But new spending needs to be offset elsewhere in the budget there are ways to do that and we need to talk about longterm spending control mechanisms that mandatory and discretionary spend doesnt just balloon out of control i think a lot of people are light like concerned about that. Theres a lot of people im encouraged jon on both sides of the aisle that are talking about that responsibility we have and our anxious to get to work on it.
