Congressmen to introduce in september legislation in congress requiring that all federal Law Enforcement officers lock up their guns. One of the bottom lines is when guns are not in service, theyre not on the individual officer, theyre locked in storage so that thieves cannot get them. Its a nobrainer y is this happening already . I personally think its a lot of cultural just there are so many guns in our society now over there is more than one per person, over 300 million guns in our society. They tell me that part of the reason for the increase in the gun store thefts in california is simply its tough to get under state law a gun if youre a convicted felon.
