Were there . Reporter yes, fbi agents right now are interviewing leland yee here. He was one of about 30 people arrested in what is called a massive fbi sting. I was one of the only journalists on the scene. As you mentioned, they led him out in handcuffs after spending about an hour and a half inside interviewing him. He was arrested for his work and campaign work. Yee is a democrat that served in the assembly as a San Francisco supervisor and school board back to the 1980s. One of the promises he just received an award for was to increase transparency in government. It was part of a larger operation. Here is what the fbi told us a couple hours ago. This morning the fbi is currently executing multible search and arrest warrants throughout the bay area. I have no more comments at the time because of on going investigations. Also arrested was raymond chow, a chinese gangster. Since his release he says he has reformed. Keith jackson was also arrested. He is a well known political consultant in fran that volunteers in the bay view and has been on the board of the Hunters Point boys and girls club. So what is next . Leland yee and the others will be arraigned at about 1 30. At that point we should receive the criminal complaint. In that complaint are the details about what will happen or what is being accused. We understand that some of the complaints may be involved or related to medical marijuana and martial arts companies. Were told this is not connected to the state senator of ron calderon last month in los angeles. Two separate investigations. Very complicated one at that. And it took an hour and a half once they went in for them to arrest him and bring him out, any word why . That was unexpected. What i was told is they expect todd go in this morning around 7 00 and bring him out in about five or ten minutes. They send an hour and a half to two hours. Presumably he was talking and giving them investigation. As she mentioned, leland yee was elected in 2006, reelected in 2010 and represents district eight. San francisco has seen a half inch of rain with this and over on southbound 280, the onramp there at geneva, they were called out for flooding and a mud slide. But cars made their way through nearly a foot of standing water. One officer told me he was on overtime going from call to call. I came out earlier and then we had a flooding on the road. And when it rains like this and it has not rained in awhile, what is it like . People need to slow down, roads are slippery and if debris gets in the drains they wont clear. For a short time the ramp was closed to clear out the drain and toe a car in the area there. Also in San Francisco a tree came down on a car that had someone inside of it.
