[applause] hello. Thinks for coming. I first met dad last year on colorado day august 1st when we found each other in front of the capital hoisting the hemp flag above our capital. I not know if you are aware of that but there is the hemp flag produced in it was an exciting moment. And it was fun to meet him and senator williams since 2006 to see the flag above the capital a and theyd you for writing such an excellent book. [applause] outstanding. And i will let mike takeover and tell you more about the story. Thank you. [applause] that many thanks to linda and many other people part of the Great Movement that culminated colorado the of first state to End Prohibition once and for all [applause] a story on npr and i was sitting at the doughnut shop in southern denver that was just voted the best doughnut shop i dont know if there is a connection in. [laughter] i sent him in the mail and he wrote back and i discovered soon i would be in arizona. And instill a crew of fondness for each other and to our journeys have been to places in to pass the hemp amendment wasting the flag over the u. S. Capitol and weve moved to the needle on where we take this. Colorado does claim the ground to be the state that put this in motion. There is always the straw to break the camels back and colorado will end of prohibition in nationally in the foreseeable future. With that it is a great honor and pleasure i introduce it doug fine a man who has made it didnt and indelible mark on my life who spends his time on his ranch milking goats when not out on the road to help educate the public about the opportunities before us playing an extremely Important Role to change the narrative what we are doing. With that come to the podium. Please welcome doug fine. [applause]. To be mentioned in the lead alone appraised for people that have done as much for colorado if it means a lot to me and this is my third visit here for everybody thanks for having me back. For me to be speaking more than half a dozen people that make this happen as a father and up patriots like Howard Cosell and give a talk about muhammad ali and George Foreman in the audience so i have to get my facts right but also zero not only without them we would not experienced a rebirth of this economy. The way i would like to do this is hemp sees she hopes eventually will go into her hemp coffee. But is almost planting season, a nondenominational whoever you prayed to food did i forget . Thank you for coming tonight and lets talk about hemp. And also there is the family heirloom 1731 us dutch book on hemp paper in pretty Good Condition so thank you for allowing us to have this up here tonight also for the hemp plant for i can feel the Carbon Dioxide being sucked into the atmosphere. [laughter] of hardest part talking about hemp sounds to not sound like your roommate because after two years of research icet in here telling you that your roommate with the law of the lamp was right. How do we get this message across . This year is hemp biggest year possibly in the last 10,000 speak skipping colorado the federal farm bill thank you to the colorado congressman. [applause] allows for University Research of hemp a great first debt for those who have been activist that it might be frustrating only university approved research are approved on the federal level and teeeight agents today at and curiosity . Well come if you are here. [laughter] thank you for coming. Canadians put theirs to work to inspect the crops so we that agents but it is good for america so stop saying silly things about not being able to tell the difference. The farm bill our congress did something in our president signed it. Research is okay for a couple of years that canadians did it now the economy is growing by the billions. 24 per year one of the heros to give the introduction tonight this was last july 4th is a conservative a buyers colorado, not to boulder. [laughter] is a magical years and also a shot out to eric hunter who were involved with that legislative cited is ahead of federal law. We were there at in boulder the first date agriculture accepted permits commercial production of hemp. Colorados says lets go. Lets jeb and is generate the revenue 300 per acre that is 10 times what they are making on gmo korn. Also had a curiosity how many people know about this guy . Because there will be a statue of him one day. Last year said i will publicly planned 50 acres of cannabis in kansas in springfield very conservative county that gets federal subsidies for the old cycle. Now we will show my neighbors that hemp takes half of the water with the wheat he has been growing so his neighbors the reservoir is drying up they could dry copy and make money and get back to the land. He is here. Remember the name. I had no idea when i started researching hemp that instead of laughed out of committee whenever the house would bring the hemp bill for word i would get emails from hemp activists. You get all excited and then the committees are like no. Thats enough. But then it happens right i am back and money taxes this year i have to think congress for being a the marketing piece of the book but more importantly, they made that wish second paragraph come true. My plan that hemp is fully legal is to cultivate 10 acres so my sweetheart