Retired Lieutenant ColonelTony Schaeffer with a schaeffer with a semigood business strategist tony robbins. Goodbye now. Stay with us the next few hours. The war on terror. A Taliban Splinter Group carried out a Suicide Attack in the northeast part of pakistan killing more than 70 people yesterday, injuring 300 others at official said the attack targeted christians celebrating easter. The white house not to permit christians were the target. The attack comes as one of the nicest top leaders released a propaganda video with further attacks on the west claiming attacks were just a taste of what a sitcom. European authorities continue to investigate attacks in brussels it loads and prosecutors charge a jihadists in connection with a plot in france making him the fourth suspect to be charged in the last two days. Belgian authorities have detained 18 were detained 18 were suspects in more than a dozen antiterror raids over the weekend. Joining us now is Army Intelligence officer in natos Senior Advisor and repeat. Good to see you. Thank you for joining us. Lets talk about christians being targeted yesterday in the easter holiday. What is your take away . The most awful thing is they were intended to send a message to the conservative muslim Prime Minister pak and who was in no way himself this is headed with that as christian minority. If anything, very much the opposite. It really indicates that all parts of the world regardless of what the u. S. Does that christians are just the easy opportune target to blow up the militants want to cause problems. Maria why . This has nothing to do with what we saw from aces. This is a completely separate attack by the taliban has taken responsibility for it. Thats absolutely right. If anything it shows have the link to u. S. Policies he says. This is a group that is a splinter from the Pakistani Taliban which has no real quarrel with the United States per se, but instead the pakistani government. And this one more offshoot of this radical islam anon anon and never part of the islamic world that seems to be. Maria how do you see this . You have to challenge with the u. S. Is doing. Given the fact 2015 was the worst year on record for the persecution of christians, beheadings, imprisonment, berger, eviction from ancestral lands. It does beg the question when you hear john kerry talk about the United States, it seems like we somehow because of our political process here to serve this to be happening to us, that christians somehow have this coming to them. I pushback on that like there is a vacuum created by this administration. How do we fix that . I think it is shocking that christians are the only religious group that on their major religious holiday x mass casualty attacks. You dont have that for any other religious group on this lane at. To view in the white house that we cant even name the monster that is the mideast communities. When we call genocide we have to say this against minorities to start by calling up what it is. There is a genocide against christians in the world, particularly the middle east and the u. S. Needs take steps to stop it. Maria what is going on with his administration that they are refusing to call situations but they are appeared wide . To be with a to keep cooperation of allies in the region and make their job harder if they say radical islam is the problem. Radical jihadists are causing a backlash against american policies. I think it doesnt do any good. They are going to attack them anyway. Is this going to get to a situation where we have mutually assured destruction because if you look at the saudis when you start to see what is happening with isis and turkey and everything happening in the entire region. This is a borderless war where everyone is going after each other. How do you address Something Like this and what can it industry should do to target back . The most interesting thing of the past three years have been the breaking down of traditional order in the middle east. The only affected communities that have managed to defend themselves and not sort of take these mass casualty attacks are groups like the kurds who we are but your and relied on their homage and maybe as an act of sectarian group to really create some cohesion and protection against radical jihads. The administration has to look in place for the state is failing at allied christians and other minorities to defend themselves directly. Andrew, what can the Intelligence Community do differently . Is there any way to prevent attacks, no one attacks are coming or is that one of those things you have to react to because theres no way to anticipate it . Widow of galaxy of operational tactical intelligence tools that can do to break into the cells. They are doing them in belgium right now. The most damning thing strategically as we have had interventions for the last 10 years of every shape and size from iraq and afghanistan to libya to syria which is a nonintervention we didnt do anything at all. The same result has been true in almost every case which is nothing has really worked out well. So if i were in the white house, that would give me pause about my certainty insurgency policies going forward. Trade to the latest developments of the war on terror for the reaction on capitol hill and the campaign trail. Both warning elections need to be taken to assure security of americans. Watch this. The congress has spoken clearly that we need a positive program when you look at refugees for potential isis or al qaeda infested areas including iraq and syria. However, the senate will not vote on it. I dont think america is a safe place for americans if they want to know the truth. I dont think europe is a safe place. No, i dont. Theres a lot of problems in europe that are very, very severe. Lots of the free world has become weak. Maria that is quite a statement from the interpeak. Americans not safe in america. Ray. Im not sure to go that far. Theres unique characteristics the terror problem in belgium we dont have here such as automatic weapons from the eastern bloc and elsewhere. Terrorists have ready access to fully automatic weapons like ak47s that even in the worst mass casualty attacks in the United States they dont have. Theres still a strong cultural identity that even in the grades from backgrounds like the arab world end quote key to a certain degree of that really hasnt been true in europe since the 1950s. They just have no other values to give their immigrant. Maria but about our ability to back refugees, petite lili does in syria. Two of the paris attackers came in through the program. There was a couple arrested in germany who had commented igad is using refugees as cover that were planning some kind of isis style attack in berlin. Maria pointed out often that basis has asked to two actual fingerprints and identities of other people. So why is that such a bad idea in this country . You are trying to get me in trouble right now. Maria now, it is true. We just react to what donald trump a donald trump has said as if it is putting most around this country is one thing. The truth is we know what he said. Hes trying to make the case that thought, why not positive for the time being so we can figure out why it is people are getting into this country and created such havoc. Now i believe Donald Trumps popularity as he was sort of british fleet had these core and spoken truths that shall not be named. Which is there is some sort of link between radical islam and islam. We dont know why terrorism is happening. Until we figure that out, probably it would be a good idea in his view and nonreasonably to a lot of the country to have less of the organic base population that these attacks bring for. Maria bill quick on nato. You are a former native senior vice are. What is your take on nato and how we need to be working together. I am deeply, deeply concerned about nato. It is fractured like it has been since the iraq war. Refugee crisis and the framers of this has created a split right down the middle between western europe and Eastern Europe like poland, which has refused to take refugees as they close their u. S. Ally in a situation in some of the western european countries. I think cooperation on this problem in the future is going to be extremely limited. Maria thanks so much for your insight. Maria thank you. The czech energy right now. Crude Oil Prices Slip like this after the Worlds Energy oil now 39. 