Early this morning protesters blocked a portion of interstate 85 before officers cleared the roadway soon after. 43yearold keith scott was the man that was killed yesterday afternoon. Investigators say dewoody was dating burtchs estranged wife when he was killed. His body was found at the university of iowas oakdale campus in coralville. Burtch has pleaded not guilty.
