Nbc bay areas Jodi Hernandez joins us from richmond. An investigator spoke to the victim who was potentially under age at the time and may have taken money from the Police Officers. A lot of questions, jessica. Investigators have been questioning her for nearly two hours. We have confirmed at least four Law Enforcement agencies have launched investigations surrounding the sex scandal. Reporter the 18 is being questioned by richmonds office of professional accountability after she claimed she had sex with several richmond Police Officers. We do know theres a connection. So based on learning that theres a connection and who the folks are that work for us, were starting an administrative investigation to sort of figuring out what we have. Reporter she spent the entire day being interviewed by three different Law Enforcement agencies. She tells nbc bay area she had sex with 28 officers in the bay area. She said some gave her money, others information about prostitution stings. She supplied Text Messages she said are from officers giving her tips. She claims she was underage when she slept with four of the officers including a Contra Costa County sheriffs deputy. That department has confirmed it placed an officer on leave while it conducts their investigation. Its a shame, a disgrace. They need to get out of our city. Folks gathered to sound off about the scandal and form an independent commission. The chief says even if officers had consensual sex with her when she was 18, because shes an admitted sex worker, they could face discipline. Well definitely take the appropriate corrective action. Reporter it seems like the jurors brought into court, nearly 100 of them. Many of them, about 40 seem to have what pg e considers negative or very negative impressions of the utility. So what is their game plan now to find those jurors . Reporter right now the first set of jurors went in. There are 44 of them. Nine of them spent more than an hour behind closed doors with the judge. They apparently expressed opinions that pg e found objectionable, and just the length of that time frame suggests were in for a long haul here. The motorcycle officer was brought here because Regional Medical center is a Level Two Trauma Center which treats the most seriously injured patients in the region.
