Excuses, some need to stop encouraging this. The carnage does not honor the memory of george floyd. These riots will not improve any system or help anybody. They are being carried out by criminals. They dont give a damn about justice and its long past time for governors and mayors to use overwhelming nonlethal force to stop the violence. They have state troopers, local Police Departments. They can bring a company pure local Municipality Police department may have access to the National Guard and they have the ability to ask the president for all the help he can provide and said that he will and has been saying for days. This has been an epic fail in many states because of mayors and governors have not done their jobs once again to stop this and restore order and protect the citizens and the people of their respective cities and their property. Again, order must be restored. How many more nights will we witness anarchy and looting and rioting and arson and instruction . We will have my full monologue coming up in just a minute, a lot to get to tonight including an exclusive interview. He just finished an autopsy on george floyd for the family, and that will be dr. Michael baden. Joining us first from new york city, bryan llenas is with us. Sean, good evening. We are two hours away from the curfew here in new york city and thus far its already been an eventful evening. At 6 00 p. M. There were peaceful protests and we went live with bret baier from Washington Square park. We marched with them. At this point now, there are multiple groups of rioters. I would say dozens if not hundreds. If you listen to what the police are listening to right now, it is chaotic. From midtown manhattan to downtown brooklyn, especially here in midtown. There are looters and groups already, during daylight, hitting up stores. Weve seen it. We havent been able to return the video and right now because we been running around the city but ill show you a cell phone video i just got from 10 minutes ago. This is in the middle of midtown manhattan during the daytime. You can see that they have actually run to the store and they take, they take down the wood panels. I mean, just brazenly, its still daylight. We saw this type of looting last night around 1 00 a. M. When we went to soho. We were there from 1 00 a. M. To 4 00 a. M. When groups of looters had been to the stores in soho. This is the reason why theres a curfew. Mayor bill de blasio said, he said the curfew was in a strategy he thought they were going to go with at that time. Hours later Governor Andrew Cuomo decided it was time, given the looting. We dont know whats going to happen when its 11 00 at this point. We know there are thousands of protesters crossing the Brooklyn Bridge and they may be peaceful. Havent heard reports otherwise. But again, there are multiple groups in midtown manhattan that are breaking storefronts and looting, and its not even two hours until the curfew. This is a type of situation youre dealing with. On top of the curfew, we have 2,000 4,000 Additional Police units that will be in Lower Manhattan as well as downtown brooklyn but ive got to tell you, the looting that we have seen thus far has stretched from the 60th in all the way down 13th street. Though groups are making their way down and its skirmishes. Too fast for the police to get there in time to necessarily stop it and it is moving the streets. From what i see thus far, its going to be a long evening in new york city. Hopefully we are wrong. But looting seems to be empowered based on the images of last night where we saw people looting and taking their stuff right past Police Officers because frankly, it was just too many all at once. There was a lot going on. Sean. Sean bryan llenas, will be going back to you throughout the hour. Joining us live washington, d. C. , our nations capital, where we did see a Strong Police presence earlier today for the first time, which by the way the president has been promising would happen if they did not do it themselves. We now have kevin corke standing by. Kevin. Sean, good evening. Promises made. Promises kept. If youre looking for a much more substantial police presence, we have certainly seen that throughout the downtown part of the district of columbia today. I showed you pictures earlier. Basically near the white house where they had cordoned off the crowd, they have more or less partitioned them and then right around the curfew, if you werent out of there, they were arresting people and loading them up into vans. We are a little bit north now in the city. This is giving us a Vantage Point of being able to see where the crowds are moving. They didnt all stay down near the white house, as you can well imagine. They moved up here on 14th. Just for perspective, its about a mile from the white house. We have seen a number of Police Cruisers come right behind us. They are going to shut down their progress and they are going to keep them in one general area if they can, and my sources tell me they will be bringing more vans and more buses to load them in. I can tell you this. What a difference a day makes, sean, especially when you consider about this time last night we saw the carnage, if you want to call it that, near the white house. Numerous fires. Ultimately culminating in the torching of the basement of the rectory at st. Johns church. Very different site so far here tonight, shawn. Sean thank you. Be safe. We appreciate your great reporting. Joining us now from chicago, wfl wfld. We are on the north side of chicago in the Uptown Neighborhood where there was a very large gathering a short time ago. 3,000 or 4,000 people. I want to show you whats going on here. A long cavalcade of Chicago Police cars just turned the corner south on