It shows the justices appear ready to overturn part of idahos abortion law. At issue is whether idahos ban on nearly all abortions takes precedence over federal law, which guarantees patients in Emergency Rooms get the care they need. The court made clear that the document posted online is not the final ruling. Justices have the opportunity to revise their opinions up until the official release, but if this is the official ruling when it comes, it means that doctors in idaho can perform abortions in Emergency Rooms in order to prevent serious harm to a womans health. Another whistleblower is coming forward just as the Company Defends itself in multiple other air safety cases. This morning, boeing is responding to a new whistleblower whos raising questions about the safety of the 787 dreamliner jet mechanic richard cuevas, while working for boeing supplier Spirit Aerosystems, claims he saw holes being drilled into the forward pressure bulkhead, which deviated from boeings manufacturing specifications, risking power failure and depressurization in flight. Cuevas says boeing inspections identified 117 out of 200 holes were improperly drilled, but he claims the company has yet to correct the issue. Boeing responding, saying engineering analysis determined that the issues raised did not present a safety concern and were addressed. We are reviewing the documents and will thoroughly investigate any new claim.