no longer has to import from china and the material she already imports in a cynical age we can use one less dire than with like to buy colorado grown hemp for my girlfriend to make these clothes corduroy, shirts, a. [applause] that would be fantastic. One step closer to reality. So leaving with one thought to night in the industry you know, north dakota dakota, kentucky, california farmers are chomping at the bit. They read the journals and know the prices. In farming there is a term that means one crop for more than one far purpose. And hemp is tricropping that is the main theme the aisles and not to ride in the limousine power by hemp. It was very comfortable. [laughter] but i want to seize tricropping. Every colorado processor farmers will bring in their feed, is not complicated complicated, too heavy metal bars pressed together the group that comes out makes a supern food in manitoba they said hemp verses normal corn feed and the result you could just tell by looking on the web site the analysis nutritionally is way higher minerals, in that day dos from the hemp that chickens eight. The omega us super food comes out marketed regionally these. The seedcase makes a fantastic animal food. I know people feed their payouts nothing bad dash and compost all winter. In those that are fed in Washington State paid this are bigger and healthier with a steady there which jibes with the woman im a dad an earlier age and in nebraska issue remembers her daddy grow weighing hemp and along the the irrigation in ditches as erosion control. So not just what we deal with in the heartland but do you know, Subsaharan Africa and then they in the fall they would send out the cattle into they would love it so there is is your seat wheel. The biggest hemp vogel in canada is undergoing there fourth expansion in 10 years he has been in since day number one. And it was not that big of a of factory. Added is one section. There is your own real. The second section is we have tough fiber there in mercedesbenz and bmw. Been easy fiber applications and that is construction it is not Rocket Science to make this light insulation that outperforms chemical and petroleum based. Now, its happening already to austria, there is a great video of a farmer talking about this and how look at the story of germany that basically became Energy Independent fossil fuel free and reduced 30 unemployment to nothing coming in control of their own energy. I would like to see American Communities do that and i would advertise it. Fiber and energy and a kind of to map this out first of all the energy application. We needed to happen. So many people here have read the book collapse. Kind of a scary where in the great civilization documents of what went wrong and it will sound familiar and they share the culture there they were traded from seattle to coaster rica and it looked really good. Its kind of like the deforestation followed by interesting the nut job rightwing leaders the monument all get bigger and its like we need to make a different decision and more competent about this and i feel as though the carbon mitigation blueprint is now in place and so that is my plea for you so make sure that you include energy in your first its what we call the upside of prohibition. We can take with the canadians are doing with such a Great Prophet and theyve even got these varieties ready so side story of what happened, america kentucky was the sort of beacon of the world. Kentucky alone the first millionaire mobile that was a big business in ohio, not so much a colorado but it will be now. And david west had a federal commission do a study in the late 90s, so he wanted to see and he visited virginia and it was an Indiana Jones seen about a warehouse within the warehouse kind of in the back create in the box it was a couple of bags so this industry thats so important to us we have to start from scratch and people in this room are starting that research now. But we can take the industry from canada into the fiber knowledge and this third Energy Component would make them in the first generation. This doesnt put the fiber in the historic panels because they are storing peace signs and wearing tiedyed. It is an easily accessible and reliable, inexpensive source of strong light material. That is the age we live now. And so it was really soft. And the company that provides this date been at it for 20 years and even they have their harvesters each year based on the process so im backing up a little bit and a sandwich your roommate with a lava lamp because it is a learning curve but if you know how the fifth generation colorado ranching family, they know how to do it its not Rocket Science when it comes to see i you and that is where you should be starting. The canadians to the research for their farmers and the issue of importation you need to make sure the federal agencies honor the new federal law and allow the colorado farmers to import to see. [applause] and another issue is University Research has been approved by the fed they are trying to bring the tax base back and Colorado State u. Should be on the ball with these farmers to be conduct in the research so that we can get to this industry backed up. They cant wait until you are planting the seeds. They have a prophylactic