sheridan, making a right onto montrose. The protest started here around 5 00 this afternoon. It started with a Facebook Post by a young woman, sort of ad hoc. She said shes never tried to organize a protest before. She was only expecting a couple hundred people. She got about 5,000 that showed up from all directions. The good news about this protest as they marched north on hallstead about 2 miles, went past Wrigley Field, past the 19th District Police station next to Wrigley Field where there were a lot of officers. So far, everything is been peaceful. They stopped at this intersection, laid down on the ground, kneeled. They were talking to Police Officers, they spoke, had a megaphone. There was no trouble here, thats why they wanted it, im told thats the way they wanted it. They were giving out masks and water and food. This was sort of a Community Coming together. A lot of people i spoke with said they were frustrated and angry about the violence theyve been seeing here in chicago over the past three or four nights and they wanted to make sure it was a peaceful protest, and so far it has been so. Sean all right, thank you for that report. Joining us live from philadelphia, Jacqui Heinrich is with us. Whats the latest there . Sean, we are three hours into the curfew here in philadelphia in center city. The National Guard is behind me. Thousands of people marched here peacefully earlier today before they made their way to the highway where they block traffic and thats where they got into a confrontation with police. The group marched past Independence Hall and other parts of center city before a Smaller Group reached a fence and fanned out into the vine street expressway and police fired tear gas into the crowd, forcing them to climb up a steep embankment to get away. Some processor protesters threwe canisters back towards police. People were detained. The crowd dispersed for the most part before they made their way back to city hall where we are now. There are National Guardsmen and Police Holding down city properties. Some officers took a knee in solidarity with the protesters here which was really an incredible sight, although there are reports that another skirmish followed. Neighborhoods that were hit by looters have been mostly boarded up in the hope is that tonight is quieter. Over the weekend, First Responders made more than 420 arrests, put out 370 fires command 18, at least 18 of their officers were injured. The hope is tonight that things remain more quiet and more peaceful. Sean Jacqui Heinrich, thank you. We will go back to our reporters on the ground all throughout the evening tonight. Showing the live footage as its now beginning to heat up, as the sun has set in many of these eastern cities. Also coming up tonight, in a few moments, the exclusive interview with dr. Michael baden. He has completed an independent autopsy of george floyd. His conclusion seemed to contradict what the preliminary autopsy said. Make no mistake. We have been very clear. Peaceful protesting surrounding this horrific death of george floyd are warranted and substantial. And the right thing to do. Nobody likes what they saw. In a country now that is split, this is not republicandemocrat. This is not conservativeliberal. Universally, except for maybe a few warriors in their basement in their underpants were all in agreement that the knee on the knack for that sustained period of time is a death sentence for somebody. Period. Anger, grief surrounding that video. Something all americans feel. Floyd was handcuffed on the ground when the minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin applied lethal pressure to the most vulnerable part of the human body, the neck. It went over 8 minutes. Smashing his face into the pavement while screaming that he cannot breathe. We will get to the autopsy in a minute. We discovered that there were facial scars. Thats how pinned down he was to the pavement. Unfortunately other Police Officers could have stepped in and did not. Why . We havent heard from them yet. We need to. According to the independent autopsy conducted by dr. Michael baden, george floyd was killed by that act, as a matter of fact theres a report out of the Examiners Office in minnesota that says the same thing. The preliminary reports suggest the opposite. We know the president has asked for an expedited investigation from the very beginning, that includes the department of justice, the fbi, the Civil Rights Division coordinating with local Police Department in the area and local Law Enforcement officials. Justice will be served. Chauvin has been charged with thirddegree murder and manslaughter. The other officers stood by and did nothing to stop him. They have all been fired. More state charges on federal charges could be on the way. President trump has direct the doj to go forward with the civil rights investigation. That means yes, federal charges very possible in this case. Sadly now the life and death of george floyd is getting overshadowed by criminals, anarchists, those looting and burning, groups like antifa who are wreaking havoc on the streets of our cities. At this point, hundreds of businesses have been utterly destroyed. Storefronts smashed in, fires burning out of control, looting in many Great American cities. Business owners violently attacked. Rochester, new york, a woman was savagely assaulted by an angry mob of young men who were vandalizing her store. A man in dallas, this is unconscionable. He was beaten unconscious. Dozens of secret Service Agents protecting the white house. They were injured by rioting rioters throwing projectiles. Police officers across the country face similar injuries. One nyutrained lawyer arrested for throwing a molotov cocktail. St. Patricks cathedral in