It was hours later when their father was found dead in the backyard. Background information to s what their relationship is me where oscar was these are the three children san pablo officers are looking for, 12yearold hugo, 6year old merari and 3yearold jehn carlos anguiano. Just before 8 a. M. The father, oscar anguiano, was found dead in the backyard of this home on 16th street in san pablo with a gunshot wound. Neighbors heard something but cant put an accurate pin on when. We did hear there was some gunfire that was heard, but we cant attribute it at this point to say that it was actually for this incident. Reporter oscars children are missing, as is their mother, alicia ortez, the prime suspect in the case. We do know the father had custody of the children. So i dont know. Officers tell cbs5 they exhausted all their leads in finding his children. A formal amber alert was issued for the children and their mother monday evening even though there is no vehicle description to go on. San pablo detectives say it comes down to this. People arent where theyre supposed to be. Reporter its very unusual for a vehicle description not to be released with an amber alert, but thats how dire the situation is according to san pablo police. Breaking news in san jose, firefighters are battling a 5 acre grassfire in East San Jose hills. Look at it. It looks exactly like range of fire. This is the area of Mount Hamilton road and Three Springs road and were told flames as high as 8 feet is what the fire looks like from one of our cameras on top of a building in downtown san jose. Police say he climbed up on a dolphin statue outside the majestic gallery on Fishermans Wharf and was holding it with both arms and legs when it fell down on top of him. Its not clear if this is the same one that killed kayson friday, but it is over the blue line, a violation of a City Ordinance police say has resulted in a warning to the store in the past.
