But we want to move on quickly. San jose police opened fire on a stolen suv who managed to run away and hide inside a toy store of all places. But police did capture their man. Police say they opened fire after the driver crashed into at least two cars. As it continued forward, it struck a marked San Jose Police officer, as well.