new york city was defaced with curse words and blm spray. The church of the president was lit on fire. The president made a visit there later this afternoon and believe it or not, its one small part of the unacceptable level of violence and anarchy from this weekends rights. Hands up dont shoot go home we support the right of Peaceful Protesters and we hear there their pleas. What we are seeing now has nothing to do with justice or peace. I saw people converging on the police vehicle. I saw people throwing things at the police vehicle. Thats not peaceful protest. [bleep] [bleep] [bleep] this is not in the spirit of Martin Luther king jr. This is chaos. Sean let me be clear. What we are all witnessing is a country is a fundamental failure of liberal governments, liberal governors, liberal mayors all across the country. Philadelphia, minneapolis, chicago, new york, los angeles, san francisco, oakland and other major cities now ravaged by chaos. They have been run by democrats for decades. The first line of defense, that would be the governors. That would be the manners. That would be local Police Departments surrounding the Police Departments. State troopers that get called up. State guardsmen get called up, and of course they always had at their ready the president who has been saying now for some time he has the National Guard ready for anybody that will ask for it. Thats their role to ask. Now the president has stepped up. The president said if you dont control it, i will. The infrastructure in cities has been grumbling for decades. The School Systems in these very same cities, they have been in failing our children, our American Family for decades. They have now failed generations of children. In many cases, the violence is completely out of control and has been even before all of this happened. In chicago, 200 murders this year and we are not even halfway through the year. Its been going on for years. Why hasnt that problem been solved. Democratic mayors and governors in these cities and states make a lot of promises every two years, every four years, they spend a lot of taxpayer money, tax their citizens to death. Even after death. When they are needed, guess what, when they are most needed, nowhere to be found, just like they blew it and were not prepared at all for coronavirus in states like new york, new jersey, pennsylvania and michigan. Well, donald trump bail them out there. They know about antifa. They know about these anarchists. They know the risks they pose. They have let this build and build and build and do nothing to stop the violence. Maybe on night one they could have said they werent prepared. Whats your excuse for nights two, three, four, five . They knew that cities were vulnerable to looting and violence during times of unrest. Yet, they are totally unprepared for anything as always. This is beyond an epic fail, a disgrace, total complete dereliction of their duty. How do you let rioters burn down a Police Station . Not one but two. How do you let them loot story after story after story . How do you let them destroy already struggling businesses all across the country when, by the way, all week when your people were getting beaten in the streets, where were you . Where was your plan . Why did the police retreat . Why didnt you restore order . There was no plan, a spectacular failure on every level. The damage, the carnage, the wreckage will go on for years as a result of this. This cast needs to end now. As americas mayor, Rudy Giuliani, will join us later. He said friday of the first person throws a stone, they get arrested. The second person gets arrested. The third person, they are likely not going to throw the stone because they know there will be real consequences. People need to know there will be real consequences. By the way, passive policing during a riot is never going to work. Dispensing large crowds, well, its not brain surgery. Its not fun. Making arrests, confronting agitators, not easy work. But these governors and mayors must authorize, well, its simple. You set up a perimeter. You and for us, if you have curfews, you enforce them. Overwhelming nonlethal force including every tool at their disposal builder on the parameters and then you use whats necessary safely to disperse the crowd. Not brain surgery. That would mean teargas, mace if necessary. Rubber bullets. You have the police in place, the perimeter is small enough, they will disperse. If they needed additional help, the administration has been saying for days they will send help. Now the president , well, he will go in and clean up their mess, just like he handled their lack of preparation fo for a pandemi. As Andrew Mccarthy pointed out in a recent article, the president has the Constitutional Authority and power through the National Guard and of course our military them. Its called insurrection act. He has the full authority to go into these states and restore order which he now must do because they didnt do it. If these liberal mayors and governors in most cases are unable and unwilling to protect their own citizens, the federal government well. Take a look. We cannot allow the righteous crowds of Peaceful Protesters to be drowned out by an angry mob. I will fight to protect you. I am your president of law and order. That is why i am taking immediate president ial action to stop the violence and restore security and safety in america. Mayors and governors must establish an overwhelming Law Enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled. If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residence, then i will deploy the United States military and quickly solve a problem for th them. Sean moments ago, the president walked to the scene of this weekends unrest in washington, d. C. , our