Of course with that fire, the weather has been looked at closely. Yeah. So we certainly have good news. We do have cooler temperatures, higher relative humidity. The only problem is, the winds. But we have some rain. And then we need the rain for firefighting efforts, but people are camping out in tents and we are expecting up to. 75 of rain. Gusty winds up to 40 Miles Per Hour. So far, its destroyed at least 585 homes. The fire is 30 contained at this hour and more than 2600 firefighters remain on the front lines. That fire has burned around 100 square miles. The fire started on Cobb Mountain off high valley and bottlerock road on saturday. Our crews found caution tape on a hillside between two houses. Investigators say they dont know how it started but they are looking at a burnedout shed next to a twostory home. The house is unscathed but the hillside below is charred leading investigators to believe the fire started in or around that shed. There is a downed pour line but its hard to tell if thats the cause.
