If hes acquitted theres this real danger hell walk around saying ive been exonerated and hell welcome to our viewers in the United States and all around the world. This is new day. It is thursday, january 23rd, 6 00 here in new york. House managers will continue making their case against President Trump today. They are trying to convince at least four republicans that the trial should include witnesses and documents. Minority leader Chuck Schumer was sounding optimistic insisting after last nights session that democrats are, quote, making gains every day. Do republicans agree . The presentation from house managers is earning praise even from republicans. We have a picture to show you late last night. Thats lindsey graham, one of the president s fiercest defenders telling adam schiff he had done a good job. Really well spoken, he said. How would senator graham know . He wasnt in his chair for many of the arguments. In fact, many were not at their desk at the times despite the rules that require the Herculean Task of sitting down for a few hours. This isnt working in an assembly line. This is sitting in a chair and enjoying all the milk you can drink. But i guess its not like the future of the republic is at stake. Oh, wait. It is. Remember, this is the socalled upper sauce, the higher chamber. Those cushy sixyear terms which apparently arent long enough for some to spare a few minutes to sit down. Now, this is in the meant to hurt anyones feelings because being a little mean gets you rebuked by the chief justice of the United States. But leaving the chamber for extended periods of time while the president is on trial, no problem. It may be the real risk they run by sitting is they might learn something. As one said last night. I think most if not all senators are hearing the case by the prosecution for the first time. Nine out of ten senators will tell you they have not read a transcript of the proceeding in the house. And the tenth who says he has is lying. So for their benefit, lets talk about the case now. Lets begin our coverage with cnns lauren fox live this morning for us on capitol hill. A big day ahead. Reporter thats right. Good morning, john. What we saw yesterday was the first day of House Democrats making a passionate case. We can and will prove President Trump guilty of this conduct. Reporter house impeachment managers telling Senate Jurors why they believe President Trump should be convicted and removed from office by using his own words against him. There is no question that President Trump intended in pressing the ukraine leader to look into his political rival. They should investigate the bidens. Just as he solicited help in 2016, thencandidate trump also solicited help from russia. Russia, if youre listening, i hope youre able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. Reporter President Trump escalated his rhetoric saying they should investigate the bidens. China should start an investigation into the bidens because what happened in china is just about as bad as what happened with ukraine. Reporter for more than eight hours, the impeachment managers detailing a timeline of the ukraine scandal arguing their evidence including documents, transcripts, and clips from house investigation testimonies show a clear pattern of the president abusing his power and obstructing congress. The july 25th call warrants our close scrutiny. It presents significant and shocking evidence of President Trumps corrupt intent. The call lays bare the president s willingness to do whatever it takes to get what he wants. Reporter but democrats still say they need more evidence and witnesses to fully present the scope of trumps alleged scheme. You should demand to see the full record. The American People deserve to see the full truth when it comes to president ial actions. Reporter minority leader Chuck Schumer optimistic the call is gaining traction. If the m ares begin to break, leader mcconnell may come to me and say lets negotiate. He doesnt do that unless he doesnt have the votes. And well try to work something out. Reporter but for President Trumps defense team and his allies, one key witness is at the top of the list. You could never have witnesses here without hunter biden being a central witness. I got to say the need for the senate to hear the testimony of hunter biden and the need for the senate to grant the white house lawyers the ability to take that testimony has become all the more relevant. Reporter schumer quickly shutting the door on allowing a witness swap for someone like jauron bolton. First of all, the republicans have a right to bring in any witness they want. They havent wanted to. That trade is not on the table. Reporter former Vice President joe biden also shutting that idea down. This is a constitutional issue. And were not going to turn it into a farce, into some kind of political theater. Theyre trying to turn it into political theater. But i want no part of being any part of that. Reporter and House Democrats will continue to make their case today and tomorrow. Then we can expect that the president s team will make their defense beginning on saturday. Now, that timeline can always shift, but each side has 24 hours to make their case. John and alisyn . Lauren, thank you have been much. Joining us now to talk about everything, we have cnn political analyst john avalon, cnn political commentator joe lockha lockhart. John, i just want to hit this point again. I think its interesting to see the color from the senate floor. So our reporters are watching the senate chamber. And some senators are actively not