Flooding the courtyard. Public Works Department said 600 homes have their water turned off. Theyre hoping to have all repairs to the water lines by thursday. Some businesses did open up last night including a restaurant. They did run into issues like running out of food, red tags means people cannot go into their buildings. But employees at the Grocery Store on boulevard had cleaning to do. Hundreds of items were thrown off the shelf.