dam that we should do as well but i would rather see Boulder County have the regional process that i could buy at my foo my food coy farmers market. Chinas president visits their factories instead of using taxpayer money so why would chinas president do that . The reason is that cotton provides the worlds pesticides anand so they are poisoning poie soil and losing productivity and know whats going on. My friend has become an advocate and in the world the softness of a shirt but you would be able to buy at the mall some teenage girl put it together and got poisoning or who knows whatever. So its going to be very soft. It reminds me of a seinfeld episode where George Costanza for one tenth the upper hand in his relationship ended when he loses that he complains and says youre going to need it. [laughter] china is going into the hemp fiber because they have to. So the Legal Industry lets hope one day as i say it is and Rocket Science. You could do it. There are some great consultants at the end of the book i have a list of sound and there ar somee coming online and some great ones here tonight. We will be stepping outside after the qanda. So it is just in magical super food. Totally amazing because of it. We cant eat enoug keep enough s stuff. The guy the canadian crop and has a mentioned before it will be for the farmers in the next year. I. Eyear. I am a smalltime rancher or so when i was interviewing the canadian had mobile i said what about people like me, i have 40 acres and what is legal in mexicmexico by what we have 20. If you are under a thousand acres you are a hobby farmer. But thats how they do it out there. Thats how you do it in nebraska and colorado and thats fantastic and thats fine. Im doing the math here. Its nothing than what other people to declare they are profiteering 300 per acre so if it is a minimum thousand acres at 300 per acre, okay. Feel free to change this by the millions but that is more than i needed book sales in my entire career than the farmers are making on one year crop. I dont think you need to do a thousand acres. They were doing everything they could to get legal to the people and ended downwards chapter they told me dont let people say that its got to be its got to be a billiondollar industry. You have a Network Growing at tenten,15, 20 acres. You could have a serious communal industry, profitable one, too but when we are working together and own a processor that can work as well and im in the middle ground on this. I am fine with finding people. Thats fine as long as its not im going to personally try to choose the Regional Sports and grow it myself in a sort of checkerboard fashion. My goods cant wait by the way. They tell me that during the morning meditation. [laughter] a lot of people believe that its true. I do start every day meditating and it was one of the reasons i was thinking i forgot to mention Samantha Walsh and all of the people like jason especially that to the legwork and got this industry going here thats going to show the world what the plan has to offer humanity. They are dealing with human beings with all kinds of energy and backroom deals and all that kind of stuff and i just sitting there with goats on a ranch with calls to each other on either side. So thank you people in the trenches that made this happen. On the fiber side, people that i like and want to see, bless you publishers and of the Vermont Company that had 100 cycle paper and they are going for it. They tried to make it happen on the First Edition and it simply isnt there anymore. This cannot happen on the paperback you can do it in the special edition that one of the things they are doing now in colorado and in the website sponsoring a colorado farmer and there will be a contest to grow the fiber that can go into future editions and that may seem a little bit wild, but at the Education Center of winnipeg canada, the private Industry Partnership and the government industry supporting the deal they are putting the fiber in the field and they need to do something with the fiber and this is a tractor built entirely out of hand and it is outperforming the petrol classic in every way. You could take it. Its strong. They are not political. They are scientists trying to figure out what applications work and i want to say that my online handle i offer for a small franchise fee could you see that its built from the hemp that the colorado will harvest so that its the plan. But a lot of people told me that the first generation thats where the money is. If you dont have the skills to do the sophisticated textile stuff by the way show of hands how many people know that the parachute saved his life when he bailed out of world war ii was made out of hemp . So construction is an easy kind of low maintenance application. The tests are going on in the universities in canada especially are showing as i mentioned earlier a mixture of wine and not only do they create longlasting homes but pink insulation and they are starting to be developed in low bearing applications as well, so i call the people that are building these all over england, Profitable Company called british Land Technology and they have a subsidiary in the u. S. , i think that it is a Good Entrepreneurial opportunity for the farmers to just chalk