Deputy Erick Gelhaus shot and killed lopez last october 22 after he says lopez refused to drop the firearm he was carrying. It it was a toy pellet gun. Despite protests the d. A. Cleared gelhaus of wrongdoing and he is back on patrol. A chase on the freeway when a chp goes up against a pack of bikers.
