They were the First Responders as i understand it on Christmas Morning when the recreational vehicle was sending off a message on a loop that kept saying, you know, its a dangerous area, leave the areawo off and how long did that message of warning continue to play before the explosion went off . I believe the initial callin was 5 2 some, 5 30 in the morning where the loud speaker started playing the audio that an explosion was about to occur. You probably have seen that video play on social media platforms across the internet. When officers got the suspicious vehicle call they ran towards the scene. They heard that, they took immediate action. They jumped into action. Got hazardous devices unit on the way and they started to clear the nearby apartments and clear the streets to make sure our community could be safe and the folks in the city could remain safe in spite of the pending danger they knew was going to be coming. Judge jeanine so many people around the country if they focus on this will understand the importance of Police Officers. If any normal person doesnt already get it. But as they parade around with the defund police, i would like to throw up pictures of those Police Officers who respond, and unlike most people, run to the scene of danger as opposed to flee the scene. I believe we have the photos of those Police Officers who saved lives before those explosions. Our heartfelt thanks, respect and honor goes to them for what they do. Not just in this case, but every day of the year. There is a person of interest, i suspect a suspect whose name has not been identified. But whose home has been searched today. I imagine that was a difficult situation, the searching of those premises, deciding whether they were booby trapped and what danger might lie for Police Officers or hazmat, whoever was going into that facility. Any time you have a situation like this, you have to take certain measures that not only the officers going into make the searches, but the community that surrounds the residence remains safe. I am sure thats what agents and officers on the scene did. They made sure there were no hazards and then they went in to recover evidence linked to that. Judge jeanine its my understanding there was no one in that particular location that they had searched. Im not familiar as to whether there was anybody in the residence. I know they are working diligently to collect the evidence for it. Judge jeanine lets talk about that. As someone involved in local Law Enforcement, i know there is mutual assistance with state and local Law Enforcement. But i suspect with an explosion you have federal Law Enforcement and the atf and fbi. You will have a collaborative effort between local and state and federal agencies. You will have people trained in explosive device and investigating issues that relate to it. And so they are being meticulous in their searches looking for anything that may point them in the direction of a device that would give them an indicator. And certain the agents involved are doing everything they can from the local level up to the federal level. Judge jeanine before we run out of time, whats most interesting to me, this individual who was able to create devastating damage to as i understand it, 41 businesses, cared enough to sent out an alert on the rv, if you can hear this evacuate the area. Im sure the fbi and their psychological profile unit is trying to assess what the motive is and what happens with a person like that in their mind. As you, the most powerful elected House Democrat pontificate we simply need to listen to the science. You march through a salon without a mask like a queen. You and your ilk violate your own rules so often its clear, you believe not only that you are above the law, but also that the rules serve no purpose other than to suppress and defeat us. But there they are jumping to the front of the line. Yet these federal politicians consider themselves vital and are therefore among the first to have access to the immunization. Healthy members of congress, many of them younger than 4. Than than 40 pushing americans to the curb as they bully their way to a vaccine. The same bullies who got a paycheck and didnt give a damn whether you got one. My friend and doctor is 73. He spent his life caring for others. He has a compromised immune system. Hes not going to get the vaccine for months after congress, essential workers which include the garbage collectors and the truckers. Hes hoping and his family is hoping he can hang on long enough to get it. I have an idea, aoc. You talk the big talk about equality, minority justice and injustice. You should be the last in line to get the vaccine. You guys did nothing for the last six months but play politics in the runup to the president ial election. Why werent you protesting with Small Business owners who know in their hearts they will not survive another shutdown. Who know there is no one fighting for them. You dont have to be a genius to know that if lockdowns actually worked, they wouldnt have to keep locking us down. Have you even been trying to get americans to americans, a simple straight bill, you condescending patronizing holier than thou who use your tax dollars to pay yourselves while we wait and beg you to get our money for our families. Now to get a vaccine to survive. After