listening. I mean, theyre up. Theyre out. Theyre in the Senate Cloak Room which has nothing to do with coats. I didnt realize that until recently. Theyre on their devices in the cloak room, which theyre not allowed to be. They dont either theyre bored and have no Attention Span which is possible. Or they dont want to hear the evidence thats being presented. And i just think that thats an important note. Because that wasnt going to be allowed as well remember. And as john points out. For some reason chief Justice Roberts isnt shutting all of that down. Yeah. And its a dereliction of duty. Lets be clear about that. Its not like this is digging ditches. This is sitting and listening to all the evidence. And id be more sympathetic to the argument theyve heard it all before. If there was evidence theyd heard it all before. But senator john kennedy said a lot of them are hearing this for the first time. What have you been doing . Why have you been on television talking about it . And it shows how much polarization makes people stupid. Particularly senators. When i first read yesterday that there were senators not at their desks and in the cloak room, i didnt believe it. Because how could that be true in this chamber where they hold themselves in such high esteem, right . Were the senate. Were the Upper Chamber here. Were the serious place. But not serious enough to listen to actual arguments about the president of the United States. John cornyn who for a period of time was the number two in the senate said, certainly senators are struggling to see why we have to sit here. Sit hearing the same arguments over and over and over again. You know why, senator cornyn . Because its your job. Its your job to do it. And whats more, the complaint that theyre not hearing anything new, well, you know what they voted not to hear the other day . Anything new. Bingo. 1 for 1 today. Listen. Theres i take exception with your example earlier because if a ditch digger stopped digging ditches, hed be fired. On the spot. Like, gone. You know, i completely agree. You know, i dont want to have lost the idea that the democrats put on an impressive first day yesterday. Adam schiff was brilliant in the first two hours. And they took what was a lot of complicated material and broke it down into little stories. And each house manager came and told a story about marie yovanovitch. Or told a story about dr. Hill and colonel vindman. I think it was very effective. Its ironic that these republicans are talking about we have to listen to this over and over again when in the same breath they say donald trump is a brilliant marketer because he repeats things other and over again. Some people do get an aplus for attendance. Heres who our reporters say have been in their seats the whole time. Theyre paying attention. Who knows what theyre thinking. Susan collins, Lisa Murkowski. That makes sense. They have a big decision to make soon. Elizabeth warren, amy klobuchar. Here are some of the things they heard. One of the things that, perhaps you think that adam schiff did effectively was play President Trumps own words so the senators could hear how the president is feeling about all of this. So listen to this moment. A rally in florida, he said the following. Russia, if youre listening, i hope youre able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. Then i have an article 2 where i have the right to do whatever i want as president. Were fighting all the subpoenas. Id love to have mike pompeo. Id love to have mitch. Id love to have rick perry. And many other people testify. John . Look, the most compelling evidence is always when someone speaks in their own words. And the thing about those clips from donald trump, individual senators smiled and grimaced at certain of the greatest hits. But it bridges the gap of the realization you hear from republicans. Dont Pay Attention to what he says. Pay attention to what he does. I thought that bridged that. What he says and does are particularly connected. In these instances. I thought schiff did an exceptionally good job connecting his case to the Founding Fathers. I got a weakness for those kind of arguments, but he deployed a perfect hamilton quote that if the senator is listening, understand that this unlike an affair with an intern which shouldnt have been lied about is not what the Founding Fathers were worried about when they wrote about impeachment. Jimmy kimmel said schiff mentioned hamilton so many times that he was nominated for five tonys. Schiff also made the case in his mind that the president committed impeachable offenses but also repeatedly through the day included in prime time tied it back to the notion that theres a coverup going on here. And they still need to get more information. And this is one of the cases he made during prime time. I want you to listen to this. This has to do with cables written by thenlead diplomat in ukraine bill taylor to mike pompeo. We know he wrote it. Taylor told us he wrote it. But we dont have it yet. Listen. Taylor sent that cable on august 29th. Would you like me to read that to you right now . I would like to read it to you right now. Except i dont have it. Because the state department wouldnt provide it. But if youd like me to read it to you, we can do something about that. We can assist on getting that from the state department. So there are two trials going on here, right . The trial of the president of the United States and the trial of whether or not to allow witnesses, thats on the senate. Schiff chose to make that point last night in prime time. Ill only say this