Belgian authorities were warned he was a foreign fighter. Neighbors that lived right next door said they had no idea what was going on behind closed doors. A sign of the jitters caused by the brussels attack. A domestic flight terminal at atlantas airport was evacuated when a bombsniffing dog alerted to a package.
