The suit claims negligence by the company. Saying boeing should have known jet had inadequate pilot control. The suit said boeing should have known the Airlines Pilots were improperly trained. Roughly 100 plaintiffs are listed in the lawsuit. The southwest Airline Pilot who landed a small County Airport in missouri instead of the airport in branson where they were supposing to, said it was their mistake. The correct airport for branson, missouri was programmed in their computers. Even though they were landing at an airport seven miles away. Those pilots say they didnt realize they were at the wrong airport until the plane was on the ground. Southwest has intensed the pilot and suspended the pilot. The city of San Francisco is getting a hero couple to foot the cost for the filming of the bat kid. He got his dream come true through a lot of strangers pooling to volunteer. We just have a few high clouds out there. Its really shaping up to be a gorgeous day. High pressure is still dominant over the area and what that means any storm approaching from the pacific are not going to hit the bay area. With that we will continue with temperatures above average. Looking ahead into tomorrow lot of folks heading back to work. We are looking at another mild day with perhaps 70s in the forecast. We do have some changes to talk about. We do have an increase in wind later on this week. But past that dry weather sticks around even into the week. The time right now is 9 48. Lets take a final look at traffic with robin. It look like a russian teenager is the one who wrote the code that hacked into target and niemann marcus. The cyberattacks that happened where more than 70 Million People had their credit card and information taken. The researchers compared women who sat 11 hours a day to women who sat only four. The group who stayed seated had a 13 increase in cardiovascular disease and 21 increase in cancer. Of course all of these Health Problems are associated with higher morality rates. Thankfully the study is only with women. We sit for five but 11 hours. Thats a long time. Studies showed that a matter in a matter of minutes your child sleep schedule could make a big difference. They found small 25 minute delays in start times, brought a huge gain to kids. The student got a better sleep the night before and they were in a better mood. They needed less caffeine. All of the factors confined set kids up for better productivity.