nations capital. He stood outside the damaged ste reassured americans this will be solved. Joining us now with reaction, Fox News Contributor dan bongino. Fox news correspondent at large, geraldo rivera. Geraldo, 50 years. A lot of those years as a street reporter, one of the best ever, one of the toughest ever. Youve been in a lot of these tough environments. Its the role of a governor and a mayor to be prepared. How can it possibly be that a big city like minneapolis, big city like new york, that they should be super hyper prepared. They werent prepared for the pandemic. They are not prepared for this. They literally left the police retreat and of course he gets bigger and it emboldens the people that are basically criminals capitalizing on a tragedy in a situation that never should have happened. I makes me sick to my stomach. I feel like puking watching these videos, sean. Watching the rape of america. Most of those looters filling up a shopping bag after smashing the glass windows, after beating up the shopkeepers, kicking them in the head, hitting them with twobyfours, i bet many of them dont even know George Floyds name. They dont even care. There is no heart. It is just greed. There is anarchy. Its unforgivable. Its unforgivable. To me, it is so painful to watch the dissolution of her and her in our country where you wont feel safe walking anywhere. It is something that is so pathetic. The fact that it is coasttocoast, north to south. The rape of america is happening right before our eyes and it has nothing to do with the death of that poor man who incidentally, the officer involved will soon be charged with murder one, i am positive. Now that we know that this was a premeditated crime. Now that we know sean hang on. Explain the premeditation. For murder one, you have to have intent and premeditation. Here is the premeditation. You dont need to premeditate a day or week. This lasted 9 minutes. By minute one or two or three, that officer knew what he was doing and he knew that the life was ebbing from that victim. That is premeditation. You dont need a week or a day. Sean you have to be careful here. The overcharge, raise expectations that a guilty verdict is going to come out and then it doesnt because you overcharge. Now i think premeditation, just based on the nine minute tape, i dont think that gets 12 jurors to guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Dan bongino. Yeah, it could be a problem. You dont want another situation where you have an acquittal on and overcharge anyone of creating more civil unrest. Sean, these protesters, the protests have been hijacked. Thethere are three groups. Legitimate protesters. Their antifa terrorists. And there is straight street criminals taking advantage of the chaos. Those three groups of people do not have common interests in line. Theyve been hijacked. The enthe theres a way to te care of it. We have to unleash the federal Law Enforcement and start purple walking the antifa terrorists. We have to lock them up and know that they will be treated as a criminal enterprise. They can charge them with inciting a riot across state lines. You need to perp walk them. Show them what happens when you go into minority neighborhoods and burn down their businesses and try to pretend you are a hero of the minority community. You are not. The media needs to tell the truth. As for the criminals, they need to start putting their photos up on Police Websites and let them know, you walk out of that store, as geraldo said, shopping without a credit card or cash through broken window, we are coming for you. Maybe not tomorrow but we are coming for you. Sean we have about a minute left. I want to ask about the same question. Geraldo, youve been there and dan, youve been there. You were an nypd cop and secret service. When you have a situation where youve got to get control back, create a small perimeter. Multiple parameters. You enforce curfews. If people are not listening to that point, nonlethal force would include teargas, pepper spray if needed, rubber bullets. Why did the police retreat . Youve been in this situation numerous times in your career. You know, i have been in these situations so many times in the 50 years ive been in the news business. The city involved never does better as a result of these riots or looting. The city always is crippled and takes a decade or more before it gets back to the place that it was and even then. Look at west baltimore. The freddie gray riots. Look at rodney king, the rodney king writes of 92 that i covered in los angeles. It is a lost decade. I disagree with dan slightly in this regard. Antifa are the instigators and i want them perp walked and tried as racketeers. But those kids are not antifa. Sean dan. Small perimeter set. Sean nonlethal force, teargas and pepper spray work. It works and its effective. It hasnt been used until tonight because the president demanded it. Sean, i am glad that the president had the stones to walk across the street in that park. I thought he was hiding in a bunker, kind of made it a trickle everybody look silly when he walked out of the white house across the street. Symbolism matters. The problem, the reason politicians dont do anything about it, its a simple answer. They are afraid the media is going to accuse them of overreacting. You have to have guts like Rudy Giuliani did. You have to say screw the media. I was there. I remember it. Sean save lives. Save property. Joining us now is the forensic pathologist who conducted the independent autopsy of george floyd. Dr. Baden. Programming note, rudy is coming up. Dr. Baden, i have known you a long time. You know my background in martial arts. I looked at this video again and again. I saw the neck, the push in the