Different video shows the men entering a taxi. A Security Guard asks them to stay but they want to leave. After being spoken two, two of the swimmers begin giving statements to police. They were pulled off of a plane by police, their passports seized and prevented from leaving the country. James feigen has not given a statement. Ryan lochte already returned to the United States. That night saying lochte was intoxicated and angry. And a Security Guard at the gas station had his right to pull a well on them. Lets get to nick peyton walsh. Takes through the scene there. If it gets to extradition, something has gone very wrong. What do we think for the swimmers two of them have had their passports confiscated. When can they go home . What happens is negotiation. Extradition is about politics, diplomacy, people getting on the phone and working things out. At the end of the day we might expect for ryan to accept the sovereignty of brazil over this matter.