77 a barrel of three quarters of a percent this morning. Phil flynn in the past shrinking reserves typically spells trouble for Oil Companies. Is it different now . Even when you look at where oil is coming out to feel better about it than three months ago. You really do. It is the big question. Right now the focus is on profitability. Energy companies have been losing a lot of money, making massive Capital Spending cut. Right now they are being reported by stockholders because they think thats a good thing. The big question is that the right thing for the long run . That is the big question. A lot of times when we see Energy Companies cut back on production cannot replace reserves, we end up paying for it down the road. When demand starts to come back, we see a price spike in the future. So that very much is a concern. Right now the companies cant worry about that. They are more worried about today. The profitability today and lets face it survival. Low prices are making some of these projects unable to be given amount of the ground profitably and that is also reserved. Maria thank you so much. The top story in the journal this morning. Trump called the current nato agreement, unquote, unfair economically to the United States. Hes open to alternative organization focused on counterterrorism. Trump added, quote, im not an isolationists but im america first. We will not be ripped off anymore. We are going to be friendly with anymore but not taken advantage of by everybody and anybody. Lets bring up Trump Campaign strategic adviser, we appreciate your time this morning. Barry, are you with us . I dont know if barry is hearing us. We also want to get his take from nato. We heard from andrew peek. Trump has made this argument that, in fact, we should distance ourselves from nato, even worse than that, dagen. Dagen right, eric have tried to clarified remarks saying that other nations need to do to fund nato that that was the jest of his remarks, i would say at the time we have been critical of president obama sitting at a baseball game the day of a nato ally of ours was being attacked. You have to be careful what you say about those very allies given the situation over there. Thats how each of their nato members has their own best interest in how they can actually survive in this we aria where terrorism is borderless, i mean, youre seeing radical islam spread across the whole region and youre even seeing it happen in pakistan against christianity this morning. But what the scary part is that we saw the belgium bombers, they were going after auditory bomb. They tracked a Nuclear Scientists and thats whats being lost, that the president said that isis is amateurs. Every single attack has gotten worse. Maria this is from andrew Senior Adviser commenting on the nato issue, then we get to barry bennett. Im deeply, deeply concerned about nato. I think it is fractured like it hasnt been since the iraq war. The refugee crisis and responses has created a split right down the middle between western europe and Eastern Europe. Barry, are you with us . I am, i am. Sorry about that. Maria good to see you, sorry about that. We need to freshen up these deals. Maria hes criticized nato. You have to put everything on the table. Kevin what does freshen up mean . Modernize, i guess. We need to make sure we spend it the right way. Todays battles are drones and that kind of stuff. We dont need large basis with cawnt mechanisms. So you talk more of intelligence or data gathering versus any kind of weaponry, drones, what things to possibly look at . Hightech for sure but hes going to listen to generals in the field and we need to be open minded and understand that we live in the 21st century. Maria only 30 of Republican Voters say the election process is working, down from 46 just three months ago. What do you think is contributing to the frustration. All the negative tv ads. Im surprised that anybody thinks its working. We always go through this in the primary, we have the convention, we always see our candidates get 1015 point jump. We are headed there. Dagen cants candidates have been threading each other to shreds. Trump supporters in new york are concern that are not seeing a more president ial donald trump. Is that going to change and soon in. Oh, yeah, it happens naturally, but yeah, you will see that happen as we move beyond the primary process, beyond he said, she said, they said, we said kind of thing and we Start Talking about the issues. Maria why would that change . We could have been talking about the issues a long time . People are desperate for content on the issues, why do you think donald trump would change his tone now . Well, i mean, donald trump is responding to a lot of accusations made about him about different groups and candidates and thats kind of controlling the press right now. Hes been talking about the need to secure the wall to build the wall of a southern border not just for illegal immigration but stopping heroin and all the other things that are killing our kids today. He would love to talk about that every day. Kevin should he get the nomination and he faces Hillary Clinton, every other republican does better than Hillary Clinton, how could he fight that and overcome the negative sentiments in the general election . If you go back four years ago he was better than mitt romney than he was with barack obama. As we get through the primary process, theres a healing that happens. 17 candidates six months ago. Theyre coming together. It takes a little while, but as we get to the convention maria let me ask you, barry. Do you want some water . Yes, please. You call yourself informal adviser, what are you advising donald trump on . Right now focusing on delegate strategy in the convention process. Maria okay, what is the advise. Talk to the unbound delegates and talk to members, you know, the smartest thing we could do is to get to 1237 as fast as we can and thats what we will be doing. Maria thanks so much. Thank you. Not recessionary, not great growth. About 2 which is right down that average rate of growth. Like a cc minus economy. I think so. Earnings are going to be negative. The question is negative two, negative three or negative four. We would be in the negative Single Digits for this quarter. Earnings recession, to give the other side of the equation, a lot of the earnings are coming in energy space and oil and we are begin to go see the front end of the wave where low prices are beginning to help. As consumers have more money in their pocket, gas is more like bucket, two bucks a gallon. Kevin whats the best place for investors to position themselves because we have seen oil drag down the market and volatility down august and up 10 and then happened this year too. How do investors position for that type of volatility and earn earnings recession. Maria why are you looking at this side of the table . That would have seemed kind of a crazy generation ago. The correlation between oil and market down, if we have equities that doesnt mean you dont only go into cash. We think european equities are a lot cheaper, the u. S. Central banks engine over there, japan would be a distant second and we like risk assets but we think we need to have a global strategy. Even with the negative rates and they are taking rates in negative territory . Financials aside, when i look at europe and i was there last week, i was in spain, i will back in france in a couple of weeks, the issues that cause it had central bank to get aggressive. I dont know how the euro is going to unfold, whats going to happen to japan in the next 25 to 50 years, because they need to print a lot of euros and yen to deal with the problems, investors can really make a riskadjusted return. One need to look at it from the medicine being provided can be an opportunity in the near term. Dagen with europe and what you have seen in france and belgium, how does that impact and make more negative with the terrorist attacks and the nations that are going to spend more money on Law Enforcement, which is not necessarily stimulative to the economy . Maria great question. Thats a fantastic question. We have seen the terror attacks as sad as they are they tend not to have longlasting consequences. Look at where the Central Banks are, which i think would put europe in a little better position. Kevin these are large global multinational corporations. Look at semens. The European Central bank is buying semens central bank. Thats impressive. Theyre comparative to ge. When we were talking about investing in global names its an acronym. They have to get in risky assets like stock. Maria thats a good point. Can you imagine if the Federal Reserve started buying credit this is interesting. We find out how deep and broad are the u. S. The war on terror this morning. A Taliban Group carrying a Suicide Attack in the northeast part of pakistan yesterday kitting more than 70 people, injuring 300 others. The attack