His father simply lost his 10 per and attack the boy because he was crying too much. The two were alone at the time and win the boys 17 yearold mother came home she called police. She called hysterical saying her sons nose was bleeding. Cooper was arrested without incident. He does not have a prior record. When everything calmed down he expressed grief over his actions. The child is now in the custody of Child Welfare services while he recovers. Cooper is being held in the county jail on multiple felony charges. This sunday marks the two Year Anniversary of the disappearance of morgan hill teenager sierra lamar. Lamar is believed to have been kidnapped and murdered, but her body has never been found. A memorial plaque and bench will be dedicated in her honor at Washington High School in fremont. Where she attended school before moving to morgan hill. Kron4 spoke with sierras father today who says, he hasnt given up hope that his daughter will be found. We are still hoping to try. And to find the answers. We will keep doing it until until we have some evidence. Im hoping she will be shared again for the threeyear. Im hoping we will get some answers before the threeyear. Antolin Garcia Torres is charged with kidnapping and murdering the teen. He pleaded not guilty last month. His trial will begin later this year. The attorney for the family of jahi mcmath. Is criticizing a the report reviewed the cases of 29 patients, and found the hospital was in compliance with most policies and procedures. But the mcmath family attorney says, this report does not absolve the hospital of wrong doing. Kron 4s dan kerman has more from the attorney on that. As well as jahis condition. This is not an evaluation of what happened here. They did not talk to the family. Chris dolan is the attorney for the family of jahi mcmath. He says this report actually is designed to see if the hospital has systems in place and is following required guidelines they have done no investigation into what happened particularly in this case. They did a random sample to see if this possible can check all of its boxes regarding housekeeping. As for jahi who was declared brain dead, dolan says since the family moved her to an undisclosed facility, her condition has improved. Her limbs are flexible and bending.