again. This is not only me praising schiff. Lindsey graham told him he did a goodbye j good job. Theres a trial within a trial here. Theyll take either at this point. So i think he made that point very, very clear. The other thing he did and, you know, it goes to the idea that theyre trying to tell a story so it doesnt feel repetitive and boring. He did something really important last night. Which is he told us why its important right now. You know, jay sekulow went out and said having this impeachment so close to the election threatens our republic. Thats leading with your chin. Having a president pressure a Foreign Government to try to cheat in the next election so close to an election is certainly far more dangerous than having a senate trial that a lot of senators dont even think they need to sit through. So i think hes done, he set the whole thing up early in the day. Late at night he did both of those things saying the document ts are critical. I want to know, you want to know. But then its about cheating. Stand by. Much more to talk about including this confidence expressed by Chuck Schumer last night that he thinks they may be getting closer to getting the four republicans to sign on to ask for witnesses. Democratic leader Chuck Schumer says he believes democrats are making gains in their push to get Senate Republicans to support hearing from witnesses and get documents that they dont have. Documents that apparently the president of the United States is now bragging that he does have. And isnt giving over. Back with us, john avalon and joe lockhart. What am i talking about . I know what youre talking about. The president saying the quiet part out loud again. Theres a show called his dark materials, right . Thats what this is. Were doing very well. I got to watch enough. I thought our team did a very good job. But honestly, we have all the material. They dont have the material. Exactly. Thats the point. Exactly. Thats the point. You have the material and they dont. Do you really believe, though, Chuck Schumers claim last night that theyre making gains for the republicans . I think theyre making progress. Are they making enough progress . And we just wont know that. I dont think that a serious person and there are a few serious people in the United States senate on the republican side. Not many, but there are some. They cant listen to this and not believe that the president did something wrong. They may not believe the president may be removed for it. I think many of them will say that at some point in the process. Or in their questions. But they cant be unmoved by this. But i dont think were going to know the answer to that question until they have to say, you know, aye or no. People hang on what murkowski or romney nay. Because they are the weather vanes. Murkowski said via her spokesperson in terms of when the chief justice addressed down both sides for not behaving properly in terms of what jerry nadler said, she said, i took it as very offensive. As one who is listening attentively and working hard to get a fair process, i was offended. Can we read anything into that . Well, if shes talking about nadler, i think that was a general conception about the senators. Shes talking about the chief justice, thats a different deal. I think she was talking about nadler. You cant persuade people by insulting them. That makes them double down. Thats what needs to be broken down. Whether senators are persuaded more evidence is needed is going to come down to whether they take their oath seriously or job seriously. The easiest thing in the world is to listen to whats been said in a vacuum. But but if youre confronting facts for the first time, its hard to see how you cant say theres a need for more evidence and more witnesses because so much has been blocked. Can i also say you gave Lisa Murkowski praise for sitting and listening. Shes one of them sitting there the whole time according to our people watching listening carefully. But if youre going to vote against witnesses because jerry nadler was mean, that doesnt seem to me to be a very good reason. And you have senators like josh holly, john thune out there saying gosh the house managers are hurting their case by being so cruel here. Thats a dumb reason to vote against witnesses. If you have a good reason, go ahead. But because jerry nadler had cross words for you, thats not in the constitution. Cross words are not in there. It may be bad lawyering by Jerry Nadlers part, thats okay. But if Lisa Murkowski i dont know shes going to do it. But if she says no witnesses because nadler was harsh youve got to look at the second part of her sentence. She says shes attentive and working hard to get a fair trial. Thats a signal, i believe. Fair trial is synonymous with the democrats point of witnesses and documents. But let me i think its too simple, john avalon, to say whether they take the role seriously. Some of these senators are in very tight races. They are looking very closely about how their constituents are thinking. You know, theyre taking polls. And theyre going to make a political judgment at the end of the day. People like Susan Collins and cory gardner. Many have made their decision, but i dont think Susan Collins has. Not too many days ago mike pence praised the senator who broke ranks with the senator who broke ranks during johnsons impeachment trial. That book of course is that some things matter more than Party Loyalty and leadership requires more than simply following your constituents. There is a dynamic role there to be sure. As they look into their conscience and say what is