Prosecutors have reached a plea deal with an inwood, iowa, man facing eleven criminal counts, including 3rddegree sexual abuse. 20yearold jesse visser has agreed to plead guilty to three counts in the case. In exchange, the other eight counts will be dropped. Vissers guilty plea relates to charges of Sexual Exploitation of a minor, assault causing Bodily Injury or mental illness, and 3rddegree sexual abuse. Prosecutors say visser will spend up to 12years in prison.