targeted christians celebrating easter, the white house not confirming that christians were the target. This attack after isis released propaganda leader threatening attacks on the west. Brussels attacks were just a taste of what is to come. European authorities continue to investigate the ak it is a in brussels as bell gun authorities announced that four of the wounded have died in the hospital bringing the death now to 35. Belgium prosecutors charged with convicting jihadist, making him the fourth suspect to be charged in the last two days. Authorities have almost demained 18 more suspects in more than a dozen antiterrorist raids over the weekend. We want to bring right now new york state, senior duty officer tom, senator good to see you. Good to be with you. Maria we had a comment from donald trump that trump said, americans are not safe in america. Whats your take on the escalating global threat and do you believe that seasons to be true . Americans are not safe in america. Unfortunately we are becoming less safe since september 11th. Some of the strategy that is we use we are now backing away from. I dont know if its a concerted effort to focus on social policies or domestic policies, whats happening in the middle east with domestic radicalization and what the director of the fbi has said about the ongoing investigations in all 50 states should raise concerns and we are probably in a more dangerous place right before september 11th, 2011. Maria thats pretty extraordinary. Would bebe jihadist and those people that want to join the fight in all 50 states . Thats what the fbi director has announced. He started calling for state and local participation last spring when he recognize that had the internet is the new tool and its something you cant get a handle on. You have people in basements, radicalized in pakistan or syria or in iraq. Its a new kind of battlefield and theyre adapting. Terrorists are adapting, the enemy is adapting and we need to adapt with them. Kevin do we have the appropriate infrastructure to prevent one of the attacks . We saw one of the impediments. How are we doing over here . Is that one of the reasons why we are not as safe . I think the institutions are there, the personnel are there and trained and professionals are there, in the case of brussels you had a suspect in custody who probably had information regarding a potential attack. Exactly. Maybe not that specific attack. Was that individual integrated . They had passport data. There were pieces, the bread crumbs were there, no one connected them in my opinion theres been reluctant on leaders both internationally and local levels not pushing to some other individual or group. I think we have a lot of information there that could be used. Dagen we could blame Edward Snowden for a lot of that in terms of the backlash in europe, for example, theyve been fighting for almost a decade about putting together an Airline Passenger database. Here in the United States whether its apple and the United States is gone. How much is that hurting us and europe . Well, the tools will change whether its technical collection that was revealed by snowden or others. What you need to have is a political will. Any successful war or success full campaign, if we dont see the shift, we are going to be in a long fight. Maria they dont even call it radical islam. Its a different mind set. The government will move whether wherever the head says to move. They all get their marching orders from the president. They know how to competent execute a policy. Thats 101. Were renever question what our job was that day and who our enemy was. Maria you are questioning it today because we are not seeing a path. Theres a debate about letting muslims in the country. Listen to the president ial candidates. Neither is the United States safe place because we are allowing thousands of people to come in here, nobody knows where theyre from. Obama and hillary agree to bring thousands of refugees, jihaddist coming here to kill us, despite the fact that the fbi tells us they cannot vet the refugees to make sure theyre not terrorists. Its not based in reality, i dont know how you would do it. Maria so bottom line here, senator, are are refugees a risk to america . In the current context and particularly since isis said, they will try to infiltrate other counties using refugees, yes. So the question is how do you do it properly. Some of are new yorkers and grand chirp of immigrant who came right down the road and we are not an antirefugee country. We want immigrant to this country. The question is how do you screen them. A lot of the individuals born in the United States, you get a Social Security number, you get a drivers license, youre registered for Selective Service if youre a young man. You may not have paper or documentation until you touch government for the first time in a place like syria. So theres no way really to vet those individuals without the cooperation of the syrian government. We are not getting obviously from bashar alassad, so you have a real problem and then new york state we introduced legislation to screen, not only screen refugees but the charity that is bring them over and support them, which is a good thing, we all recognize, now have to monitor, let us know where they are so we have a better ability to keep track of them. Maria how many refugees have come in the country . Dagen 3,000. A little more than a third have come in this year. Theres been a ramp up. Maria the president said 10,000. Dagen the president wants 10,000 refugees. That so your point is do we have the capability to ramp up the screening process and vet these people, again, when isis has access to Fake Passports and also personal information. Kevin theyre going use the crisis to bring people over. They are going to use this refugee crisis to bring its not just passports from you would expect. Maria 3,000 refugees that have been here have been sent to different states. Thats right. They have been spread out through the United States. Theres very little you can do as a state agency, as a state because its a federal policy because there are things you can ensure for individuals coming to the state or who they are and who they say they are, the information is out there. We have technology. Allowing them throughout history, they use mass migrations for espionage. Dagen germany, merkel trying to take the high ground. You had the sexual assaults, she had horrible losses in the local election. Theres a backlash and as a result of the immigrant going across the border of germany. Maria thank you so much. Senator tom there. Vermont Bernie Sanders sweeping three states over the weekend as he closes in on Hillary Clinton. Next primary battle heads to wisconsin. Jeff flock is in milwaukee right now with the latest there. Jeff, good morning to you. Jeff good morning to you. We will be on the ground all the way leading up to the primary. Today we are in front of a Bernie Sanders campaign office. Not spending a whole lot of money on rent out here but i dont think he needs to based on what happened over the weekend. A smashing victory in three states, put up the delegate totals and you see in the states of alaska, hawaii and washington, almost tripled the number of delegates for senator sanders as opposed to senator clinton. Senator sanders he now sees a path to the nomination. What momentum means is in state after state huge vowter turnouts. We are making Significant Growth in secretarys lead and we have and we have with your support coming here in wisconsin, we have a towards victory. [cheers and applause] may that may seem steep but i point out and secretary or senator sanders points out that 469 of those delegates that she has are superdelegates. He makes the case now, he builds momentum over the weekend and here in wisconsin and on to the east that he makes the case that some of the superdelegates ought to vote for them instead. He does better in National Polls than donald trump. They both beat donald trump in the National Trump but he beats them bigger. Maybe the superdelegates have a change of heart at some point. Thats what he thinks will happen if he builds more momentum in wisconsin. Maria we will see about that, jeff. He has all the delegates. Exactly. Maybe they will change their mind. Maria jeff joining us in milwaukee. March madness down to four. The final standing. His former company is pushing on. Cheryl maria, we are just getting the footage. This is moving images, we only had a still picture now. This is the suspect that they are looking for. Belgium police releasing the video because they are looking for him. They need the public help. This, of course, was the