it. Theres another standard as well. For those that wanted to remove clinton for lying about an affair, how are they going to justify not voting for witnesses or evidence in this case . You wanted to talk about biden. I want to talk for a second about process. What you keep hearing and what youll hear on our program when republicans come on, is if they didnt get it in the house thats not our job, its not our problem. If they didnt get the evidence and they rushed it through and they didnt get witnesses, its not our problem. And thats what youll thats what i hear them hanging their hat on. Its an absolutely absurd argument that argument that republicans are making. First off, its their president of their party who blocked all of this. And if the democrats had gone to court in the house, it would be 2022 before this was finished. The president is trying to cheat on the next election according to adam schiff. So this is clear apresent danger. Its not something that in 2022 we can sort out. But the idea that somehow if a bunch of documents and witnesses are thrown on the floor, youre not allowed to pick them up and look at them is absurd. Thank you very much. We will talk about joe biden later on. There doesnt seem to be any momentum to a witness deal. And he is not interested in being part of any deal. This is dangerous, dangerous work. Reporter it is. And this just underscores the fact that this you know, these fires even though they were making a lot of progress when we left the country, now you have an incident like this. Just devastating. We still dont know the names of the three people who were killed. The firefighters working for a private americanowned Aviation Company that was in australia near kuma in the snowy mountainous region. They have no idea what caused the accident, but it killed all three crew members on board. We know that any number of things could have gone wrong, because these missions are just so dangerous. Theyre flying a c130 which is the oldest aircraft that lockheed has been producing. They started in 1956. And dozens of Companies Use them around the world. They use them for firefighting because they can drop thousands of gallons of water in a matter of seconds. So obviously they are a crucial tool. But unlike most aircraft where the pilots kind of put the plane in autopilot, most of this is hand flying. So these people its very difficult, very dangerous. They have to go through a lot of training. And, you know, a lot of things could happen. The plane could break apart in midair if they flew into a large plume of smoke and lost visibility and could crash. What the New South Wales premier is seeing this is a tragedy being felt not only by the United States but australia. Thats frightening stuff. Thank you for the reporting. We will check back with you. Meanwhile, china is racing to contain the deadly coronavirus. Two cities are on lockdown as the number of deaths and confirmed cases rises. Here in the u. S. , the cdc says at least 16 people are under observation after coming into contact with the very first patient identified with it in america. Cnn chief medical correspondent dr. Sanjay gupta joins us now. Weve been talking to you every morning about this. Just since yesterday, the death toll has almost doubled . It has. These numbers continue to go up. We monitor these through the evening. We continuously get these updates. When they say these cities are on lockdown. Wuhan is a city of over 11 million people. When you say a city like that is on lockdown, you can really start to imagine. No one is allowed out, no one allowed in. What it must be like in that city right now. We are starting to get an idea of whos most affected by this new coronavirus in terms of the age. We know people who are more likely to die are in their early 70s, 73 was the average age of these deceased you just mentioned. 40 years old, average age of people who have severe cases. Many of them with underlying illness. And mostly men for some reason. We dont know why that is. Theyre trying to figure that out. Were also getting a better idea of whats happening in the body especially of these patients who develop the severe infection. Ill show you quickly. You look at the lungs and what happens in the lungs. I dont know how well you can sort of see that. But in the middle of the picture, youll see this inflammation in the what are called the alvioli. In the bottom, that yellow is fluid that starts to fill the air sacks of the lung. Thats typically whats causing severe illness and even death. Alisyn, we spent a little time at the nih yesterday. Theyre obviously very focused on this right now. Its one of the big priorities. And the biggest priority is to develop a vaccine. And that work is underway right now. Its going to take some time to prove that a vaccine is safe and effective. But as you might imagine, that is the race that is happening right now. Can we develop a vaccine quicker than this outbreak continues to spread. Let me show you one thing, an important point when you think about what happens to these viruses. We know these viruses will mutate over time. They mutated so they can spread from human to human. Theres two things we Pay Attention to. One is how contagious is it. How quickly can it spread. And the other is how severe. If its low severity and low transmissability, thats in the a box. Thats best case scenario. What you might imagine Public Health officials are worried about is this gets to the d box. Thats what theyre hoping doesnt happen right now. Really scary stuff, sanjay. We will talk to you tomorrow for an update. Thank