Tonight, police say that they have arrested the man who left a suitcase full of body parts on a San Francisco sidewalk. They booked 59yearold mark andrus for murder this morning after getting an anonymous tip. The body parts were found wednesday near 11th and mission. Some were in a suitcase, others in another location nearby. It is unclear who the victim was and how he died. At this time, we do believe it was murder as our suspect was booked on murder. As far as the motive, and circumstances surrounding the murder, i wont have that until homicide completes the investigation. The body is believed to be a man. They are working to identify the remains. A new video from isis appears to show the beheading of a second japanese hostage. It was posted online today with a title a message to the government of japan. In it is a militant who has appeared in several other beheading videos. Isis had demanded the release of a woman held in a jordanian prison. Tonight, there is no word on the pilots fate. Bobbi kristina browns husband and a friend found her this morning at her georgia home. Her husband gave her cpr until paramedics arrived. Eventually, not tomorrow, but later next week and for a while, this is going to spin moisture into central california. And so for the first time in a long time, after a perfectly dry january, we are going to get hit pretty good in the north bay. By friday, and for the rest of the bay area as well the rest of the day. That looks like friday. In the meantime, tomorrow, okay, there is more low clouds along the shoreline. In general, the High Pressure is still in command of the west coast. Slowly, the High Pressure breaks down. By late in the week, the pattern shifts to this. Low pressure up north, High Pressure down south.
