House republicans have unveiled their plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care act. The proposal was released last night. Here are some of the details. Popular parts of the act will remain, including coverage for those with preexisting conditions. And allowing children to stay on their parents plan until age 26. People will not be required to have insurance and would no longer be fined for not having insurance and instead of incomebased premium subsidies. People would get tax credits based on age.
