Consider charging mccabe with a crime. A lawyer for mccabe called a criminal referral unjustified, but former f. B. I. Director james comey told cnn that if his former deputy is prosecuted, he could testify. I think it is accountability ichanisms working. Wd they should work, because it is not acceptable in the f. B. I. Or the Justice Department, for people to lack candor. Its something we take really seriously. Reporter well, its a step in the direction of transparency, and interestingly, stff, our sources tell us the president himself approved this decision. Rtott frederickson, a former federal prosecutor, says akterial uncovered in civil cases are routinely used by prosecutors to make criminal cases. In white collar criminal defense, the strategic choice is always made to protect the client in the criminal case first. And, second, dont expose this person to further potential charges in the civil lawsuit by forcing him to testify. M reporter President Trump was ormed in the cohen search warrants, but cbs news has learned that Deputy Attorney general Rod Rosenstein has informed the white house that currently, President Trump is not a target in that investigation. Chair Mark Rosenker i think that there should have been a more urgent order. Reporter airlines will have six to 18 months to do inspections. Many have already started. Reporter we were struck by this picture from tuesdays incident. Ortice the people there with the oxygen masks covering their thuth, but not their nose.