pavement, i knew immediately its the most vulnerable part of the Human Anatomy and less you care to correct that statement. You did the autopsy. Tell us what you saw and compare it to what you saw in the video. Yes, sean, i agree very much that the neck has a great deal of nerves, blood vessels, arteries, veins. And the windpipe. Pressure in that area, whether its the front or the side or the back, can impair blood flow to the brain, bringing oxygen to the brain. Impairing breathing through the windpipe. In addition to that, and one can digest from compression of the neck sufficiently. There was compression that you can see the video of the back. Pressure on the back prevents the diaphragm from moving up and down which is necessary to inhale and exhale. Thats the kind of pressure that caused eric garner and now george floyd to say i cant breathe. Theres a big misconception among police that if a person can talk and say i cant breathe, that they are breathing. I am talking to you now for a while without breathing. I keep talking. You dont need to be breathing in order to say i cant breathe or in this instance, with floyd, reaches out and calls for his mother. Mama, mama, who died three years ago. Nobody lessened their pressure on him. Defining at the autopsy that he did not have it any other reason to cause death. His heart and lungs and other things were not sufficiently impaired that wouldve caused death. The video of the pressure on the neck end on the back is what establishes that he couldnt breathe and it goes along with e couldnt breathe. He died because he didnt get enough oxygen to brain, just like eric garner. Eric garner, from the time the police touched him to the time that they got off of him and realized he was lifeless was about 48 seconds. If there is no blood going to the brain and he cant move his diaphragm, one can die very quickly. In the videos, floyd became lifeless in less than 4 minutes. He was moving around and he was able to breathe and then he stopped breathing. I think the pressure should have been let off him, but he died of compression because he couldnt breathe and because his brain wasnt getting enough oxygen. Sean dr. Baden, the original preliminary report and the examiner, i now believe they are on the same page with you. I didnt like it because it said it was not death by asphyxiati asphyxiation. This is what i know for my martial arts training. If i put you in whats called a rear naked choke where you have both literally carotid arteries and i have access or the trachea. Ive put you in a rear naked choke, you are going to drop to your knees and 15 seconds. You set up the press Conference Today that you believe he was dead 5 minutes into it. If you watch to the end of the video, it will break anybodys heart. You can see they had to separately hold his head and neck up to get him on the gurney. He was dead for at least a couple minutes right there at the scene. They said he died at the hospital. Thats not true. Nor was the original preliminary report. Yeah. They tried to do cpr with him in the ambulance, and they couldnt get a pulse. He had a cardiac arrest and they tried to shock him and the shocks didnt work. He was dead, as you say, before they put him on the stretcher. The situation in this country, sean, is that the death time on a certificate is not when you died but when a doctor pronounces you dead. If we have a decomposed body coming out of the hudson river tomorrow, it will have tomorrows date is the time of death. That was when he was pronounced. Even though he mightve been dead for four months before that. So the death certificate has the pronounced time of death, not the actual time of death. I agree with you, he is dead many minutes before he gets to the hospital. Sean from a medical perspective and you know what a rear naked choke is. If i put you in a rear naked choke, am i wrong in telling this audience than 15 seconds if i have you and i have both carotid and im putting heavy pressure on it, that the average person would drop in 15 seconds . Less than that. In less than ten seconds. Thats the kind of joke that a welltrained Police Officer that is the kind of choke a welltrained Police Officer can do. In the old days, they would use it and if it was used properly a person would collapse and ten seconds and they would have time to put the handcuffs on. However, a lot of police have that choke on too long and it can cause death and its safer to never compress the neck. Also not get on the back and press on the back because that can cause death from lack of breathing. Its interesting that in 2010 there was a similar death, david smith, died under similar circumstances. Couldnt breathe, had pressure on his back. The minneapolis Police Department used it as a way of training Police Officers not to put a choke hold on and not to get on the back of a person and to release them as soon as they get them under control. This has been used as a teaching kind of case from ten years ago. Whatever happened, they do the wrong thing in this case. Sean you know, dr. Baden, if i take the back of my hand and i hit my target and i hit it hard enough, a person drops to their knees immediately. One strength. If they try to stand up, they will probably fall down again. Is that also accurate . Yes and its interesting. I have gotten a number of emails from people who do martial arts to say just what youre saying. When they saw the way the knee was on the neck and that kind of pressure can cause rapid loss of consciousness and rapid injury to the person. From a number of martial arts people. Sean will you please tell i know that you were hired by the family. Please send our many, many prayers. I will. That will be meaningful to them. Thank you. I hope something good will