He admits he committed crimes in the past but says after 2003 after he was released from prison he made a vow to end his life of crime. He was released from federal prison 12 years ago when he testified against his former boss in a plea deal. A decision he said scared him. Chow thought hed be put in the witness protection program, but that did not happen. Instead, he says he moved in with his brother and was monitored with an ankle bracelet. He told his attorney he had a nervous breakdown. He claims he started making positive changes by meditating. He saw psychiatrists and started doing volunteer work. Chow got loud, almost yelled when he told the courtroom he did not order the murder of ali lung. He said im innocent of that, thats the fact. The trial was interrupted when a juror abruptly left.
