((christianne klein)) meanwhile... north las vegas police are on the hunt for thief who broke into a gun store. and we're told the burglar made off with 27 guns. the owner of new frontier armory tells us...surveillance video shows one person inside the store at around 4 this morning. security cameras may have also caught the possible getaway vehicle which could help north las vegas police track down the suspect much faster. the big worry for some nearby wrong hands around the valley. isn't a stranger to neighborhood attacks. we're told back in july--- the pit bull attacked another dog that was being walked by its owner. county animal control says that incident was not serious enough to warrant a dangerous or vicious declaration--- since neither dog had any major injuries. the owner at the time however was cited for failing to have the dog neutered, and failing to have the dog vaccinated for rabies. dogs mixing it up with other dogs is common. the county says there have been this year./// ((christianne klein)) in north las vegas today... officers were out in full force tomorrow but it's sunday we see the return of showers and storms chances due to an area of low pressure that will drift in some rain from the south. shower and storm chances also return for monday with clouds and some clearing. shower chances as well. tomorrow expecting temps near 100 and partly to mostly sunny through the day. very slim chances for showers but the possibility is out there more showers chances return by sunday and through early week with sunday and monday being our best drier mid to late week next week as temps climb back to near average after a few 'near' hiccups, the team