come out of this. Sean how about we never do this again ever . All right, thank you, dr. Baden. Joining us for minneapolis, mike tobin. Mike, the guard was first deployed last night. Explain the difference once the guard gets deployed. Reinforcements arrived on the scene and what its like tonight and what was it like last night versus previous nights . On the left of your screen, we are seeing a confrontation emerged in los angeles. We are going to go to that in a second. Mike, about the comparative coms between last night and where we are tonight. The comparison is simply that the streets are under control. Its not mayhem. The first night when the curfew was set and not respected, that is the night that the rioters and the looters ran wild and fires were burning in every direction. I want to start out on this subject that you were just on, the autopsy. You mentioned that there were two autopsies. One was conducted by the Hennepin County medical examiner and agreed largely with dr. Baden but went on to say that george floyd had hypertension. He had heart disease. He had used methamphetamine and was intoxicated on fentanyl at the time of his death. I spoke with benjamin crump, the family attorney. He calls it all character assassination. He wouldnt have died. Theres always going to be an attempt to try to assassinate the character of an individual who you have killed unjustifiably and unnecessarily and senselessly. Back to the subject of the scene in the twin cities right now. There is a demonstration here at the capitol in st. Paul. Its got about 600 people. It fits the definition of a peaceful protest. People are chanting and making their voices heard. There are National Guard vehicles in the background but police are in a very relaxed disposition, if you well. If we can go to pictures and minneapolis, this is the site where george floyd died at the hands of police. Chicago and 38th street. About 200 to 400 people have gathered there. As always, the scene before the sun goes down has been peaceful. We will see how it develops after that. They say that the curfew goes into effect now at 10 00 it will be enforced. Sean mike tobin, thank you so much. Youve been doing phenomenal work as have all our reporters out on the streets. You can see on the left side of your screen, the confrontation emerging in los angeles at this hour. You can see its daylight. Its now 6 38 Pacific Coast time. We have a reporter, jeff hall on the ground in los angeles. We are watching this come a little bit of pushing and shoving. Lets talk about where we are. Have reinforcements arrived . Yeah. We want to give our viewers a warning, a lot of foul language going on. This was a fairly peaceful protest and that we heard reports of looting in the area. Lots of Police Officers showed up here in the crowd sort of came by to watch what was going on. They have been trying to push them back. As you can see, they are starting to fire what appears to be less than lethal rounds. We are not quite sure the substance that they are using to clear the crowd. You can see the one officer reloading. It looks like a beanbag round but i dont quite know for sure if it is in fact a beanbag route. They are making us move along. They are trying to push the crowd off of what is sunset boulevard. Here we go. They are checking our credentials. We are just trying to get back here to stay safe. Thank you, sir. Heres what happening. They are moving the crowd back on sunset boulevard. Trying to keep a safe distance to allow the officers to do their job. As we take a look beyond me, we move with them a little bit. There are still some people out in the streets refusing to get off the streets. Now they are sort of holding the line to see without going to do next. Its a bit of a tense moment here. They try to clear the street, another ongoing situation probably about 100 yards away where we heard reports of looting at a local pharmacy. Once that started happening, it sort of drew the crowd back into the street. They were marching in the street about an hour ago and then everyone started to disperse. We have another round of some sort of less than lethal force that the l. A. P. D. Is using out here. Sean jeff paul. We will keep those images up and watch closely. Joining us now, former new york city mayor Rudy Giuliani. Mr. Mayor, i tweeted out this weekend, if we can establish the marathon a small box. Mr. Mayor, i tweeted out this weekend that governors and mayors, they need to get control of their cities. You were very clear five night right here on this program. Youve dealt with this. When you became mayor in new york, you got frankly the living kicked out of you because you insisted you remind us in the police into areas that were high crime and you were going to police them and protect citizens. The murder rate dropped from 2,000 whatever down to 300. You save lives. Depressed beat you up but you save lives. Now we see that the president is insisting because they didnt do it on their own, we now literally create parameters and use nonlethal force and it looks to be working so far early tonight. If this action have been taken four days ago or something similar to it, we would not have this, sean. Every bit of this was preventable. If we had governors and mayors who understood how to take action and how to protect the lives of their people. The level of incompetence is staggering. The mayor of minnesota of minneapolis and the governor of minnesota have sort of created this. I think the defining moment that made all of these rioters emboldened is when they gave up the police precinct. In an effort to appease them. Of course it just led to the burning. And then more. It has been out of control since then. This is a question of who has the stronger well and