I saw a boy out there. His arms were flailing, playing in the water, and then the dad points to me and points back to his son. I look over and the son, he is motionening to him. I pull him on my board. He looked for the father and saw him bobbing in the water. I dont know if he was breathing but definitely uncon can. So i pulled him in by the arm and the paramedics took it from there. He didnt have a pulse but they did cpr and got his pulses back. They got him to ucs after they transported him immediately after cpr and you know, they had his pulses back. Reporter tony barberos father is a captain in the San Francisco fire department. I am proud of him and know he feels proud of helping others. Hes been a passionate kid. Reporter today hes a life saving kid. He never saw the 14yearold named marco who is still missing tonight. This happens too much. People take this for granted. This is very dangerous out here. Its no joke. Thank you, terry. Parents in the south bay are voicing concerns about a safety of a Day Care Center in san jose. They are making serious claims even alleging negligent. The day care is located near the intersection of 85 and 101. Thats where we find jean elle. She is joining us live and have been talking to the parents. Reporter i have and parents who removed their children from the Day Care Center say they have concerns how staff are treating the children. State investigate issers have been here recently and did find series of violations. I saw a hand print which i thought was odd. I brought it up to them and she told me it couldnt have been there. I dont hit my kids. My daughter was coming to me telling me she was being hit. Reporter these mothers are making serious allegations against staff at the childrens center, a center the California Department of social services, Community Care Licensing Division is investigating. According to state documents, during inspections this year, the facility was found to have unqualified staff working with infants. Too many kids for the amount of staff on duty and during an unannounced inspection in march, officials found a child unsupervised in the bathroom. A violation that resulted in a 150 fine. I have been here a few years and never had any problems before. A parent who didnt want to be identified said the day care operator told him about one of the staffing violations. And posted the required state inspection notices, but didnt mention the unattended child. Little upsetting, you know, considering i have a child around the same age. Reporter now earlier tonight, the operator of the Day Care Center said she would talk to us and answer our questions about the parents claims and the state investigation but she left without answering our questions tonight and shes not answering our calls. A 16yearold boy will be charged as an adult for what hes accused of doing today, a stabbing rampage at his pennsylvania high school. Alex hribal is charged with stabbing 21 people on campus. The question is why. Classmates say he had a kitchen knife in each hand as he attacked people. The fire alarm went off. I was walking over toward the exit. There was blood all over the floor. A south bay man rushed no a burning mobile home to save his cats. Both cats are still unaccounted for. When fire crews arrived the home was up in flames. Firefighters kept the fire from spreading to nearby home. The man was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Though peninsula, fire trucks rushing to an emergency needed help of their own. A fire engine and ladder truck crashed in to each other. Now two firefighters are recovering this evening. The intersection of crocker avenue and brunswick street in daly city was shut down for hours this morning. Not sure what caused the crash. Those two firefighters that were hurt are in stable condition. The navy will now test for radiation under more than 600 homes on Treasure Island.
