Apparently he tried to work on this without turning the water off. And it aint going well. There are other people there this woman desperately tried to put a lid on the situation by using this Industrial Water vacuum to suck up some of the water. Now every time it looks like the plumber has it capped he doesnt. It erupts again. Hes got the vacuum ready. You need to shut the water off. Tell him to shut the water off.