video that was shot at the airport, he was with the two suicide bombers but he is still on the run, also we may get in the next couple of hours some news on the airport in belgium whether or not they are going to open the airport. Also the death toll, we now have the death toll of the attacks in belgium of 35, four americans are kleined in that number. That video just being released. We are watching developments in atlanta, the airport there wants to fingerprint uber drivers as a better way to vet them. Uber oppose it is move, airports in 50 cities dont vet drivers and background screens are sufficient. La, austin, texas considering a way to screening. You can look away if you like, but i wish you could see the faces of the people who cannot get the drugs that they needed. Maria chief commercial officer is with me right now. In earlier testimony she said that twothirds had been receiving the drug at a steep discounted through Government Programs and anyway, more about it, nancy, thanks for joining us. Thanks for having me. Maria what was the feeling when shkreli advocated raising the price 5,000 . We had a lot of discussions about it. But in the end, the team was a lined with that decision for a couple of reasons, first and on a couple of conditions really, so first that the company was absolutely committed to ensuring every patient got access regardless of their ability to pay and second, that the company was committed to investing in research development. We continued to research and development today. Maria we know what happened right after the price was raised by 5,000 . First of all, it created the fire storm. Hillary clinton tweeted out saying, look, this needs to be corrected, you know, if i win to be the president im going to control drug prices and then on top of that, another Generic Company comes out and rather than charging 850 a pill as you guys were charging, he charged a dollar a pill, how do you justify just an expensive drug when the guy down the block is charging a dollar . First, i just want to clarify a few things. Theres no single price for daraprim, what didnt come across in some of the hearings was over 60 of patients access our product through Government Program and they pay a penny per pill. Thats the only revenue from that. Maria what if the government wasnt there, if they had to pay just from you they will pay 5,000 increase, right . But, you know, the other 30 actually get their drugs through commercial insurance and commercial insurance, yes, they do pay closer to list price, but its a very small population and those revenues, we reinvest them right back. Maria okay, look, 60 of this is going to be paid by government, another 30 is going to be paid by private insurance companies, let them pay . Again, just to put things in context, you have our product is 3,000 patients, about a thousand patients are covered with commercial insurance, and so the impact, given the small value on commercial insurer on price per month is minuscule. Maria because other deeppocketed people like insurance, you figure that totally justifies raising prices of drugs over 5,000 . Is that what youre saying . We had a plan to increase the price with a gain of disease that has been ignored for 60 years, for 60 years no Pharmaceutical Company had no incentive to innovate and no generic to develop a copy. What people are forgetting in this conversation is that there is a need for research. Theres still hundreds of patients in the u. S. Who die from this disease, there are tens of thousands who go blind. Maria how do you make them care about those people when you are bankrupting with a 5,000 increase in the price . Any patient can get it regardless of their ability to pay. Its all contingent on what you do with the revenues and i think we should be held accountable for reinvesting and ensuring patientaccess programs. Maria and you havent addressed the other company that came out with the drug for a dollar. The compounding company. Theres no need for compounding product. Maria clearly there was a need. Again, our product is affordable through all of our Patient Access programs through commercial insurers, again, as i told you maria why if its affordable why take the price up 5,000 . We took the price 5,000 because we saw that there was a neglected disease that nobody had paid attention to in 60 years and there was a cig significant need for innovation. Maria theres a small population that need the drug and lets take advantage of them . Thats not it at all. Everybody wins from this. Patients today are, you know, getting the therapy and because of the programs we have in place and, you know, we are looking to the future in addressing the needs of those patients. Again, many going blind and we need new alternatives, not every patient tolerates, we definitely need new options. Maria obviously this put the company in the spotlight and created an investigation. Do you regret raising the price . No, i dont regret raising the price, what i would have done differently was made sure that we had informed very, you know, openly our stakeholders of our tentf wh we tend to dwithhe iremeal revee, i shad wi the our sear andevelment plans, shared with them our plans for Patient Access. I would have done that first in maria aids patients are creating the revenue for yeah so that you could put it back in and create different drugs, is what youre saying . For most hiv patients, the majority of them get their medicine through Government Programs. Maria have you spoken to Martin Shekreli as he went undercover during this investigation . No differently than any other share holder would. Maria how is the business going . Its in good shape. I believe we have an innovative Business Model and great people just across the street, very skilled individuals, a lot of people with a lot of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with skill sets and a team thats committed to the vision. Maria in the future if the situation arises again where you see a certain population, youre perfectly fine by raising price 5,000 in. It depends on what you do with the revenue. Maria thats not autoill depends on what you do with the revenue. Think about an hiv patient, he doesnt care, she doesnt care what youre doing with the revenue. Two things, it depends on what youre doing with the revenue and innovation is needed and you have Patient Access programs in place which we do to ensure that no patient can issue be denied therapy. Maria theyre not denied, but as long as you get paid, youre going to be getting paid the 5,000 . Largely through commercial and we reinvest that to innovation. If we were to go back to price, status quo, i dont think status quo is successful. Maria real quick, whats the most our scientists gave us an update. Weve identified a new oh molecule but potential for less side effects and less toxicity. And the team is, you know, really excited about that so we had good programs. Maria we will be watching that. Nancy, thank you for joining us. Thank you. Maria we will be right back. The pursuit of healthier. It begins from the second were born. Because, healthier doesnt happen all by itself. Coming off a long Holiday Weekend, futures indicating a higher opening, for the broader averages, europe markets, are closed, today for Easter Monday investigation into Hillary Clinton seam server a new phase today, sources familiar with the probe are indicating that federal prosecutors have begun the process of setting up formal interviews with some of our closest, aides no dates set for questioning yet but prosecutors are veem expected to seek an interview with mrs. Clinton hers joining us right now fox news senior judicial analyst, judge Andrew Napolitano, judge good to see. You good morning, maria imagine team. What does new phase mean. That fbi is more or less completed with its gathering of raw evidence, and it has corroborated that gathered sourced it verifiered sources approaching the second to last phase the second to last phase to invite to speak with them people who know most could be targets that is they could be potential defendants themselves. Right. Gi cant ordfitch fbi cannotm they invite them as we know from Martha Stuart case a crime to lie when having a formal conversation not hello in a subway they are asking questions an actual interview, it is very, very treacherous most white collar criminal defense lawyers will not get clients no matter howardent the clients wish to tell his or her story to fbi because you dont know the lawyer and the aide in this case clintons aides do not know what fbi knows about them could very well be a trap. This is the point that i was making last week, because i heard that they