up your fiber and sold them to the construction industry. Anyway, what it has done right is that create and easy to pack long toxic as you may know it has to be heated up thousands of degrees. So i asked in the book is a nobrainer into subdivisions he said it is a nobrainer for anybody that is maintaining the structure or the development that they are building. If you are just looking to do if you are just starting to flip stuff with whatever is cheapest and god knows what toxicity and drywall and all that, today in europe it is a talk up on the initial cost of energy and durability and lower maintenance of the structure if you are thinking even five years ahead, it is a nobrainer. But i went on the site in canada that they want to provide as lowincome housing folk folks fe north annorth and they are findt it is extremely guess what they found in hawaii, it is extremely termite resistant. The housing minister that was giving me the tour i asked them at the construction if they had collected a paycheck what it was like to build with hemp insulation and they said once we got it figured out it was the best job that weve ever done. It was quick and beautifully and you could paint right over it. Even though we are in the middle of building a house we can tell as it goes up but it took a couple of days of experimenting with this mixture of hemp and wine to find that consistency. It took a couple of days and it was easy to work with and its kind of light and fluffy, not sticky. And yes it took a couple of days of experimenting to find their ideal mixture. That is the most cynical thing i can tell you about the application but a long time activist told me the belief that construction will be the first fiber. Personally its embarrassing to me we have 30 of the farmers when the prohibition started in 1937 and now we have 1 of American Farmers and we can speculate all we want about the causes of this but the bottom line is that as much as we want to idealize farming they are trying to make a living like everybody else and if what they are doing is great for the earth which it is, that is fantastic and it is a great bonus that it is about being able to harvest the crop and whether it is a thousand acres and rebuilding the stock with a bunch of other people if he has 600,000 invested in the harvesting equipment this is real business. He showed me technology that i couldnt believe it. If its going to be that i would love to see that. So far every events that ive done over the course of the month ive been asked are they going to take it over and they do what they are going to do that if we keep the ban in place come if wto come if we get thate in the u. S. , i just wanted to see if i was going to explode for doing that. [laughter] at booktv its like beep thank you for coming here to this event. I appreciate cspan2. So, i dont mind if when you are driving for witness and a soda and wisconsin and the earth killing gm oh corn and used the hemp that is totally cool with me. I will support the community farmer. This is a terrific. Farmers like super religious heartland canadians farmers granted their terrific kids i forget what it is, several hundred acres, she had a dream of making a Healthy Energy bar. She thought energy bars she is a triathlete. So she put this mixture together from a harvest that her husband did and won a contest and got 20,000 to lead through the hurdles that want us to be a licensed Food Producer and now has this energy bar companies from the hemp the family grows on their farm in manitoba. This is something that i think of as a hemp brand. Skipping ahead here. The hemp brand i think is encapsulated very well by the company. This is a thirdgeneration company. 54 milliondollar Company Growing very very fast. The ceo granted he collects five times the salary of his lowest paid employee. Its from the orchards cultivated jointly by the israeli palestinians, and last year the ceo of the corporation locked himself in a cage in front of the white house with a hemp plant but this is the moment its what i want to apologize. [laughter] i saw your son holding the cannabis plant on booktv. [laughter] no, but really im proud to be doing that. My kids have a great time visiting the field and mike was telling me that his grandkids are having a blast in the field this year. So david gets arrested of course doing this in front of the white house. But, it happened. Like six months ago it happened. Its happening now. Thank you colorado. As far as the brand goes that kind of righteousness is marketable in the way that arming him or you know youve got a box, what does that tell you sort of like the value of clean has that brand and that is the bottomline reason to believe there isnt any genetically modified hemp per instance because thats offbrand and the fact that this has been a movement for 77 years to get this plant back into the economy matters and we should stick to that terri had it was an accident. It was basically a typo and completely misguided Cannabis Institute of 1937 the most interesting thing about the hemp prohibition is that within a few years it was also ready shipping American Business offshore because world war ii broke out and the source that every vehicle needed was in the philippines because suddenly they