You had ties done like Thomas Jefferson and marshall, teddy roosevelt, franklin roosevelt, the battles between the president and Supreme Court have gone on for 200 years. So i certainly dont think anything trump said was inappropriate. I think you get the heart of the matter, what sotomayor said in her dissent was that, too often, the conservatives are willing to grant emergency relief to the Trump Administration. The reason for that is every time the Top Administration tried to do something they get sued, they get sued in a court with an activist judge. Then you get a nationwide injunction which prevents this from Going Forward in the entire country. Thereby handicapping the executive branch from being able to do anything. Thats the reason you have so many emergency petitions in the Supreme Court, to make sure the article three courts arent running the country. Harris harry, i want to hear from you and quick to get to senator lindsey graham. Fine. So, look, this is a statement in a dissent come in a judicial opinion. If it was a problem that required recusal to criticize either your colleagues where the administration and an actual written opinion, they would be nobody on the Supreme Court. And no one on any side of the aisle who is at all responsible would ever suggest that something you say in the judicial opinion, which is their job, would somehow be the basis for a recusal. These are states were Mike Bloomberg is running ads for months and months. He has had the airways to himself. Tv ads arent everything these days, but they are worth something especially when you have the whole state to yourself. Nobody owns the africanamerican vote. If you talk to voters here in South Carolina as i have for the past couple of days, they will tell you they are leading towards joe biden. They are. Its tighter. It is a fairly tight in. Harris why would they get pulled, those numbers going down . I think they are going down because momentum is sort of leaning towards Bernie Sanders. People are really asking questions colin pointed out. After you win in South Carolina, does that Biden Campaign have the fewer the energy to make it through super tuesday . The good news for the Vice President , if he does well here in South Carolina, the histrionics of the democratic primary says if you win South Carolina you likely go on to be the nominee. That is far less than a lot of people. So he was already potentially having some dollar problems. Campaigns dont and because candidates are suddenly convinced they are no longer the right candidate. The end because they run out of money. I was in New Hampshire last weekend after the primary and there is still a lot of Mike Bloomberg adds up on the air right now. That means its hitting massachusetts, too. Thats another super tuesday state. That boston media market is where he is really targeting right now. Another fun thing to watch that no one is really talking about is whether or not senator warren loses to senator sanders in massachusetts, if they are both in the race at that point. Harris you talk about flushing that area with ads for two or three weeks at that point, because New Hampshire state done lectures that state line with massachusetts. The school board recently voted to cancel its Gifted Program at one middle school and replace it with a stem curriculum for all students. White students make up 70 of the Gifted Program but less than half of the district population. Black students are way underrepresented at just 1. 7 of Gifted Program while it accounted for 50 of all students. There is something fundamentally wrong with the system that upholds racial segregation and can continue it continuously show such disparities. We have to start by saying out loud what is obvious to many that giftedness is equally distributed across racial, ethnic, linguistic and economic backgrounds. In new york city there will be calls to end of the gifted and talented program over equity issues or at least change the name. In miami they are boosting racial diversity by grading this screening exam on us sliding scale. Many seattle parents are angry and worried that the whole Gifted Program will go away, leaving their advanced kids bored and disinterested in schools.