you really have to establish early if youre in control. So its always easier to control a smaller mob then a bigger one. Yesterday i went to downtown brooklyn where it all emerged on saturday night and had a lot of trouble. I wanted to see what they were doing. The crowd was beginning to form. Maybe about 1,000 people. A couple started throwing things at police. The police let it go. That was the time to make about 30 or 40 arrests. Everybody wouldve gotten to work. You dont come here. They already took 30 or 40 people. Instead this theory of let them do what they want. We have seen extraordinary scenes like people walking into Liquor Stores and walking out with thousands of bottles of liquor right in front of the police. Nobody stops them. Sean i never thought in my lifetime i would see police retreat out of a precinct to allow people to burn into the ground. And not defend people and property of the way we have been seeing. Can you explain to this audience that the responsibility of governors, the responsibility of mayors, how is it possible they are not prepared . A city like new york, you ran the city of new york. This wouldnt have happened in new york when you were married. You bring in all the assets. Of the city of new york has a plan for how to do this which i used four times successfully. I had some very controversial demonstrations for four months, including Jesse Jackson and sharpton and Susan Sarandon and every possible hollywood whatever you want to call them that would come and get themselves arrested and then they would push to try to create some violence, the troublemake troublemakers. Every time they did, we made our arrest right away. My theory is simple. Dan bongino. Sean he worked for you. Yes. You arrest the first person who throws a rock and then urs the second on one and if somebody messes up a car, you arrest them. And you do it early, quickly, you establish whos in charge and at least it never failed for me and i have some very bad situations with people who were excellent at creating diets and there was a report done about crown heights. Then governor cuomo. I used a lot of it, a lot of the wisdom in it. That article said or the report that if you create a venting period, if you fall into the misperception, if you let them do a little bit, they wont do too much. It is just the opposite. They throw some rocks and get away with it and only burn a few cars in the get away with that and then they go into Liquor Stores and Clothing Stores and they take everything. And then they start burning and people get seriously injured. 50 secret Service Agents getting injured . Thats absurd. Sean cant have it. Mr. Mayor, got to protect people. Got to protect property. Youve got to get it in control. This is not honoring george floyd and its not even about it when its looting and burning and stealing. Mr. Mayor, thank you so much. I hope the governors and mayors around the country listen. Bryan llenas, we go back to him tonight in new york for the very latest happening there and then we will go to leo terrel and larry elder. Sean, this is the middle of manhattan. This is this is what we are seeing throughout the middle of manhattan, up and down, groups of rioters going up and down. The police are outnumbered allaround men midtown manhattan. These groups are going around and they are rioting. On this side, you can see these are the types of groups we have been seeing all throughout new york city tonight. They go around in groups and they look for where the police are and when they are not there, they go onto the next story. You can see the storefront here on 54th and madison avenue. This look at the size of these groups. Look at that. Over here. Going into the store. This store was just, the minnows were broken when we got here but these are the scenes we are seeing throughout midtown manhattan. We are an hour and ten from curfew and its mayhem. Police telling us the situation between 60th and now you see the Police Moving here on bicycle. Ive got inside the police are outnumbered in many situations throughout the city. Throwing over here. They are throwing now and then they are moving in on these rioters. This is no longer a protest. These are the types of groups that are moving around and sean, ive got the same. Ive got to say that when the police look at them, they put their hands up and then they turned the corner and then cause mayhem. They put the hands up as if they are here for george floyd. These are not the protest we saw earlier. These are completely different. These large groups with hundreds of people, this is the type of thing we are seeing all throughout midtown manhattan tonight. Stores up and down fifth avenue and madison have broken glass all around. Look at this store here. You can see that theres a car in there. Somebody tried to get inside the car inside the building. Sean, its a dangerous situation out here tonight. Sean please be careful. Great reporting all throughout. We appreciate you being out there so please stay safe. I have a message for comrade de blasio. Its your city, mr. Mayor. Day one, okay, maybe you didnt expect it. Where are you now . Andrew, where are you now . Busy producing your next powerpoint thats meaningless . Protect your city. Protect your state. Protect people. Protect property. Its not that complicated. I know its difficult. I know nobody wants this but youve got to protect your city, the citizens, the neighbors, neighborhoods. Youve got to protect the stores and store owners, protect people, protect property. You have tools at your disposal. The president is offering all the help that you absolutely need, just like he provided all the hospitals, all the personnel and all the respirators, ventilators, masks and Everything Else that