were zeroing in on mrs. Clinton hers herself nbi never finishes investigation without speaking to actual subject being Hillary Clinton, have they asked her to do an interview yet. I dont believe they have. They may complete an investigation, without speaking to the subject, but they do not complete an investigation without asking the subject to come in. Now, she has a dammed if you do dammed if you dont choice. She may say i dont want to speak to you. Side many, many times quote i cant wait to speak to the fbi when she says that that is a nobody cant wait to speak to the fbi you dont know what they have on you look her lawyer o could say i dont want my client to you know, hurt her chances, or implicate her we have to say no. If she says no, that is the prudent legal advice, but politically would be catastrophic for her because if promises that she goes in if she overrules lawyers and goes in walking into a pit she is walking into a very, very dangerous environment in which which they are determined to find inconsistency in her story. Before anything happens where fbi wants to interview her, or request for an interview for her, dont you think they have to give more immunity to other members of her team. They already have a Member Community stalled the server, so wont that. Would be the that up to 2 fbi and federal prosecutors to whom they want o to giimmunity i dont know their could is we they do they know better what their case is the idea with immunity to minimize it not to grant it broadly but narrowly to the right person Brian Pagliano bill and Hillary Clinton paida 5,000 not a lot of money but 5,000 to install server in chappaqua that involved migrating two email accounts a Public State Department accounting which anybody could email in the state department publicly email to it and secret state Department Email migrate two of them away from state department, without the state departments knowledge, to her server in chab kwa mr. Pagliano a private guy or worked for state department . He worked for her campaign, he worked for her president ial campaign. He worked for her Senatorial Campaign he worked for the clinton foundation, and then he worked for the state department. Do you remember when she went through this whole process in the beginning gave a press release or press statement, she said did it out of convenience there was more convenient here we go, side stepping, this state department, right . To o. Very good point kevin, and height of inconsistency that the fbi thrives on, asking her questions where they know she is going to give an answer that is defied by evidence that could exposes her like Martha Stuart to another felony lying to fbi it is not a crime for the fbi to lie to her, in these interviews. Answered my question. But why did i fbi can lie to you in interview. Yes but it is a crime for her to lie to the fbi. Why would fbi lie. Trying to get something. Well this is the classic Martha Stuart case, her lawyer says to fbi is my client a target fbi agent size no asks her client she lies he didnt get prosecuted only she did. I saw that on it will be against i, never for you, right. That is kind of how these things work, right . Bucket of scorpions, dont did democrats want to know before too close to nomination process . Michael with us thanks for joining us. Thanks. Congratulations to documentary airs tonight. Yes. Hbo. Tell us about this amazing journey you had. You know, it has a long and tough one always in a iraq seven years from invasion, and i witnessed the birth of what we now call the Islamic State. I saw it created in its first weeks, after the invasion it had four different name changes four different leaders but that is when it coman, i had the misfortune house living in two blocs away from first ever did in aig, 2003, and sometime later, i was kidnapped by them they prepared me for beheading going to use my camera to film it i thought was a little bit rude. Did things get a lot worse when u. S. Pulled out of iraq . Not really. I mean i know this is a political football here, in yie states. Trying to get at. There are two things to be said first timetable was drawn up by Bush Administration under the status of forces agreement with Iraqi Government, so in one sense even if you had administration wanting to leave a number of forces troops behind, it was already excluded from doing that. The president obama didnt not do a status forces agreement. No, it was already done, by the Bush Administration. And at the end of the day the bottom line is that it is an iranian irrack wisconsin government they dont want us there even if we requested to leave forces, even if we tried to negotiate it, into the agreement, they did not want us there, because lets not forget who won iraq war . It was iran. And the Iraqi Government came to be in first u. S. Backed election. Every faction of the Iraqi Government is a Political Party that was either formed in tehran, armed or funded by tehran, or even like the kurds, who by necessity of geography must have maintain a longstanding relationship with iran the Iranian Ambassador in baghdad pulled more strings in the Iraqi Government than any influence we could have exerted and that is just the fact of life. And ultimately, that contributed enormously to the rebirth of the Islamic State. Because you know, the iranian control and the sectarian policies of this iranian backed government targeting the sunnis, is what added fuel to the fire. Of the Islamic State. You watched this from inception youve seen it progress have you seen it peak. No, no, i dont think, so i mean, are certainly, there was a point where the Islamic State was on the back foot there was one moment in time. Sunni insurgents we had been fighting four years the Bush Administration finally cut a deal with them put 107,000 encounte insurgents from the program not only did that end it is your understanding at that point the other thing it did the next morning, the Islamic State was we didnt know where they slept the insurgents did. Maria how come they got so strong, and what seems to be at their strongest, in the last seven years. Well, that is because of this Iraqi Government, these fellows, we were fighting then they became our allies we empoured them all the work we did completely undone the next thing we see once withdrawal of takes place, we see the Islamic State rise almost from the ashes launch a blitzkrieg across middle east. Lets not forget what Islamic State has done, they have created a new nation state they have redrawn the borders. The economy. Raqqa, you know, Police Forces pay teachers garbage clerks if y collectors if with you look at criteria defining a nation state they met. It extorting people collecting quote unquote taxes. This is oil revenue we tried to put a crimp upon but they have all trafficking yes, and the the selling of black market of an. Normal taxation, you know, income tax nine yards, someone eventually has to go in there and fight and die to roll that back. The question is who is it going to be. S. Army reluctant colonel tony shaffer thanks for joining us. Thank you for having me. Your take on the events of the weekend, we were just speaking to a documentaryian, walk us through 10 years say this started, because because u. S. Invaded iraq what is your take. I do believe we did hugely bad things, to dedestabilize the k reason the unifies of isis to form it is i agree with your guest about the fact formed itself into a state we allowed to it happen saw it coming, one of my Close Friends warned white house that forces would not be sufficient to stop any concerted effort to destabilize iraq seen Warning Signals have chosen chosen as policy to ignore them. What is most concerning to you as relates to isis . Three things, first, we have not done everything we can to go about dismantling it militarily, i was meeting with pentagon officials last week we didnt actual begin our concerted attacking, their leadership and economic to include the oil revenue until october last year, secondly we have actual not done everything we can to organize our allies, effective way to go against them i agree with your guest we have to do something to positive put boots on the ground should not be american boots i think look at sunni sunni allies jordanians egyptians others have to actually o go and work with sunni tribes to actually bring stability to the area, just a matter of organization and support not us doing it third most importantly weve to recognize that isis is me as the sized an focus global Terror Organization, as europe, and there is no reason maria to doubt that of their pledge of coming here. We know they are here in some storms seen attacks like San