . If youre going to make history, which president s can do every day, you should know some history first. All president s will face major crises. All kinds of crises. But if they dont know anything about previous crises, how will they react . How will they know what to do . He tweeted this. He said president Andrew Jackson who died before the civil warsaw it coming and was angry. Would never let it happen. You say the president s comments im going to be more specific here, are profoundly ignora ignorant. And there are dangerous consequences. What are the consequences . Well, he didnt improve things with that latenight response. First of all, the idea that one strong man, president or otherwise, could have somehow staved off the civil war, is historically absurd. All that really seems to represent is a belief in or an attraction to by President Trump, to strong men, political leer e leaders, in history or today. If jackson had been there in the 1850s, good lord, Andrew Jackson was a democrat. Andrew jackson was a slave holder. He would have had the republican party, which elected lincoln, was the biggest danger to the american union. Theres no logic how an drew jackson could have staved off the civil war, had he been alive. We are talking about nonsense. We have a president without historical knowledge. Heres what really worries me. We need him to negotiate. And in order to be a good negotiator, you have to know something. You have to know the details of the other persons position and your own position. You have to know your bottom line. You have to understand the national interest. You need details. When he talks like this about history, i get the sense that he doesnt retain anything. That he talks about a basis for what hes saying. Leaving history aside, as david and i mentioned, it is very important. John f. Kennedy could not have managed the cuban missile crisis without a sense of history. We also need a man who knows something, so that when we negotiates with a foreign leader, hes not giving away the store. Let me get in here. Were almost out of time. Your fellow historian, douglas brinkley, he described the president as having a confused mental state, following his interviews. What do you think, david . Do you agree with that . I dont know what his mental state is. What we dont want to end up doing is apologizing for or normalizing this kind of antihistorical approach. We dont want to normalize the idea that a good negotiator is a strong man. A good negotiator is full of knowledge. And a president is going to face innumerable crisecrises. If you havent looked at previous crises, how do you know how to respond or react in future ones . What does President Trump know about northern asia, if he has to deal with a Nuclear Crisis with korea . What does he know about the history of that region . What does he know about the history of the korean war, for that matter . Is he somewhere, somehow, getting some tutorials on this . One would hope. Thank you, gentlemen. I appreciate it. When we come back, Jimmy Kimmels emotional monologue about his newborn sons heart condition. Plus, Hillary Clinton speaking out about why she lost the election. And what she thinks about President Trump. Albreakthrough withyou back. Nondrowsy allegra® for fast 5in1 multisymptom relief. Breakthrough allergies with allegra®. We have some breaking news to report on health care. President trump called congressman who came out against the Health Care Bill yesterday, a source with knowledge of the call told cnn long ago tomorrow well talk about preexisting conditions. Congressman long says he and representative fred upton will meet with the president to guarantee preexisting conditions are posted. Lets discuss this more now. Jimmy kimmel revealing that his newborn son had emergency surgery for a life threatening heart condition and making a plea on health care. We were brought up to belief that we live in the greatest country in the world but until a few years ago millions of us had no access to Health Insurance at all. Before 2014 if you were born with congenital Heart Disease like my son was there was a chance youd not get Health Insurance because of a preexisting condition. You may not live long enough to get denied because of preexisting condition. If your baby is going to die and it doesnt have to, it shouldnt matter how much money you make. I think thats something whether youre a republican or a democrat or something else, we all agree on that. Right . I mean, we do. Joining me now is Virginia Smith a freelance journalist who wrote about her daughter and dr. David hill spokesman of american pediatrics. Just listening to that talking about his newborn, your newborn had to endure this. Your daughter was born with a preexisting condition. What did you think . I think its wonderful. Congenital Heart Disease happens in one in about 100 babies and many parents dont know what to look for. This isnt an issue thats not really discussed enough during pregnancy so to have him raise awareness about this and especially give him credit because you know, when you find out theres something wrong with your babys heart you are plunged into this alter naugnat reality. I mean, thats among the most popular parts. Affordable care act, President Trump claims preexisting coverage is in his bill but the truth is that the states can knock it out. So explain to us how this works. You bet. So before the Affordable Care act, a child like Jimmy Kimmels child born with a congenital Heart Disease could use up the entire lifetime limit for insurance coverage, maybe in a week or two. I mean, these are the sorts of conditions that are imminently treatable but its expensive to treat them and you can go through hundreds of thousands of dollars in a matter of days or weeks. So even somebody with the resources of jimmy kimmel could ultimately be backgrounded by a lifetime of care. You know, you get 500,000, 1 million, and thats it. From too time youre born until this plan no longer covers you, but if youre one of those people that needs it its a quick road to bankruptcy. Do you think that what we heard from jimmy kimmel is going to impact this debate or should . I hope so. I mean, the fear of your child being denied for a preexisting condition, that is our deepest fear. We fight so hard to keep these babies alive in the first few years and to think they will grow up and be denied coverage, thats terrifying. Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Well be right back. As after a dvt blood clot, ital i sure had a lot to think about. What about the people i care about . Including this little girl. And what if this happened again . I was given warfarin in the hospital, but wondered, was this the best treatment for me . So i asked my doctor. And he recommended eliquis. Eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots and reduces the risk of them happening again. Yes, eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots. Eliquis also had significantly less major bleeding than the standard treatment. Both made me turn around my thinking. Dont stop eliquis unless your doctor tells you to. Eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. Dont take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. If you had a spinal injection while on eliquis call your doctor right away if you have tingling, numbness, or muscle weakness. While taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily. And it may take longer than usual for bleeding to stop. Seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. Eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. Tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. Eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots. Plus had less major bleeding. Both made eliquis the right treatment for me. Ask your doctor if switching to eliquis is right for you. Intelligent technology can help protect it.
