Real estate records indicate that from march of 1994 to april of 2014, the home was owned by johnny lou, who Officials Say had years of trouble with the law being convicted back in the late 60s early 70s. A murder and having that conviction for murder, a murder of a paramour overturned by the California Supreme Court subsequent to that. He had in the late 90s. He was arrested here in our county. His name is dan kerman just mentioned. Johnny lou. And he has a very colorful criminal past in 1999. Johnny wu is accused of plotting to sink his 1 Million Dollar yacht and sfa so he could collect insurance money. Police say that he paid some people to sink the boat right outside the golden gate bridge. But it turns out the people that he hired were undercover agents but his history with crime goes back even further in 1966. Jurors convicted of murder in los angeles and he served 3 years a little more than a decade later. He spent another 3 years in jail for attempted murder. The San Mateo CountyDistrict AttorneySteve Wagstaffe says lou died in 2015 after 10. Police have not mentioned if theres any connection between lou or the berry car. However, police say was buried sometime in the 90s. And its a mercedes convertible and was found about 4 to 5 feet into the ground. Right now. San Jose State University confirms the 18 yearold man killed by a school bus this morning was a member of the universitys Football Team. Right was pronounced dead at the scene.