you very much. Its the seventh biggest city in china. San antonio is the seventh biggest being locked down. Imagine new york city. Because the numbers are like that. So President Trump seeming to down play the traumatic brain injury suffered by u. S. Troops after the Iranian Missile strikes a few weeks ago. This morning the president creating something of a medical controversy after word that about a dozen u. S. Troops suffered brain injuries in the Iranian Missile attacks some even being evacuated to germany for evaluation. The president seemed to down play the severity of those injuries. I heard that they had headaches and a couple of other things. But i would say and i can report, it is not very serious. You dont think that potential traumatic brain injury is serious . They told me about it several days later. Youd have to ask the department of defense. No, i dont consider them relatively serious to other injuries ive seen. Joining us Mark Hertling and sanjay gupta. The thing is by saying headaches the way he did and suggesting that these injuries are not severe, we dont have visibility on exactly what these troops are suffering right now. The president , i suppose, may have more accurate and more current medical reports. But any suggestion that traumatic brain injuries are not serious, i know offends a lot of people including the thousands, hundreds of thousands of troops who served where traumatic brain injuries were a real plague. Exactly right, john. When were talking about the numbers, theres been a significant amount of research by the department of defense, the department of veteran affairs, the military on over 3 hurngz,000 again i say wsh 300,000 injury who is suffered some kind of brain injury over the last 16 years of combat in iraq and afghanistan. And some of the research is pretty frightening and somewhat enlightening. Just assuming these were headaches when youre sending folks to clinics in kuwait or the Regional Medical center in germany seems to indicate just the fact that soldiers being sent there that they have they have to be seen under the sevenday protocol used by the military now. Which is something the military has determined they need to do since about 2014 because of the severity of these kinds of injuries. And theres Research Still being done on this. Prevalence of mtbi. Thats mild traumatic brain injuries among returning Service Members range from 15 to 22 affecting as many as 320,000 troops. Sanj sanjay, again, we would have said getting your bell rung, getting a concussion. But its a traumatic brain injury. I think those terms minimize the injury. To the generals point, these can be pretty significant. I think because theres an invebl nature to them, theres not an outword physical sign that often times are ignored. And thats unfortunate becau because they can be quite prolonged. They can last a long time. Theres something known as postconcussive syndrome. All sorts of different syndromes people have. Along with irritability, forgetfulness, anxiety. Often young people who are perfectly fine and then have this sort of mild traumatic brain injury. It does change their lives, changes their ability to function. And also, john. Its worth pointing out again arwa damons reporting last week. These were according to her reporting, 3,000 times more powerful than simple ieds. So these were significant blasts even if people werent directly impacted by the blast. Its something that hit them or touched them physically. The concussionaw waves can be quite significant. It moves the brain around in the skull and causes a lot of the symptoms were talking about here. And general hertling, i hope the president knows more than we do. I hope he knows more about each of those injured and they have no more symptoms. We just dont know that. I know when a lot of people heard the president say headaches the way he did seeming to dismiss it, it struck them as offensive given that this is not someone who served in the military. This is someone who used bone spurs to get out of serving in vietnam. Yeah. That notwithstanding, john, whats interesting to me is what dr. Gupta just said. These were blasts that Service Members have not experienced over the last 16 years. You know, i was subjected to several ied blasts. Those are relatively small amount of ammunition. When youre talking about hundreds of pounds of explosive power and the kinds of things that can happen, i just say the commanders on the scene did the absolute right things to say, hey, lets get these people under observation. And that usually comes because the Service Member says, hey. Im having cognitive disabilities or im having headaches or nausea. So its the first sign of the kinds of things that have to be handled under these protocols. Truthfully, as a commander in combat, i had hundreds, literally hundreds of soldiers who experienced blast injuries. And staying in touch with them and their families, i see the repercussions that dr. Gupta just talked about. And they are significant. It cant be wiped away by just saying these are headaches. I do want to note the president clearly has some consciousness about the severity of brain injuries. He said in an interview he would not steer his son towards playing football because of all the injuries happening in that sport. Thanks so much for being with us. Okay, john. Slightly different pictures, folks. Our cnn poll has brought sanders and biden at the top of the field. Everyone back 14, 11, 5 for bloomberg. The Monmouth University poll, different. Biden at 30 , sanders at 23 . You even see difference with buttigieg and