Bernardino need to be i vigilante to the fact there will be more, frankly we build huge vulnerabilities very place they attacked in belgium is a place we should be looking at here, l. A. , denver other places where you have large number of individuals in security queues or huge target for with suicide bombings we have to recognize we have our own must be looking at very he seriously here. If you are talking about the security queues at airports, so right. Is more security a bad thing . If you if basically if you are doing security checks, before you ever get in the door you are still going to have a crowd of people right, waiting to be checked . What is the solution in terms of of the Airport Security . Two things, i tsa could do more to people through queues rapidly they have chosen because not caught not doing job to have a temper tantrum like a teenager slowed everything down, 9 what goes through there people, you know they screen people, for no reason at all. I have been through kwoouz i have been searched twice, as a if i am going to do something stupid it is something that they have to get over themselves over, figure out a way from theatre they created to create the perception of security, and get people through kwoouz secondly ins when you put people near transaway to road you created vulnerability i am a red team guy spent a lot of years putting miles in shoes of bad guy i see the vurnlts here i am sure she see them we have to dismanual as rapidly as possible 3w6 they get in force start aggressive action against them. Tony robbins this morning. Curious to know, arent kurds one of the only fighting forces absolutely. The kurds what is our he pentagon officials last week we have armed kurds to the level they need i think that is one of the things under wrortsd, absolutely we recognize kurtsdz for what they are, i immediate with kurds weekly basis on capitol hill later in our monthly defense meeting, policy Research Defense meeting talking to kurds about this have to get them fully engaged the only ones willing to be honest we have to reinfocuses they are winning double down on success not look for failure and i want we have to bring in sunnis to help on the on the tribal issues, in the areas which isis has been most successful isis has been stopped they cannot move in day kurds preparing with this for offensive into mosul area coming soon. Over the week we saw what happened in brussels, one of the biggest takeaways that i think underreported is how they are trying to make a dirty bomb trapped one Nuclear Scientists, at for one of the facilities, how do we prevent this . Is this a real big threat because we have seen the president come out say they are j. C. Team amateurs what do you make of that. Excellent question they recruited the evident about of the the best of the best funded Terror Organization on planet cutted experts from saddam husseins regime the baath party every tell him they threaten they follow through no reason to doubt them in this area we recognize all flavors of wmd, chemical, biology nuclear we have to look at, and try to get ahead of them look for is not something we do as read team person. The candidacy reacting to terrorist attacks why europe immigration policies may be to blame i want to a run this sound bite for you of candidates your reaction. Look at europe much of the cause of trof terror attacks fad immigration over decades aloud vast numbers of terrorists to come into europe isolated locations where Law Enforcement doesnt engage hotbeds for radicalization leads to these sorts of attacks. Neither is United States safe we allow thousands of people to come in nobody knows where they are from, nobody knows who they are, and they are coming in here by thousands, and let me tell you something, we are going to have problems. What about that colonel your reaction to this is america not safe for americans right now . How does immigration fit into all this . Well both ted cruz and donald trump are kreng immigration policy in europe resulted in completely being unprepared for the current instance let me put up a preponderance inconvenient facts before 9 11 we recognized the mosque system win United States used as command and control as well loose i just cal support, al mall aki one recently killed took hijackers around a mosque in Falls Church Virginia we have to recognize they use those communities, as a cover, concealment, action frankly europe has allowed these communities to become essentially autonomous people dont go in unless mos limb a hotbed for radicalization as well as command and control cover for attacks something we have to recognize just the fact is what it is. Maria good to have you on Program Thanks so much we appreciate. Any thoughts in terms of what you would tell candidates in looking at this situation. I think the candidates all positioned themselves i think it gives people even more fear and at a networks from chdz advantage to say america not safe place for americans probably safety on earth for americans we are a free society, and pretty hard to protect those environments, but i think right now we have the candidates are utilizing anger and fear, the only problem what you do in the beginning to win primary doesnt necessarily work during general campaign that is going to be a very interesting, campaign for us all to experience. Maria what is reaction on this what do you make of warnings, kevin. I think it is pretty interesting, because, you look at United States, and we actually have the most incarcerated people in the overstepp world we have seen reactions in ferguson couldnt pay fines getting particulateing tickets there is a big situation happening were seeing that across the United States, and that is leading to even the rising of Bernie Sanders talking about this equality situation played out in the political arena right now so that is why you are seeing Loretta Lynch step in right now. New york city stopped enforcing quality of life crimes, and new york city, because people, are using bathroom in Public Places they see are offenses that Police Department because of the mayor has essentially backed off from, and so if you dont police even the small things, then what happens. Radio it. They used to have broken window theory you show no range there is another issue so many people are in that prison system bigger than some countries, because of the use of drugs, in our approach use of drugs is to punish the offender put in environment where they become a professional criminal i think that has to be addressed we have to look a different way whether this approach of saying pull back funding is going to really do trick or not i think a larger discussion has to be had on both sides of the table, and it has to be something addressed because it is not working we are losing the war. Great bounty should be states making decisions not federal government, trying to use the power of the you purse to influence the states, and so that is one of the things you are seeing it happen across United States decriminalization of possession is happening in new york, and san francisco. Maria welcome back rhetoric between donald trump, ted cruz rising to deafening levels over their wives leading up to all important wisconsin primary backandforth so bad Party Chairman stepped in said family members should be left out of the conversation i do think overall some things are not helpful, tony robbins with us counsels across the globe your advice to donald trump and ted cruz as they fight about their wives. I know donald very well, and donnal will not take coaching from about anybody he is a man i gave him first big speeches, 200 people, 10,000 people, he couldnt believe it now a victim of that, i think we talked about earlier what you can get, in business, you know, in the beginning what makes you successful you dont listen to anybody if you listen you wont start your business, later on not listening to anybody undoes most businesses 96 businesses fail in 10 years period 4 make. It too comfortable overconfident i think donald is extremely confident man, and weve seen what he has done people took for granted didnt think would be where he is i think he really got to look what is going to happen later i think hillary a terrible script authentically, human way communicate what is it you believe what do you stand for why a better person to do it dont write script deliver it she has capacity, if you oneonone great gets in environment tightens up becomes, this profoundly controlled environment people are looked for something authentic Bernie Sanders, i have no coaching for him i dont agree with 92 i am with you i tell you one thing, i like him because what he believes he