About the man arrested in the murder of stacey aguilar. 23yearold Esmid Pedraza is from mexico. And he is here in the us. Illegally. Pedraza is aguilars former boyfriend. Immigration officials say, he was in immigration proceedings. After he was convicted of dui three years ago. Aguilars body was found with multiple gunshot wounds. In a rural area of fremont earlier this week. Brisbane police have now taken the lead. In the investigation of a torso found in fremont on sunday. Police are waiting for dna confirmation. But they said today, they are confident it is that of missing brisbane woman. Shelley titchener. During the investigation of her disappearance, her husband paul , was considered a person of interest. Fremont police found additional body parts on tuesday. Which caused them to contact brisbane police. Kron 4 spoke with shelleys husband tuesday afternoon.
