Theyve been a victim, really, of the low oil prices as well. Theyre importing oil because its cheaper for china import oil than it is to produce it. The other thing that oil traders are talking about is the massive crude oil drawdown according to American Petroleum institute, 12 millionbarrels, if thats confirmed, thats going to be the biggest weekly drawdown since 1985. Now the reason is pretty obvious. The hurricane that we saw in the gulf of mexico shut down gulf production and slowed import but still a massive numbers. Traders are going to have to get arms around. Sandra the price comes down, demand tends to go up. We are seeing cheap oil prices has led to increase car travel in the u. S. , here in the u. S. Do you agree . Phil i agree with you absolutely. I dont think the market doesnt respect opec because what happened. They had a deal and fell apart. They think that this deal is going to fall apart. You cannot underestimate the power of, you know, russia and saudi arabia, the worlds two Biggest Oil Producers working together with the rest of the opec cartel. They are gaining control of this market and if they decide to restrain production, we will see prices go a lot higher. Sandra all right.
