The report is not assessing any blame on anybody. On the other hand, i think this is a delicate situation for the dutch, and they are trying to stay out of politics completely. I wonder why there is not more information about the data that they got from, for example, radar and the videotapes of other conversation there. We do not know whether they got material from the russian side or from the americans, so this is all in the shade here. Do you think any of that information will be forthcoming in the coming months for us . I think it is necessary that there is more transparency in the investigation into what brought down this airplane. I think that is something that the relatives of the victims deserve to know, and, of course, the public needs to know. We are running into a fullblown controversy here in the ukraine and probably military action, so i think the reasons should be laid out on the table. The Ukrainian Military says there has been more fighting with her russian rebels in the middle east. This just a day after the eu delayed a new round of sanctions against russia to give the troops more time to work. With the fragile ceasefire largely still in place, the situation on the ground remains uncertain. While the truce appears to be holding for the most part, there were fresh reports of violence, including shelling in donetsk. Russias foreign minister accused ukraine of file leading the ceasefire conditions. We are seriously worried about yesterdays messages of concentration of heavy artillery. This is Ukrainian Army artillery. The indications are that some sort of shock troop unit is being prepared. That is as prorussian separatists closed in on merry a poll, the coastal town that could help create a land bridge between russia and the annexed crimea. Germanys foreign minister called on russia to show that it is serious about putting an end to the conflict in ukraine. That includes reach an agreement between the ukraine and russia to with draw any russian fighters or weapons that may be stationed on ukrainian territory. That is something that the International Community will be keeping a keen eye on. If it is not satisfied, the International Community could impose more measures against russia. Brussels has already prepared a raft of new sanctions that would hit russias industrial powerhouses the gas and oil industries. While earlier, he told us about the role sanctions will be playing during these talks. The official line why the sanctions have not yet come into force is that the eu wants more time to observe the ceasefire and ukraine.
