The only way as if the drug Company Agrees to sell it to you. The drug company will not agree to sell it in those circumstances unless you sign a waiver ahead of time. You can go for a hardship with the fda to get a drug that is not approved. The fda does not give them regularly as the judge pointed out. You are often dead before they make the decision. Next up we had the Washington Post reports hundreds of thousands of people signed for coverage under obamacare and got a subsidy. They got a bigger subsidy ban may actually deserve. They may have been underreporting their income. Up to 1 Million People cheating, essentially geared that is a huge deal. The tip of a real iceberg scandal. There is no real way for the government to document the income of these people. The less you have to pay for the health care. Stuart if you coupled together with the huge expense of coupling medicaid people and all the cheating, there is no way that obamacare, overall, will bring down the overall cost of healthcare. I want to know where the act strobe money will come from does anybody really believe that . It will be worse than anyone originally projected. The other thing is, as you know, people are not signing up at a fast enough rate for obama to meet the targets. They are making the subsidies more and more generous to entice people to join. I thought youre going to ask if we were going to pull back. The answer is, no. They are as low as they have been since 2005. This market will keep working up. We trade futures down here. The spot month of crude right now is july. July is caring a premium. What that tells you is the end users are saying i will pay you a premium. Give me the crude right now. That is not bearish. While they are not a freemarket paradigm, where you and i would like to live in, they have a very sound policy when it comes to a lot of their labor policies. They do not have a minimum wage and it has worked really well for them. They are always really hard hit by increasing the minimum wage. Their chief unemployment is only 3 . Even to the u. S. Now which is the dramatically punished by the labor policy. They have some sound instinct about things like this. Stuart i did not know that youth unemployment and switzerland is about low. Here is my question, i believe that in france and belgium, the minimum wage is almost 11 an hour. They are pushing four this, too.