actually communicates he is communicating it you totally authentic. You are reviving top leaders World Leaders bill clinton before he got impeached but how do you get through to them because surrendered by so many yesmen hard to see you are talking for rip up script telling you not to do that how do you advice Business Leaders like this to recognize who yes men are. Usually because i am not going to sell somebody coming to me so if they come to see say i want your coaching very first thing i say you may not want my coaching, are you really open to it, and usually, they are at a point where either so successful looking for that edge always looking for something to give another advantage so open, or they are in a really rough spot looking for some form of advice when you can do something you got a track record help so many people, they are open to it at that stage. Term of you are not really coaching about the outside, you go at the inside. Correct. Dagen from here, from the heart, needs work. That is correct how to communicate, how to i was talking to a top 10 ceo top 10 Financial Companies i should say, Internet Companies biggest challenge to me losing accounts multibilliondollar accounts interpersonal schools dont work with influence in a position chairman of the company has to sell large other ceos. Teaching have enter the world quickly how to step out of himself, his technical talk into deepest needs uncovering fears always say life is a dance between what you desire most what you fear most, when you understand those two things about one you consider needs. Should that person be reaching out to customers to try have to hold their hands figure out why losing all accounts . Even though, they probably deal with another person sort of down if chairman. They normally do the chairman i also at a position to sell certain accounts if ceo to ceo world we are in tech business not doing that is disrespected people saying do i that mark goes out, individual accounts sales force engrossing massively also a had handson approach, his approach has to be in approach more and more in tech business for large accounts multibilliondollar accounts. I agree it that is person, who will give the customer the confidence. That is where coming down to you make a change from platform you are going to stand by it you go at a track record people i respect have done it already, before i make a move of that size. So what is best advice you gave bill clinton before he reached out to you going through impeachment what did you say to get through to him what did he want . The question was i asked him what do you really want, because he said what should do i that is question everybody asks what do you want do you want to be in history books do you want to have parents be able to respect you do you want to stay in office, if you do not guilty stay in office easy for me to say but not going intech you you dont have votes but if you want a different kind of impact president said i am going to call you back in an hour i thought wow, i just and 30 minutes later he called back said he will call in you half hour went on 2 1 2 hours next day came out with a group of people, and did approaching he did not quite as thoroughly accurate as we know what actual happened. Headlined there is you have an in terms of this president ial election, is donald trump the most effective and least effective communicator. What people want is certainty people have fear anger, so taking on their voice of angry and giving them certainty even though many details, but if you look at level of communication, the style of communication, intensity people say is a strong leader we have seen pendulum things going this way bush and all of a sudden you throw your pendulum you see somebody now who is conducting himself completely differently, very elegant, can communicate people are tired of one going to look at monitor to scribe what they are going to do donald trump saying anything he wants off the top people throw pendulum i talked to george bush the other day george w. , and he was saying tony, you know he hasnt attacked president any way i think very, very classy but shares feelings he said i see obviously concerns but i learned the office is bigger than occupant when nixon was in there i thought our country was going to disappear the Office Bigger than occupant i dont have worries long term whatever we will make decisions learn from them balance again. I want to hear about ordinary people folks because you have spoken to everybody from big hitters talking about to average people, how do you take your game to the next level how do you put your best foot forward think about that i want to ask you about that, well be right back more with tony robbins coming up. Welcome back. Happy monday, everybody. Im Maria Bartiromo. Its monday, march 28th. Your top stories 8 30 a. M. On the east coast. Belgian authorities releasing the first video of the third suspect in the brussels attacks. The bombings at the airport claiming 35 lives. The official death toll rising this morning. In order for us to have great human intelligence i want the public to hear this, we are going to have to have intimate communication and coordination with our friends in the muslim communi community. Maria meanwhile, it was christians targeted over the weekend in an easter attack in pakistan. At least 70 people were killed yesterday in that bombing. On the campaign trail, the candidates have their sights set on wisconsin, ted cruz and john kasich having events there today and looking to get ahead of donald trump. And Bernie Sanders followed a sweep over the weekend in alaska, hawaii and washington. Well take you there live. A drone making the first residential delivery. The first picture that you saw. S. , look it, oh, the Dow Jones Industrials average expected to open up about 30 points this morning, its the end of the quarter this week and of course, we get the Economic Data, including jobs numbers out on friday. Bernie sanders sweeping three states over the weekend as he closes in on Hillary Clinton. The next primary battle heads to wisconsin, jeff flock is in milwaukee with the latest, good morning to you, jeff. Coming to you, maria, from the high priced Bernie SandersCampaign Headquarters here in milwaukee, wisconsin. The senator will be in the state later and celebrating his big wins this three states over the weekend, smashing victories. The hat trick of alaska, hawaii and the state of washington where he got almost triple the number of delegates that secretary clinton got. Big wins for him hes won five out of the last six contests in landslide fashion. Where are they today . Well, take a look at the map of wisconsin, all eyes here and all candidates here, Hillary Clinton in madison and milwaukee today. And senator cruz will be in the central part of the state in rothchild, wisconsin and governor kasich will be in lacrosse and madison, wisconsin. Our blake burman will be following him there. As for the republican side of the ledger, to say that things couldnt get any dirtier, weve said that many times and all been proven wrong many times. The latest, of course, the National Enquirer story about ted cruz and five separate affairs with five separate women and the senator says that has the fingerprints of donald trump. Look it, this story is garbage. It is tabloid smear and it came from donald trump and his henchman, the only one quoted there is roger stone the chief political advisor to donald trump. They did have a parting of wa ways. Maybe if the inquirer had said that donald trump had separate affairs with five separate women, maybe he would have decried them for too low a number. Maybe ive been too long in the cold. Maria something about the National Enquirer story im just not buying. And advisors to barack obama and ceo robert wolf. Great to be here. Maria so much to talk about, weve got to talk about Bernie Sanders sweeping over the weekend. Talk about drones, youve got the largest drone company. Youre just back from cuba. Travelling with the president . I wasnt travelling with him, with the delegation. Maria my first question has to be i want to talk about cuba, but when did the president find out about the brussels attack. And he was there. The office is what counts. The president is president 24 7, it doesnt matter if youre sitting in cuba, or in brussels or on the golf course. At the Correspondents Dinner he was giving donald trump and usama bin laden was getting killed. Hes able to multitask and the only reason i ask. Its kind of a joke. Maria and you were there, but here we were talking about brussels and then you see the president at the baseball game and doing the wave and in