you werent prepared for. Unbelievable. Fortunately far left unfortunately far left radicals. By the way, the Biden Campaign, they came out of hiding. Joe in a mask offering to bail out the anarchists. Groups paying bail fees for those arrested supporting what . Radical rioting . The destruction of property, Small Businesses . What is going on in the Biden Campaign . Quid pro quo would show is offering his own bizarre plan. Suggesting cops shoot assailants in the leg instead of the heart. May be the dumbest thing ive ever heard from any president ial candidate. Take a look. Because we also have to fundamentally change the way in which police or training. The idea that incentive standing there and teaching a cop. Shooting them in the leg instead of the heart is a different thing. Theres a lot of Different Things i can change. Sean forgetful joe, are you really that dumb . Are you really that stupid . Are you really that ignorant of firearms . Seriously . Wow. Joining us now, civil rights attorney leo terrel, executive producer upcoming documentary occult tom. Larry elder. We begin with leo. Leo, i am watching your city and my city in cities across america and seeing police in full retreat instead of protecting people, neighborhoods, citizens, stores, businesses. A lot of these businesses, guess what. They are not going to come back. They are not going to reopen anytime soon. It will take years of ever. Sean, youre absolutely right. Your show has been on point. Let me tell you, i know why. These democratic mayors like in l. A. And the governor and the democrats, they dont want to give President Trump a victory. Trump called out early. Use more force. I am here come available. Use the National Guard. They didnt want to do it, because that means hes right. Thats why mayor garcetti was slow to call the National Guard. He didnt want to call the National Guard. He insults the intelligence of black voters, thinking oh, i dont want to arrest these guys because it might upset black voters. Ive got news for you, mayors and governors and all these democrats, black voters want law and order. The mayor doesnt get it. You know what happens . The Africanamerican Community will suffer the most by them allowing them to burn these cities and these shops down because those are jobs that blacks will lose. To me, it hurts. It is sickening. And i am sick of politics being played here. Mr. President , youve demanded and requested the right things. Use force. People want law and order back in the city. Sean save the cities. Larry elder. Its not that complicated. Its not fun work but if you dont, the consequences are devastating. We have been watching it. Day one maybe you could say that you are not prepared. Now they ought to be prepared. Thats right, and as leo pointed out, the people that are going to be harmed are the ones the protesters claim they care about, black and brown people. Whats so maddening is that the premises the police are routinely engaging in Police Brutality against black people. The evidence does not support that. I dare suggest you ask the average protester in the street whether Police Shootings over the last 45 years have gone up or down. They will say theyve gone out. Theyve gone down 75 against black people according to this easy. Every year about a thousand people are shot by the cops, the last several years, and full of been unarmed. Less than 6 . A smaller number has been unarmed black people. Its extremely rare. Study showing not only is it not true that blacks were being disbarred and killed by the police because of their race. Studies show police are more reluctant and more hesitant to pulled the trigger against black people. There was a study done by a black harvard economist me said it was the most surprising result of his career. He assumed it would show the opposite. Simply not true. The police are being maligned unfairly. Sean lesson, you know what. If the president ends his speeches, we are one glorious nation under god, one united American Family, there is universal agreement about what happened to mr. Floyd. Should never have happened. Justice is moving swiftly. What we are watching isnt about justice for george floyd. This has got to stop. Protect people. Protect our cities. Protect our property. Protect our neighborhoods and livelihoods. Thank you both. When we come back, more live coverage of these protests around the country. Stay with us. Until i almost lost my life. My doctors again ordered me to take aspirin, and i do. Be sure to talk to your doctor before you begin an aspirin regimen. Listen to the doctor. Take it seriously. Sean as we close tonight, by the way, ive got to tell you something. Everybody this is universal agreement. What happened to george floyd should never have happened. Hes on video himself saying hes nonviolent, pleading with people not to use violence and guns, et cetera. This is not honoring him and not about him. You governors and you mayors, get your asses to work and get order and protect her cities, protect the people in your cities and protect property. My heart is troubled. If Laura Ingraham is going to take it from here. Laura hannity, first of all, a really great interview with dr. Baden, fantastic. Sean really good at what he does. Laura yeah, really good at what he does, but number two, what is the purpose of having a curfew if its not enforced . Children know that. Teenagers know that. Parents know that. This is for everybodys safety, okay . If you want to peacefully protest, thats why protests are during the day. Everybody can see everybody, everybody shares the thoughts, protests are those are daytime things. Nighttime is a different deal. Too much damage, too many people hurting out there. Sean now the president is going to send them in
