Police headquarters with the latest in these two disturbing arrests. Reporter quite a turn of events in this report in this story here this morning. The homicide detectives have been working this case around the clock since the murders of the couple over the weekend. They Just Announced not one, but two arrests in the murders of that one couple. Police released a mug shot of the older brother. Detectives had been looking for him since the weekend murders. They said at the time the younger brother was also interviewed and cleared of any wrongdoing. Now police say the younger brother who is a minor also played a role and is being charged with homicide. Both are being faced with murder charges. The older brother was arrested and neighbors told us there were strange writings left behind on one of the walls of the victims homes. Their sons are accused of killing them. The families neighbors declined to talk to us this morning. One neighbor was chocked shocke news. I was very surprised. I didnt know the family. Its hard to believe that a child would kill their parents. Reporter police said they would not be doing any interviews today about this case, about the arrests. The da says the office has not released the received the report from investigators so no official charges have been filed just yet, but they are waiting for that report from homicide detectives before they walk it over to them and then they will send it over to the court for the arraignment of the suspects. You might recall the last time siblings were charged with killing their parents was back in 1992, the White Brothers over in the Mount Pleasant area. Thats the latest nbc bay area news. Another developing story in the south bay. S. W. A. T. Teams called to a home and its related to an illegal casino. A search warrant was served at a home. Nbc is on that scene. Good morning. I can tell you within the past few minutes we heard several flash bangs go off. Police have not confirmed what kind of operation is going on here, but a neighbor says a lot of people go to that house to gamble. Our crews saw officers break in a back window of the house and walk out with bags of cash. They put that cash on the hood of a police van. Weve seen several people, including women in handcuffs being put in police vans. Police have towed a couple of cars and broke down a fence and this doesnt seem to be over yet. Again, neighbors say people go to that house to gamble. Take a listen. A lot of people go in there. They go to make money. Its been open. I know they got raided before many times, but a friend of mine told me its crazy. Theres so many cops out here. Yeah, i cant believe it. Its crazy. This man is facing charges in the shooting death of a 16yearold girl in richmond. Police say the 19yearold opened fire tuesday afternoon. When officers arrived the shots fired call they found the girl on the floor of a home. She was shot in the torso and later died. Payne was arrested later near the shooting scene and police found a firearm. We caught this video of a plane landing near the airplane. The planes nose gear collapsed. The pilot was the only person on board and wasnt injured. There was minor damage to the plane. A search for a man and motive. A suspect is on the loose after a pregnant woman was shot in the head. The 25yearold woman was shot by her exboyfriend yesterday morning. It happened at a Retirement Community where johnson worked. Luckily both she and her unborn baby are expected to survive. She was rushed to the hospital and again they are okay today. Investigators have not confirmed a motive in this attack, but neighbors, they have their suspicions. She attempted to take him to court because he had damaged her car. Police have the license plate and make of the car that he was last seen leaving in. They have not released that information. A south bay teacher has been arrest in had for allegedly trying to get kids to send him sexually explicit photos online. Detectives say he posed as a woman or girl on the internet and was receiving illicit pictures from minors. We should know soon when pg e will finally go to trial. More Court Meetings are set for today. Newlily released documents show prosecutors will show several executives who received immunity. Eight people died in the blast six years ago. We obtained those documents tied to the case. No details out of San Bernardino county where three people are under arrest stemming from an investigation related to that mass killing in december. The fbi arrested the brother of shooter sigh add farook on marriage fraud charges. That brother and his wife and her sister are accused of lying under oath to obtain immigration benefits through fraudulent marriage benefits. An air strike destroyed a hospital supported by doctors without boarders in the syrian city of elepo overnight killing dozens of patients and staff. Reporter this air strike hit what doctors without boarders says is a main Referral Hospital for children. At least 14 patients and medical staff were killed, possibly on more. Among them children, two doctors and a nurse. One of the doctors killed was reportedly the last pediatrician in that city. The hospital was destroyed and rescuers were digging in the ruble to reach victims for hours after that air strike. Today doctors without boarders say they are outraged by this. They say the hospital was in a well known location and it was hit by a district strike. Local activists are blaming the Syrian Government today. That countrys army says the government jets were not in the air at at time denying responsibility for this. This is all part of a larger escalation. New emails obtained by the nbc bay area Investigative Unit show the faa and officials were more concerned than ever previously thought about safety issues surrounding the lights at levi stadium near the airport. Our Investigative Unit first raised safety issues surrounding those bright lights last year after uncovering complaints by pilots who were they were bliepded by the lights while trying to land. Two pilots had to seek medical attention because of that problem. New emails obtained show that the problem was way worse than previously thought and that concerned city officials which owned the stadium. This new video appears to show another deputy with a suspects gold necklace, a necklace that the suspect says deputies stole from him on the night of a beating in San Francisco. Reporter a gold chain in the hand of a county sheriffs deputy at a crime scene in San Francisco is raising questions about an alleged coverup. He says they were caught on camera beating him with batons after leading deputies on a high speed chase. He claims deputies stole his necklace. A couple in the alley told investigators they witnessed the beating and a deputy gave them the necklace for their silence. Whats horrifying about this is that these officers not only brutally beat a man, but they took steps to cover it up by stealing from him and paying off witnesses. The video was being used by the District Attorney in San Francisco, by our administrative investigators to look into the allegations of the gold chain theft. San franciscos public defender would like to know why the District Attorney has not filed criminal charges against those deputies. The das office says that investigation is ongoing. More scandals for the San Francisco police department. A former San FranciscoPolice Lieutenant charged with obstructing a rape investigation. He is accused of withholding Key Information from officers investigating rape allegations against other officer. That officer was never charged, but he and the former lieutenant are now in a center of another scandal. As we reported earlier this week, that scandal involved several officers exchanging racist and homophobic text messages. A man is in custody accused of sexually assaulting an under age girl. The man was arrested tuesday night. Police want to hear from other potential victims if there are any or anyone with information about davis. The state blames pg and e for a fire. In a report released just minutes ago state investigators now saying negligence by pacific gas and electric was to blame for starting that fire. Reporter she earned multiple pilot licenses, but the stars kept calling so she got certified in space flight to travel to the age of space. When those flights are ready, i will be ready.
