It looks to be four to five stories tall, a sizable eucalyptus tree. The arborist will be out to do an inspection. 3 15 yesterday, someone called 911 about the tree down at Berryessa Creek. Firefighters found the man pinned and declared him dead at the scene. San jose has gotten a couple of inches of rain in the past couple of weeks and the ground is saturated. The tree, about 3 feet in diameter did not snap at the base but was uprooted. Christian freedland comes to the park all the time. It scares me a lot. It was windy when i rode through yesterday. An off duty bart officer saw someone in a Nissan Altima firing at another car. Its not known if anyone was hit and the car targeted has not been found. The altima plowed through an intersection and hit four other cars. Chp took into custody three men inside altima, including a teenager. And officers recovered a pistol inside the car. And i think Rick Santorum will be the next to go. Jeb bush, kasich, christy, those guys will probably wait until after New Hampshire or nevada. They need to see how they do in a state thats not so grounded in evangelical voters. How important was it for Hillary Clinton to come out as the victor. It was a coin flip that determined the delegate the winner of the last precinct. So an ugly win but shell take it. Polls show hes down 20 points in New Hampshire and thats the next primary tuesday. She needed a big victory to sort of soften the blow of what is probably going to be a loss in New Hampshire so she can continue on in South Carolina where she is expected to pick up momentum and win and go on from there.