couldnt grow hemp anymore but they captured them so all of a sudden go to youtube and you can check this out. The u. S. Department of agriculture in the propaganda film it sounds like the roommate with a love of land. [laughter] it is any more passionate when all of the truth about hemp for the war effort. The fact that it was seven years to be cultivated in but at least it happened. So i was researching the sustainable industry and people that are trying to do i is write in california and i found it in the progress of county that was just so progress is it would be clothing optional in the supermarket. [laughter] the first state to ban the labeling or the genetically modified organisms and i asked the sheriff do you enforce it and he said he thought there had been a great carried out in the county, which i thought was kind of funny. [laughter] still alive. [laughter] you are allowed to speak out against gm zero. I love democracy. And this cannabis industry is making i dont want to carry the metaphor very far but its the healing of the nation. This is not an occupier, people. This is the republican senator from kentucky Mitch Mcconnell leading the charge in the senate. There are a lot of funny stories about what brought the senator to hemp. One of them as it is reported suggests that the senators colleague in kentucky promised not to run 18 Party Candidate against him in a primary if he would get defined a hemp. So whatever it takes. The reason why i include my rent aside here is we are all kind of western ranchers and ive always thought that it was a little bit unfriendly. I have to say for those of you that cant see this is my sort of Black Diamond driveway. Well, announcing your arrival avoids accidental gunfire and unexpected nudity. Beware of ghosts elite co. Goats. I have a sympathy. I am one of you so i am really here to help as colorado gets going introducing people as processors after the inaugural expo last week a terrific event that a bunch of people were at. I was approached by just an engineering guy that said i wanted to start one of those specifications, provide a gasification facility for the processors. So these are people that we can network with one another and thats why by the way, no one has ever honored to sign ever. No one has ever called up and said i sol saw the sign but i thought i would call first. I am obligated to get it d buddhist but if you live in the middle of nowhere, when im not around the world researching stuff you think you can go out and get your boxers off the laundry line without anyone noticing, but invariably this is when the ups lady is coming down my driveway as i am out there and she has binoculars on. When mike did his planting on july 4, this its okay. These are conservative people that are totally dont think we heard a negative word western. The farmers are ready to go into the reason is because of the dust bowl that we are experiencing in. This is 2012 in lamar colorado. I dont think she knew the difference between the regular a couple of years ago. Thats supposed to be her lead field. This is no joke, people. Ask the conservative rancher whether it is real. Its serious. Now this is my sort of anytime we get off of petroleum we replace it with something such as the petro process three d. Printers building composites which construction is some 15 or 20 of the Carbon Emissions and we start getting that into the construction such as these nightmare high energy petro chemical bases Building Materials that we use and we try to get off of the petroleum you are doing something good in the world. We know about exxon valdez. Last week in the niger delta we had these battles going on over the pipeline. Terrible things happening. I am not somebody that in good conscience criticizes the industry because i believe the Petroleum Industry helped make america great. I wouldnt be able to test out my books without a lot of petroleum and plastic goods into making that the petroleum did so much good for america we wouldnt have been able to live world war ii without texas crude but if on the ball somewhere in dc i am cool with that. But that was last century. Lets move onto the next thing so that we can start healing this situation. Another big issue for the American Progress now is how to get to see. One would like to think that the employees that work for us and are paid with our tax dollars follow the law of the land which houses in the preUniversity Research. And by the way in the congress now that we should be supporting with and getting involved in that if you want me to get more specific on that. Does anybody else know the name of the current bill in congress . Writewrite to your congressman d senator to get it going superseded the federal law. Wisconsin and everybody else will start playing. But hopefully these folks paying the taxpayer dollar have read the farm bill which means its cool to plant and there will be no more robots importing seed from other countries so that we can plant, but there are other ways that it is happening and in the states there are already people developing it, multiple people that are here tonight but there is an argument that despite the ratification effort, the ditch weed as the as the con nebraska that is good for a religion control is still there. It