argentina doing the tango, the optics didnt look good. He came out and said, listen, we have to move on with our lives. And they killed the second in command in isis and listen, new, new Prime Minister and president in argentina, diplomatic relations in cuba, those are also important. Dagen nobody is going to fault him for being there. But being at a baseball game wearing sunglasses doing a wave and giving an interview to espn the very day that citizens and americans and a nato ally were murdered by terrorists. I respectfully disagree. Dagen how could you disagree about that . At the end of the day its not that hes thinking brussels and terrorism. The visuals for the American People who already feel not enough is being done. Its not a question of the problem is im not challenging the big problem across the globe. You dont think hes not anything isis all the time . I think the optic was wanting a leader to be this is my top priority, im here in cuba, but 45 minutes he was there out of a 24 hour day. I dont care two minutes hes at the baseball game doing the wave and wearing sunglasses. You can yell, its not going to change anything. Maria and what his state of mind was. Listen to tony, hes the biggest guy here, he agrees with me. And focus and. Wouldnt you agree the optics arent ideal. As we continue our lives you want the president to im not going to challenge, you know, what he does, okay, and how he does it. He has enough advisors, hes the president of the United States, okay . At the end of the day, i think we feel pretty good whats going on in the United States versus the rest of the world. Maria actually, we just had lieutenant here and he said americans are not safe in america and he was telling us about we are less safe today than before 9 11. Yeah, well, i think you need to get how was cuba . Tell us about cuba . What are your take aways. Much more enjoyable. How was cuba . I think for our country diplomatic relationships are a good thing. Theres no question theres Human Rights Violations we have to look at intensely. On the flip side, okay, the best thing that could happen if we lifted our embargo and start doing business with cuba, pulling them out of poverty, getting infrastructure built is the same way in some ways to challenge human rights. Were the only developed country really not trading with them. If you go there, its 1950s meets today. That Carnival Cruise line announcer there and google is doing entrepreneurship there. Starwood. Starwood announced four hotels. It was incredibly intriguing. I was there for five days, it was an incredible learning experience. I was with some cuban american friends, it was infectious and it was tliek their investment day. Some say one or two years old. I sat with the delegation on the congressional side and republicans and democrats, and flake of arizona was there and majority leader pelosi was there, durbin was there you did give us some pictures. A twitter one. Theres a lot going on there and a long way to go and im not here to say, oh, my god, tomorrow, its going to be fantastic. Maria when will it be better for the people. You say we should be doing business with them, but human rights are a disaster, you dont have any rights for people. Once the president left, there was sort of like hope lingering. You know, maria, im the vicechairman of the barbara F Kennedy Center for human rights and in part its no different than china or what we do in korea. Part of what we can do is instill our way of doing business. Instill our way we think of education and its not going to happen overnight. And the thing is as long as we realize why should we do business . First, its not what were doing, were doing diplomatic relationships, thats a good thing to sit down and talk about some things what we can come and be aligned together. How are the Companies Working with the cuban government . We just mentioned a litany of companies, including google and. Are they breaking the law by doing business ments theres only a few companies that were talking about, Carnival Cruise, cruise lines and travel and tourism. Starwood and Hotel Management and talking about roaming services for verizon. So were not talking about were talking about the beginnings, okay . But they have to do things on their side. You use dollars there, you get taxed 10 to 13 , no one elio eliots else is being taxed on their dollars. Im saying its my first time there, i was with myriad of different people from the private sector to the public sector, its a great learning curve. Whats your experience of castro . I only saw him from a distance. Obviously what he says about human rights, but how he challenged things like hennialt care. Health care for all, we could challenge how he says that. Maria youre saying Better Health care in cuba than in america . Is that what youre saying. Dagen the excellence of care in country and access to drugs that other countries dont have. Maria exactly, ive got to switch gears because we want to talk to you also whats going on in politics. Okay. Maria so Bernie Sanders sweeps the weekend, you guys. Youre laughing. How worried is Hillary Clinton. Im not laughing. Bernie had a great week. His voice helps. More people voting democrat at the end of the day because of someone like him, but secretary clinton is up 700 delegates. Okay, we have new york, california and pennsylvania coming up. Shes going to do incredibly well. I dont think that the hillary people are nervous about what happened over the weekend. Those were expected to be Bernie States and it was 55 electoral delegates to 20. In a proportionate way we think confidently that secretary clinton with be our candidate for the general election. What we should talk about is the civility on the republican side. Im in cuba and reading more about, you know, the National Enquirer and front cover of vogue, after a week filled with little hands. I think you guys, the civility is what i would say its an embarrassment and nothing to do with republican versus democrat. I want a great president. Looking whats going on is an embarrassment. Maria but none of them are under finn investigation. And either is secretary clinton. Its not fbi, theyre looking at the email server, shes not under fbi investigation. Maria youre saying that Hillary Clinton is not under fbi investigation right now . The email server. Maria so her email server is under investigation. If youre saying is she under fbi investigation, the answer would be no. Its not her being under is the fbi going to question her . Were told yes. Then you know more than me. Maria right, okay. I havent been told. Maria james comey the head of the fbi says he wants to wrap this investigation up promptly, his wordsments you agree its the email server and what was but its her email server. And also, youre secretary of state, thats whats being looked at. No question about it. Im not saying the email server is a positive here by all means, im saying that, when we exactly say what is being looked 0 upon we should be clear what it is. Maria okay. Robert, good to see you as always. I have to mention, the company, my drone company. We announced. Maria the drone company. Were the nationwide operator, we announced last week were franchising. Maria do you think these deliveries into residential areas are going to work . I think few and far away from us having residential areas being delivered with, with privacy issues and things like that. I think, you know, but im glad whats the name of that company. Not all drones are operating this safely. According to the new documents from the f. A. A. It received 100 near miss reports every month between drones and large aircraft. In the last batch of reports, 582 near misses across the country and puerto rico. I want to show you august 21st last year, a pilot travelling through jfk airport saw a drone 20 feet off its side. And aviation was notified. October 13th, american airlines, portauprince haiti was landing at jfk and reported a drone passing 100 feet away from the aircraft. November 14th, helicopters leaving Childrens Hospital in st. Louis were forced to swerve to avoid a drone less than a hundred feet away. Had to swerve 60 degrees to avoid a quad copter. The reason you should care, there are officially more drones flying than operators. They projected annual drone sales are going to be 7 million by 2020. In fact, flying drones near airplanes is illegal right now. No actual hits have been reported, but youve got to register your drone for a small fee. And look, if this is a collision in any space. Maria whats the big mistake. Very comfortable, its been very successful. Maria im sorry, whats the big mistake people make when doing taxes .