bloomberg flipping places. What do you do when you get wildly different numbers . What do we do, folks . What do we do . Ill tell you what we do. We average the polls. So now we look at our average, what do we see . We see biden at 27 , sanders at 21 , warren at 15 . Biden pretty steady from last month, right . Sanders up a little bit. Hes up to 21 . He was at 19 . Warrens stable. Bloomberg also going up a little bit from 5 to 7 . Well, theres been a lot of talk about bernies asen dense. Have you looked at that . I looked at harrys average going back to march of 2019. We saw he had that postannou e postannouncement bump. Then the dropped into the midteens. July to september. Then weve seen a little bit going up recently. Hes hovering right around 20 , 21 . One of the reasons may be, at least inside our poll is that sanders seems to be gaining among nonwhite voters. I think this is important. All the challengers so far to biden have been v done well against white voters but not nonwhite voters. I averaged. What do we see . We see sanders is doing slightly better among nonwhite voters versus the 22 of white voters. Thats an interesting dynamic and why sanders could be a much more legitimate challenger especially as we move outside of iowa and new hampshire. Tell us about kcaucusgoers. Of course iowa is where we all begin, folks. Take a look. This is our average of the cnn Des Moines Register poll and the monmouth poll. Look how tight this is. 20, 19, 17, 16. Even klobuchar in the running at 7 . So very, very tight. Heres where im going to add a bit of spin here. I went back, looked at the polls. I give you an odds of winning the different candidates in odds of winning and odds of losing. 3 in 10 for both biden and bo h sanders. This is also key. They all have a better chance of losing than they have of winning. So even though biden and sanders are at the top, chances are neither one of them will actually win. Most of them, it turns out, will lose. Thats right. What happens if every democrat loses the iowa caucus . Then you both tie for the win and become president and Vice President. This is quite a moment. Reporter this is arguably the greatest gathering of World Leaders, heads of state, dignitaries, and members of royal families that this country has ever seen. If you look inside the ceremony here, you can see those dignitaries, those visitors making their way in as the ceremony here at the fifth World Holocaust Forum is about to begin. Vice president mike pence, russian president Vladimir Putin who almost immediately went into a meeting with president benjamin netanyahu. And nancy pelosi and many others are here. Many of those will speak at the ceremony set to begin any moment now. The importance of this is not just the timing. Its not just this is the 75th anniversary of the liberation of auschwitz in poland in which approximately 1 million jews were killed. Its also the situation around the world today. Thank you very much. We also have new details about the hacking of jeff bezos phone. Two u. N. Experts tell cnn that a whatsa whatsapp account was used to hack the phone. It was deeply sophisticated and hard to trace. The saudis deny any involvement. Nick paton walsh is live with more. Reporter an extraordinary tale here involving two billionaires with a bitter feud between them surrounding the death of saudi activist Jamal Khashoggi. They meet at a dinner party in los angeles, exchange phone numbers, and an account that seems to be linked to the Saudi Crown Prince sends a video file to jeff bezos. He receives it, he opens it. Nothing seems to happen at that point. But later he is of course it seems victims to several things occurring with his private information on his phone. He hired Security Experts who look into his account, see theres been a huge amount of information leaving his phone. And it dates back to just when this video file seems to have been opened. Oos thing that roused their suspicion, in november of 2018 just after the death of Jamal Khashoggi and the consulate in istanbul, he gets a message seemingly from Mohammed Bin Salman which shows a picture of the woman hes alleged to be having an affair with with the phrase, agreement sorry. Software license agreement or Something Like arguing with women. You have to just click on them and i aagree. And essentially ignore them. Later on he gets a message saying, youve been warned by some saudi activists about your cybersecurity. Dont worry about that. Essentially things to suggest that the account that seems to have been used by the Saudi Crown Prince has an intimate knowledge of hiss private messages. Were looking at a u. N. Report which makes a serious accusation. A source close to the investigation says they havent had their hands on the phone physically, but they have had four separate experts look through the assessment done by jeff bezos Security Consultants and seem to agree with it. This has wider ramifications too. We asked for a comment on whether donald trump feels its bad the saudi prince may be connected. Also, too, for suggestions that his soninlaw Jared Kushner is communicating with the Saudi Crown Prince. No comment from that at all here. Theres one slight issue here. Saudi arabia says the whole thing is you have to ask whether one of the most influence rnl and wealthy men in the world will be silly enough to click send on a video like that without realizing its implications. One with deeply serious complications. All right, nick. Thank you very much for that. The Senate Impeachment trial getting ready to begin once again. Will senators actually listen .