grows quickly and has a good taproot which is why it is a good stabilizer. When you have type roots i saw a fascinating demo on this not long ago. You are creating an underground ecosystem for the earthworms and other important things so thats one of the reasons why it is valuable. Conservative republican kentucky politicians are urging to use it in this gasification process that we have been talking about. So, let them choose. Use the nebraska ditch weed. Theres nothing wrong with that. In iv with specially if it is like Building Material where the fiber doesnt have to be uniform but in these applications they micromanage their farmers and it goes into these advanced components. They have to be uniform and perfect and if you are playing with the big boys and girls and you want your hemp cereal, and by the way there is a serial that canadian astronauts have brought up to the space station today. So, if you want to do something that is sort of Big Marketing it cant just be whatever is laying around. Although in illinois they are planting hemp, but what the canadians tell you and they have experience. You have to have the bar that is registered and uniformed in the same on your neighbor is using otherwise you are not a pro and i see both sides of this besides consulting with people one thing you can do, spend the globe and look for a place that has similar elevation, water and rainfall and in the early study in hawaii it surprised everyone including the research that in china and had a dissimilar climate but vital to co worked best in the study that they did in hawaii. So, look for these different characteristics and then im not going to be here on national tv advocating breaking national law but i quote, lets leave it at this. I know they are lawabiding citizens, so i dont want to make anybody nervous or seem like they are outlaws. Lets change the federal law so that we can get all the seed that we need and universities please get on board the research so that we can get this feedback. By the way you will see where the seeds come from. A friend sent me stuff but thank god he didnt get rated. I said this Climate Change issue that we see in colorado you have these tunable floods, we have them, too. Nowhere had 30 days and nights he couldnt find a land land i3 days but i couldnt cross a creek that gets me from high ranch to civilization and the road. One of my neighbors tried. It was an ugly situation. Climate change mitigation matters to me as a father. If wins in the market. I came here once i had kids because not cotton held up to that. If you have kids and use cloth diapers is a poop, line wash and handheld up in the real world. The nontoxic option without all of the additives that we dont need in our soap to bathe my youngsters and Hemp Seed Oil, expensive granted, that Hemp Seed Oil was my girlfriends prenatal source of omegas. I got this sample to my goats and they started writing it. They couldnt wait to be fed Hemp Seed Oil traded [laughter] to think with my solar powered d search to the legal kind of lifestyle and belief in the the hemp legal i told you about, it does give you the munchies i tell you. [laughter] i mentioned a little bit earlier that for me i am sure the textile site if it. I like that my girlfriend makes it for me and it feels like home and going about my day. This is hemp per troy. She did a good job on this one. And these are commercial pants. Its not in other cutsie thing. The emperor of japan, br and he had road to symbolizing all the things we have been talking about this is the message to the empire is this his longevity and nature. Turkey is still ready and looking good for showtime. I was invited to testify for changing the International Drug law basically ending the cannabis prohibition for the safety of the worldwide families at the high session of the un commissioner of narcotic drugs indiana a couple weeks ago and im not sure about this but i think i was the first person to testify in recent history from head to toe. Thanks for that one. I told you about the profile and im a little embarrassed again, winning in the where do i find this . And romania at walmart. So thank you for carrying it. I didnt tell you the tail end of the story about the county and when i was researching the sustainable cannabis industry a couple of years ago i saw that the stock from the plant is not being used and it has this energy source. So that planted the seeds to speak for me to write hemp round because it is going to be really where its at. Addictions are free. The reason that i believe that industrial cannabis is going to be bigger is of course its big that exxon mobil is bigger. Bigger. Its in colorado and nationwide you really start thinking about the gasification technology, i think we are going to be able to change not just the food structure of the industrial grade as well. A quick reality check for post harvest process, how many of you have heard about this, it is a bit medieval. If you see the tenth century plans. The deal minus gasification and the reason i have the slide here if i was told rhetorically that if you tell people some three times they maintain it and i so badly wanted them to make sure that you are getting the energy and im sneaking it subliminally into testing to do with