you get the vaccine. And then you get paid. You shovel down 500 meals at the French Laundry in california. Families are waiting in line for food across america. You are disgusting, you are an embarrassment to the peoples house. Now for the big crewup. How do you justify taking money from america to give a foreign nationals and special interests in a pandemic. December 31 with the inability to work, to get a vaccine. Lets talk about not the way the house treats the American People and members of the house. But also about how the house itself is handling, you know, things like attacking the president , how they have done in the year 2020 as it relates to other countries, and the outright hypocrisy of what they do versus what they tried to attack donald trump for. Congressman Eric Swalwell sleeping with a chinese spy fang fang or bang bang, Something Like that. Judge jeanine he wouldnt answer. The fbi provided a defensive briefing to him. They also provided the same briefing to the speaker of the house and the minority leader of the house and the intelligence committee. Kevin mccarthy was so concerned for what the fbi told him, he asked for the briefing to be given to every member of the intelligence committee. Nancy pelosi and adam schiff knew about this before they appointed Eric Swalwell to this committee. He refuses to answer whens. And whe answer questions. And when he is questioned he blames the president. Hes figuratively and anecdotally in bed with a spy trying to get information. This is remarkable that Eric Swalwell continues to sit on the house intelligence committee. Judge jeanine the amazing part of it is there doesnt seem to be any pushback. This is where imreminded of big tech, the Mainstream Media and the democrats all joined together to try to prevent Donald Trumps reelection. Whenever the democrats do something that is so beyond the pale of what they have accused the president of. Its a frightening time in american history. Look at the hunter biden story. When the New York Post broke it, the fourth largest newspaper in the country. Twitter and big tech band the information. They suppressed the information because it would impact the outcome of the election. Now we see just just this week hunter biden continued to own a stake in a Chinese Company where joe said none of his family members would be doing that . Its time for a special counsel to investigate hunter biden. We know hes under investigation in delaware, and joes brother is under investigation. A special counsel needs to be appointed to look into this. Judge jeanine you know i love you, we have been friends for years. Im so sick and tired of special counsels. I watch Jeff Sessions and bill barr. The American People understand it. They know in the depths of their heart when something is a crime and when something should be prosecuted. No one has been prosecuted. Comey, mccabe, strzok. None of them. For the obvious violations of law. So when we talk about this, i think the American People are starting to say there is no justice. Its a twotiered system of justice. If you are at the top you get away with it. All the things that are inconsistent with america as a city on the hill, its gone. Am i wrong . Judge, you are not wrong. Thats a big part of the reason donald trump was sent to washington, d. C. And the people he supported who continue to support him have a voice in washington. But you are absolutely right. We have seen all those people who lied under oath, specifically andy mccabe, never charged. Thats what im concerned about. Hunter biden will get a pass under the Justice Department. Those people who supported trump in the 2020 election will be attacked because of that support. If joe biden is president of the United States he will use 9 Justice Department to goiast nonprofits that support conservative cause and right to life. You mark my words, its coming. Colonel, a belated merry christmas. Good to see you. I think its been an interesting four years. Nobody really knew what to expect with president donald j. Trump. But you as some one in the military for 30 years, how long . 30 years. Judge jeanine you always downplay it. You dont want to talk about your medals or anything. But it seems like donald trump is giving a Christmas Present to military families in the United States. Explain to the viewers what we are talking about. We have been at war in afghanistan for 19 years and iraq for 17. We lost thousands of american soldiers. Tens of thousands wounded. The president of the United States has made the right decision to draw down and return soldiers from iraq and syria to the u. S. , but leave a Counterterrorism Force in the region to kill terrorists. The people arguing against this are the ones who caused the problems in fighting this war in iraq and afghanistan. Its the right call. The military has been active for 19 years and its more than time to bring them home and still keep a force in the have it. Way too long. It took 19 years to make this. Judge jeanine there was so much criticism of the president. Yet he was true to his word. He made a promise that he was going to bring the troops home and he did. He didnt want to occupy or do what a lot of the other president s wanted to do. Now with joe biden there appears to be a return of some of the same folks in the Obama Administration. What do you think that that signals to the pentagon and the military establishment. Facts are stubborn things. Not opinions. During Obamas Administration 30,000 troops went into afghanistan. It didnt working with because of very bad military leadership. We had gunfight invasions in 7 different countries. Thats what happened during that administration. In this Administration None of that happened. We rescued people and are bringing soldiers home. You can expect more involvement in nation building which we are terrible at. The military is good at one thing, knocking things do. We dont do rebuilding. Thats what happened the last 19 years its been wrong. It didnt work. My concern is we are going to slip right back in that. The amazing part of that, when we get involved in all these other situations in Foreign Countries, and yet you know, you look at the Obama Administration and how they wanted to draw down troops, the army to preworld war ii and all of the money taken out of the military budget. Yet they still want to go in and keep fighting. And the ultimate irony is barack obama was given the nobel peace prize. And what donald trump did for four years with the peace deal between the uae and israel and bahrain and kosovo. Its amazing stuff. There is a lot of firsts in this administration, the military, and politically of course, trying to get in contact with north korea. The administration had this issue. 40,000 soldiers. That didnt work. The military by the way its always been a great military for the last 19 years. Politically i dont think the military has been affected. I think military leadership has been affected. Judge jeanine how has it been affected. We have some Senior Officers retired still on active duty that need to answer for the mistakes made in afghanistan and iraq. And there are books and studies written. The administration was decentralized allowing generals to make decision. Previous administrations have not. The matter, its been the best fighting force in the world, period. Judge jeanine what about the Defense Authorization act . Whats the latest with the back and forth with congress and the bill for the military . The president is holding up this act which is a big deal its a 900 billion act. Because words in this deal allow the army to change the names of confederate names like forward hood and forward brag. The problem and fort hood and fort bragg. And change fort hood to fort jones wont matter. We have serious stuff to get at. Its not a serious act to change the name of a post. Its serious to put money towards 32 servicemen a day are still committing suicide. Judge jeanine how do you think its going to end . I think he will have to sign the bill. Its too important. How can we make them care . The way we can make them care is all americans have to stand up for america. Its time we let washington know that they work for the people. I think the people have forgotten about that. Whether this president got 74 million or 84 Million People. But i can guarantee you joe biden didnt get 50 Million People voting for him but people think he won this election. Unless we can get this president back in office for four more years, hes never going to drain the swamp. Everyone watching want to have a Fair Election because you dont even know if you belong there. Im stunned as a lot of people are that the Moderna Vaccine and i understand this is modernas first vaccine its 94 effective, but a boston physician who has a shellfish allergy had a severe reaction to the vaccine. Should people be frightened . Thats not surprising. We know and the cdc warned that people even with Food Allergies will be able to take the vaccine. He was quickly treated for the allergy and resolved the issue. Its not a reason not to take the vaccines. There is a concern if they have prior issues with vaccines. But there are only 6 or 7 reactions reported in over a million vaccines. Judge jeanine one of the things was that his reaction was severe. His trunk became numb, we all listen to medications on television and they all have disclaimers and contra under cases. I never heard one Vaccine Company talk about the risk. Thats not entirely correct. I took the Pfizer Vaccine and i have shellfish allergies. So it was clearly described by the Drug Companies and cdc, that people who have Food Allergies can take it. We know how to treat the allergies. This physician was carrying an epipen. This is extremely rare, and we can treat the allergic reaction much more effectively than a severe case of covid19. Its a riskbenefit. Non judge jeanine what im saying is none of us had heard of any of this. I am in the news and i watch it all the time. Nobody talked about it being a risk with shellfish. Or women who have botox are also at risk. The default in the United States, it isnt that the companies are keeping it secret. The cdc issued very specific guidelines. If you have an allergy from prior vaccines. Over 1 million doses have been issued and this is the third such report. The vaccine is a miraculous development. Its a direct product of president trumps will and vision. Its miraculous that we have it 10 months after 9 pandemic began here. I received my at langone where a patient of mine passed away trying to understand what happened. We must not alarm americans about allergic reactions which we treat every day.