it. [laughter] so, it is not exactly a nobrainer to cultivate that its pretty easy. You just have to harvest it at the right time but and this is the farmers telling me that you have to store it in a way that retains the correct moisture level before it gets to the process and professional farmers can do this and figure it out. But if you want to do stuff with the fiber, there is a battle going on after the harvest it is two weeks of rotating the right amount of waste ar moisture noth or too little so that it opens up and you get the really valuable fibers in between. I write a book abou in the booka fellow that has developed what he calls its not a new concept. They were in the field in 1917 for the modern industry gets expensive and it allows you to sort of stripped off the bark from the harvest so we might be going from tenth century to 21st century soon but i bring this up again and anytime i cannot sound like your roommates with a lava lamp i need to step that can give people a reality check because i am a believer. I think the industry is going to take off. It isnt Rocket Science. My analysts Canadian Farmers have acres and you can come too. That is a Pretty Simple model and it is a patriotic issue. We have seen pictures of left wing and right wing people and Mitch Mcconnell to really agree that this is good for america and thank you again for not only of the august 1 this is the wasting of the flag above the Colorado State west should also july 4 over the u. S. Capitol last year its one of those moments that you cant turn back when they were the big enemy. Hemp is the opposite of the enemy. Hemp is one of the most patriotic industries that you could support. I want to see them make a ham sandwich in mcdonalds. They drive humanity with the Climate Mitigation strategy. This is a usda hemp researcher that his developing a variety of the early 20th century and that is what should be happening again. I want to continue this discussion because the changes happening every day at an event in boulder i got a report at the energy lab that said i think the farm bill is changing things. Like we are going to do this. And its going to be because your roommates with the law for lamp was right. Thank you for coming. [applause] can i take a couple of questions before we get on with the signing . Is there any prospect for getting this in their . Im about 70 miles south of chicago. Chicago. Its been in the state of illinois . I think what is going to have been i mention this because minds are open on the official and resident obama voted to legalize as an illinois legislator twice. So, texas giving a talk at Rice University and the Baker Institute at rockne here, they get it and one of the reasons they did it is because they are a border state and they know what the cannabis prohibition does for the organized crime and right down from the ambassador to the namesake of the institute for all of the researchers there are totally on board and i found, i guess i should say to my surprise texas is ready so i honestly think just as california is paving the way for things that happen across the nation and i think that texas will be the reverberation across the midwest because that is an easier vote for the illinois re publican cultivating in texas, but i think that illinois will most likely follow missouri and ohio that will be the first in the midwest. The zero standard allwheel in indiana we have had the land since 85 but we are paying a lot for the input. We have all inherited it. People dont want to live in it out in the country all by its self in that county and 8 miles from indiana. The whole history of the canoe battle but the thing is the farmers now farm and harvest with one team we are stuck in a syndrome of the high cost input. It sounds like disloyal restoration. But im glad that you mentioned this because the strictly soil remediation is putting farmers back in control of the crop that can make them a living and that is what the ultimate goal is. I would like to see it happen. Lets contact the religious leaders. Bill gates bought a whole section near the farm. Its big farmers. Its just a small farm. How many acres . Out of two thirds of the section. With all of the nearby farms the thinking was stuck in the state of illinois. I just want to encourage anyone that is interested in knowing more about this as it unfolds in colorado to check out the association website. Theres also a button where you can become a member and we welcome everyone. We want it to be the networking website for farmers and industry and anyone that is interested in any aspect of the unfolding in the United States are colorado. I am a member and i forgot to introduce this is a colorado senator who put forth the very early first efforts and we can speak to the efforts better than i can do this, i dont know, it must feel pretty good to you and thank you for getting the early seeds of this going literally. So, other questions . The 300dollar per acre profit, how much of that is driven by the prohibition was as the agriculture were to expand would they have to come down significantly . That the turkic question. Im always looking for examples where i can insert just a little bit of curbing of the enthusia enthusiasm. Even as i am talking its going to be huge.
